Service level is great. They stick with an issue until they have figured out how to resolve it. They can service boilers which is a rare find.

Excellent service! I was in a pickle and needed a plumber same day. I reached out to Spot On based off of the reviews I had read and they too were spot on! I was set to accept I would have to schedule another day but he listened to my dilemma and was able to squeeze me in at the end of a long hot day. Brandon is very professional and very reasonable on price. I have since referred him to others and will continue to do so and I will certainly use him for any future plumbing needs.

I can't say enough great things about the plumbing work Jim/3rd Rock did at our place. I had a few items I needed help on including replacing two old toilets, installation of a new dishwasher and water leaking from the hose of our shower head. Jim was extremely responsive to my phone calls and emails leading up to the installation day, coordinating the ordering and pick up of equipment in advance. On the day of he came prepared (and on time!) completing the removal of the old equipment and installation seamlessly within a few hours. He was very courteous as I peppered him with questions about other general plumbing concerns (i.e. how can I get my kitchen sink to drain better, how often do water heaters need to get replaced, etc) and offered insightful responses.

So lucky to have found him and will definitely use him for our future plumbing needs!

Do not use this company. Ramon Perdomo from Desmar landscaping installed a sprinkler system for our house using an existing well to supply water for the lawn. He neglected to test the quality of the well water before installing the system (which cost several thousand dollars). Shortly after the system was installed, we realized the well water was killing our new lawn and landscaping. We asked another irrigation company to evaluate our system and they found that the water was highly contaminated and salty/brackish. After consulting a number of experienced landscaping companies in the area we learned that this is common with well water in our neighborhood, and that any decent irrigation installer would have tested the water prior to setting up the system. We advised Ramon Perdomo of the situation and he told us that it was ‘not his responsibility.’ Don’t waste your time and money with this company.

We had our ceiling fall out completely from some pipes that had gone bad and started leaking. I contacted RPG and they were able to get me on the schedule within 24 hours to come look at it and then had me scheduled really soon after that. They showed up right on time and finished the job in a timely manner and it looks great. They were very professional and if I have any other plumbing issues in the future I will be using them. Highly recommend!

Had a very bad sewer issue right in my back yard...one phone call a pleasant conversation and 3 hours later my house is all back to normal. They had guys out to look at the issue with in 30minutes... Quoted a price that was DEAD on what I paid. One happy lady here !!! Keep up the great work :) !

We have used Cary Plumbing for many years and have always been happy with the repairs. Prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.
