Dennis M O’Grady Plumbing & Heating

Dennis was a lifesaver! I had a serious leak and he did what was needed in a very acceptable timeframe. Sometimes it's difficult to get plumbers, electricians, etc. Dennis will do his best to get to you in a timely manner. He's also a very pleasant man.

Dennis recently completed heating/boiler/steam radiator work on our house and exceeded our expectations! This was the first time we used Dennis but it will definitely not be the last - we feel very, very lucky to have found him. Not only is Dennis extremely experienced and expertly skilled at his craft, he is professional, reliable, fair and honest, clean and neat. He sets the standard against which all other plumbers should be measured!! He is now the only plumber we will call for all our plumbing/heating needs. We unhesitatingly recommend him.

Would give a zero if I could, as Mr. O'Grady did not show for the scheduled appointment on 9/4/19 and then did not respond when I placed a follow up call to reschedule. I consequently contacted another local plumber who showed up when they said they would and they have satisfactorily completed the job.
If you're to busy to make an appointment or to fit a customer into your schedule, be forthcoming and say that, instead of not returning phone calls and no showing for appointments. The customer's time is valuable just as your's is!

Dennis has done lots of jobs for us...most recently our water heater. He is so neat & clean. No work after he’s done.

Dennis did a good job at a fair price. I don’t need a plumber anymore. When you find a good guy like this you don’t need to look any farther. Thanks Dennis
