My mother’s toilet clogged on a Sunday afternoon. I found Dave’s company on a Google search for 24 hour plumbers, and Dave arrived at her house within an hour of my call. After checking the other toilets, tub, and sinks, he determined the source of the problem. He removed the toilet, and when his regular equipment didn’t unclog it, he drove and picked up his heavy-duty machine with a 100 foot snake, which allowed him to finally clear the blockage. He had planned to come back during the week to preventively clear the main sewer line (as I had requested), but took the extra time to do so then, even though it was the dinner hour on a Sunday! My mother was thrilled! He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional! I highly recommend him!

David was without a doubt the best decision I could have made when deciding to pick a plumber off of the internet when a sudden problem occurred with my bathroom pipes. I needed a diagnostic of my furnace not working properly and they couldn't totally tell me what the fix that was needed was because it didn't fall within the time frame of the 30 minutes and he couldn't see if there was a crack so he couldn't tell me if repairing the pressure valve was going to create a problem because he couldn't see the crack so basically all the time took to look through the furnace could not provide a clear answer on what the problem was. The suggestion was to just get a new furnace and and there was a lot of issues going on but still didn't get a clear picture of what was needed to fix the problem or what it would cost. Tried to charge for additional diagnostics which would cost near 400 dollars but this was never disclosed when setting theappointment.
