NC Plumbing lied to AHS said my kitchen sink facet was broken because of miss use. When in fact it was ware & tare, corrosion,& normal use. I called American Home Shield & ask them to send another Plumbing Company out to look @ the facet. Told them not to send NCPlumbing to my house again.

Austin arrived soon after I got the call saying he was on the way. He replaced a water heater & gave detailed explanations of the step by step process as he moved along in the job. Very professional and will use this company again for future services.
