We had an AC issue in the middle of a recent heatwave. A serviceman arrived within a couple hours and the system was quickly operational. Everything works well now, though we may need to make some long term plans for a new unit. There was no hard sell. Refreshing.

James one of the company’s Technician showed up within two hours or so on a Very hot July Saturday. Within 15 minutes he had the issue diagnosed and spent about an hour correcting. He didn’t try to up sale me but explained the problem and how he fixed it. I will use them again because they provided a Technician that actually knew what he was doing.

I cannot recommend Conner Services enough. These are perhaps the nicest people I have ever worked with. When we were moving in, our AC stopped working (in 95 degree weather and with an infant!) and they were over right away to help us. I had to call them again when our AC stopped working and they came over right away. It turned out not to be an HVAC issue and not only did he refer us to electricians, but also checked in on us later to make sure we had found what we needed. The customer service is excellent, their knowledge is excellent, they are honest, and very reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend them and I'm very grateful I found them.

The tech. was very friendly and courteous. He was honest about the work we wanted and suggested to replace faucet instead of just replacing gaskets. He suggested it would be more efficient for us. He got the work done quickly and was very neat about his work.

I called Conner Services first thing in the morning about ac issue, they came right out and got my ac up and running again, very professional, highly recommend.

Came out on time to the minute. Was very open and informative on what he was doing to see why my heat/ac wasn't working. Explained to me why I don't need expensive filters, but to change monthly for better system performance rather than quarterly. Didn't try to upsell anything. Answered my million questions with a smile and even waited while I worked out the Nest app for a new thermostat that he installed. Very happy and will never call anyone else!

In June of 2022 our AC went out. It was late in the day and I called Conner Services as a recommendation from my hair dresser. Liz did everything possible to get a service tech to my house to see if they could get the AC back on. The tech was great, very professional and very nice. He told me then that the unit didn’t have much life left. Fast forward to June 2023 and we faced the same issue of the AC unit not working. Since this was a MAJOR purchase we wanted to get more than 1 quote. My husband and I received 4 quotes with various prices. At the end of it all I went with my gut and hired Conner Services. Liz and the team were so awesome. Always there to answer any questions. We finalize the Contract on a Wednesday and they were able to install the following Monday. We are so happy with our decision.

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Conner Services! I called them on a Friday morning before a holiday weekend with no expectation of them making it to us same day- but they did! Matthew amazingly cleared a clog that had rendered our kitchen sink inoperable for a week while we went back and forth with our home warranty company and another plumber. These guys were called to come repair an air conditioner that stopped cooling in a vacation rental we were staying in. The technician was able to diagnose the system had a bad capacitor and swap it out with one he had on the truck to get us back up and running! Really great!
