We had a blockage in our plumbing and it started to back up in the basement. I called Shaw Trenchless and they sent J.B. over within the hour. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He scoped our pipes to the house and to the main sewer line in a matter of minutes. He discovered a couple of root blockages and referred me to “The Drain Specialist” to have them removed. Then I took J.B.’s advice and called the Drain Specialist. They too responded within the next hour.
The technician cleaned the pipes to the house and to the sewer main within a few minutes. Very efficient, clean, and professional service. And on top of that, he only charged me for one hour of labor. What a surprise to deal with such a great local business. With everything else in the world going wrong, it is refreshing to know that there are honest, hardworking, fair businesses out there. No surprises, no broken promises, no shenanigans! This is the way businesses used to operate. I’m pleasantly surprised as well as fortunate, and you will be too, that The Drain Specialist does business the “Old School” way…with a look in the eye, a firm handshake, and their word as their bond! I highly recommend them for any sewer line issues you find yourself dealing with!

I was sitting at my dining room table when water started coming out of my ceiling fan. After running upstairs to see if there was a leak under the sink and it was dry I knew this was turning into a bigger problem. I called Barker and Sons Plumbing late in the day and they assured me that they would send someone out as soon as possible that day. They called to give me updates as to how long it would be before someone could make it out. At about 4 or 5pm Orlando was knocking at my door. He was a breathe of fresh air and very personable given the hour of day, it should have been quitting time for him. He quickly assessed the situation and opened the ceiling to find the leaking pipe right away. He was honest, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately it turned out to be a bigger issue and had to get a home restoration company to step in. I am very grateful and much appreciated Orlando's knowledge and kind demeanor. Thank you Barker and Sons for your sense of urgency.

Does great work

Called 1 Tom and described to the lady who picked up the phone about my problem! Then the technician came onsite, said he said he’s not touching the pipe from inside of house to irrigation! Collected the 79 service fee and left! I don’t get why they still collect the money for service fee, which they didn’t provide any service to me, plus I told the lady who picked up my call about my problem, only get beaten by the tech saying it’s out of their service!

Ordered a dishwasher through Costco. Free instalation was to be provided and Tabuso Plumbing is the only contractor in my area. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered took down my information and said she would have the boss call. I saw the ratings previously from other people with the same issue, so I planned to install myself once it was delivered and my father-in-law gave me a hand. If you aren't handy to manage your new appliance install, I would suggest purchasing from somewhere that doesn't use this contractor.
