Very respectful and great work

We had a major backup of our lateral line to the city sewer. To put it bluntly: no bueno. Our regular plumbing company told us to contact Triple E to get it repaired. We did, they did the job and did it right, and were easy to communicate with both on-site and over the phone. They also, somewhat amazingly, were able to get digging the very next day after I called them - many of these companies are booked out days and even weeks on the regular. I hope I never need to call them again, haha. But if a problem like this happens again, I know who to call. Thank you Triple E!

After weeks of sewer issues, we finally found Triple E through multiple referrals from other local plumbing companies. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, kindness, and expertise of the crew that identified the problem and fixed our sewer line. We received multiple quotes, but Triple E was the only company that did their due-diligence to send out inspectors when putting an estimate together and give us advice. If you have a major sewer repair, like ours that was more than 20 feet underground, (or any sewer/water issue!) don't think twice about hiring Triple E. We will definitely use them again if ever needed. Thank you to everyone in the field and office who helped us!

I've been meaning to write this review for years. In July of 2017, the pump went out on my well. Even though I live in the city of Maplewood, I still had my own well. I reached out to 3 different companies to get quotes. Triple E Water and Sewer, LLC was the first to respond with the most reasonable price. Even though Triple E was very busy with customers, at the time, they were very compassionate, and understood the urgency of my situation. I had no water. They squeezed me into their busy schedule, and hooked me up to the city water system using advanced and efficient technology. They were prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them. I am a single woman, who doesn't have knowledge of what needed to be done or how to do it, and they made the process easy. They were very helpful. The City of Maplewood even made their process a bit challenging, as far as something extra they needed to do (long story), and they graciously complied with the requirement, which cost extra, but they didn't charge me extra. They were true to their quote. And I've had no problems with my water system, since they hooked me up to the City water in 2017.

Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Once they sent me the bid and I accepted, they handled everything perfectly! The permits, coordinating with the city, notifying the neighborhood, they did it all! Also left my yard looking as good as before the hole was dug. Highly recommend and will use again when needed.

Eric was very responsive when I inquired if Tripe E would do sewer line work in my City. He was out the next day to look at the project to run a new sewer line from my house to the main, and had an estimate for me the same day.

These guys are great! Had to replace my main line to the street and called around to a few shops. Glad I got a hold of Eric—he came right out and was great to work with. Took care of it in no time. Honest people who really helped us out in a terrible situation.

I was really glad to have found Triple E after speaking with several unscrupulous contractors who were either unprofessional or came in with unreasonable bids.

Eric is honest and his guys are pros. Don’t waste time calling around to other shops because you’ll save time, money, and hassle by calling Triple E.

We had a sewer repair done by another company and during that process we found we had a main water line leak with 15 days to fix it according to the City of MPLS. I called several of their referred companies. Eric responded promptly, got us a quote and upon approval got the work done in a timely manner. Great crew, and got a big job done in one day. Price was competitive, maybe just a bit on the upper range, but they got it done and did the work with care and quality. Would recommend them highly.
