Called upon Paul Vadnais Plumbing today to help us out with a leaky water heater. Based on my experience with other businesses I kind of figured it would take a few calls before anyone would call me back. I was pleasantly surprised and happy when I received a call within the hour from Tony Vadnais inquiring about our hot water heater issue,. I was even more surprised and pleased when we found out our water heater could be replaced that very same day! Their efficient service was so appreciated because it helped prevent what could have otherwise been an old hot water heater disaster. I highly recommend Paul Vadnais Plumbing. Professional, prompt, polite, and perfect plumbers!
We bought a new sink that we could not attach to our drain pipe. After hours of struggle, I called right before 5:00 on Friday, Labor Day weekend. I was planning on leaving a message to ask for help the following week, but I was surprised and thrilled when Paul himself answered. I told him our situation and Paul let me know that he would have one of his sons call me back. Even more impressive, Paul was already on the lake enjoying his weekend, but he took my call AND sent out one of his sons to help us.
Tony called me within 15 minutes, and told me that he could indeed get out to me Friday night. Tony got to my house at 6:45, well after their business hours. Tony was very professional, polite and thorough with the entire job. Tony removed his shoes even though I insisted that he didn't have to. He made sure he explained what needed to be done with the drain, and he checked the draining of both basins of the sinks twice before he left.
In the past we have called other plumbers in the area, but we are more than impressed with Paul Vadnais Plumbing. It is rare to experience such great service. While we don't like to have to call a plumber, we will only call Paul Vadnais Plumbing from now on.

I initially had Paul Vadnais Plumbing & Well out to replace our well pressure tank and water heater. They were knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. I've since contacted them for a variety of issues on our older home including installing shutoff valves, capping off water lines, and installing/replacing faucets. In the age of larger companies with an ever-changing staff advertising with fine print discounts and flashy websites, Paul and his team have consistently provided trustworthy, reliable service in a way I rarely see. I can't imagine contacting anyone else for our plumbing needs.

We had a gas leaking issue from water heater, they installed several years ago. They came fix the problem then not even charged. Very kind and professional. I use other company on my business because Paul Vadnais Plumbing was too busy. They tried to charge me $89 for just show off to find out what was the problem then they estimated nearly $1000 for installed the faucet. Now I know I can trust Paul Vadnais plumbing! Strongly recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience with these guys! They were to my home on time. They never once made me worry about the project. I had already had 2 plumbers out that made me very concerned about the project from the start. I had purchased my water heater from Menards and these guys were at my house and installed my new one. It took them an hour!! They removed my old one and disposed of all the trash! Very polite and would definitely recommend and use them in the future!

Paul Vadnais Plumbing is the best. I've had them replace a water heater, kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, repair a few toilets and install an outside spigot. They're always professional and fair priced.

This was my first time using Paul Vadnais Plumbing, but it won't be my last. I had a failing 12 year old water heater, and a leaking outside faucet that needed replacement. After calling two other local plumbers for estimates, I called Paul Vadnais. He spent 20 minutes getting info about my situation, what I wanted done, and the types of equipment that would work for me. Paul's estimate was the lowest I'd received, and if I wanted, he could get a crew out the same day. That was 9:30 am....by 10:45 am Tony was on site ready to go. He started on the faucet while the old water heater drained. 30 minutes later another crew arrived with my new water heater. 2 hours later Paul Vadnais called from the City of WBL. He had picked up the work permit and had set up a final inspection for 2:30 pm. Tony finished at 1:30, and inspector arrived at 2:30 as promised. 5 hours from my initial phone call to final inspection. I was able to use a local hometown business, got a great price, and the best service I've ever received. Good customer service.

Scheduling conflicts by both of us were a small issue but ultimately it was Paul Vadnais Plumbing who are unresponsive to returning my calls to reschedule for an estimate. Because they do really good work and at a fair price, I will try calling again to set a time to meet.

Paul and Tony were a great team today. I had recieved a call back within and hour of making on the night before. And they came out in the AM to fix the issue

They have been our plumber since we bought our house 7 years ago. We've used them about 4 times now and are satisfied every time. The work is always done well, the problem fixed and they make sure everything is good to go going forward. I would recommend them. They are timely, treat us well and do what is needed.
