Rick did some extensive work on my chimney chase not realizing how much work was going to be involved. Handled the job very nicely and professionally. Had him also power wash and paint my house and shed which was really faded. Due to Covid he had a hard time finding materials but prevailed and everything worked out. Very satisfied with quality and professionalism. I will differently have him come back to do other project. Highly recommended 🙂

These guys are on point. Called at 5:30 — had a new hot water heater installed to perfection by 8:30.

I had Jeff Johnson and his crew here to update some hot water pipes. My heating system and boiler are now up to code. Got an estimate on a Thursday and the work was completed on Monday. Quick, on-time and a great job! Clean too.

Worse Company I have ever worked with. Not only do they take their time to do the job they also over charge and cannot even give a breakdown on what they are charging you for. Complete Rip off!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Andy OnCall was able to get my installation done in a timely manner. I did make two phone calls to inquire about an estimate, which is why I am rating it 4 stars. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would. I was very satisfied once I got the estimate and appreciated the information the gal (don’t recall her name) on the phone gave me to find the necessary items to buy for the installation. Chris called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and was very friendly, professional, and cleaned up after installing two pendant lights and one chandelier. I am very happy with how my kitchen lighting looks now. I will use Andy OnCall again.

Eric was very responsive when I inquired if Tripe E would do sewer line work in my City. He was out the next day to look at the project to run a new sewer line from my house to the main, and had an estimate for me the same day.

It was a major undertaking in my opinion and the crew was fantastic! Very polite, professional and hard working. They were able to save much of my driveway and they cleaned things up so well. Highly recommend!

Professional & Courteous Service ! Our hot water heater started leaking, While our garage door was broken (Of all the luck right ?!!) We checked around and found Chuck's Plumbing was charging the going rate for replacement hot water heaters, We used them because they have Great Google Reviews !

Then we experienced first hand the reason they have Great Google Reviews ... When they disconnected the old water heater they were going to move it out to their truck, We apologized as we informed them our garage door was broken and they had to take it through our house out the front door.

The slab our house was built on is about 3 inches higher than the garage floor (Guess they do that incase the hot water heater leaks, HaHa). Without hesitation they moved the old water through our house on a two wheel dolly, A distance about three times as far compared to if they were able to take it straight out the garage door. Not to mention the water heater was heavy because they couldn't drain all the water out !

The service was Courteous and Professional ! And they didn't charge us extra to maneuver the old water heater through our house.
