This was the only company I could get to call me back. Too bad the guy on the phone was so incredibly rude! Telling my wife he'd have to rip out the tile, etc., and do we know what we're doing. All this for a basic shower valve cartridge replacement. He said I think this trip is going to be a waste of time. So, yeah, don't come! I wouldn't allow someone so rude into my house.

First of all the employees dont wear masks. Went in to look at bathroom fixtures and was ignored while one employee helped someone who came in after ..and was only there for a quick transaction. Waited over 15 minutes and employee who told me would be quick acted as if I wasnt there. Will go to YBL or Wool or somewhere else.

I am currently working with Master Plumber, Mr. Nino Fidencio Jr., who is running tests to see if any repairs are necessary to the cast iron pipes in my house (originally built in the 70s/major renovations in 1992). I feel confident that I am dealing with Plumber who is knowledgeable about this potential problem, in older homes in my neighborhood, and I will be treated honestly/fairly with the cost of the repairs and extent of the scope of work which may be necessary. We absolutely love coral gables plumbing. They have competitive pricing, excellent customer service. We went elsewhere initially for fixtures and ended up choosing from them supplies for our entire home remodel. I don't regret it one bit. Everything was done on time and at the time promised with great clean-up. We even used them when selling our previous home to fix a problem present just before selling. They did this with minimal mess and with great service. I recommend them to anyone who asks for a good plumber. Thanks guys!

Highly Recommend. Excellent Service. I broke a copper water pipe Sunday morning with water gushing everywhere. Did not know who to call so I looked online and called CGP and Carlos was at our house in less than 30 minutes. Carlos was excellent, friendly and professional. He had to make many trips under our house in the dreaded crawlspace to make a difficult and complicated repair. Everything fixed better than new. Thank You Carlos and CGP. Will use them from now on.

Pros:
-Professional laborers and workman that do the job right
-One of the few plumbers that specialize in less-invasive CIPP to repair drainage lines
-Repair plumbing/drainage as well as other scopes (Floors, tiles, drywall, etc.) required to bring home back to normal
-Responsive to issues or problems with the work performed

Cons:
-Communication of scheduling work
-Required various visits to finish work

While not perfect (but what in construction is?), I feel that had I done the level of work with any other plumber, the process would have been much more frustrating. While there was some miscommunication regarding scheduling, and some work that was to be included - Coral Gables plumbing has gone out of their way to work with us to make sure we are 100% satisfied.

Over the past 3 months I have tried to use Coral Gables Plumbing to have my cast iron pipes evaluated. During this time frame they canceled my scheduled appointment more than 3 times. They then waved their call out fee to make up for the delay. Upon doing their initial review of my pipes, I paid 1300$ in full (200$ over estimate), and was told the full review would be back to me within 1 week. Here I stand 2 weeks later to find out the plumber who came out to do the inspection is no longer with Coral Gables Plumbing. I asked for a prompt refund and was told that is not possible.

To summarize, Coral Gables Plumbing was late to do their inspection, have yet to complete their inspection (as I have not received the report), sent a plumber who is no longer affiliated with their company, and have refused to provide me a refund. This said I strongly urge any consumer to go with another company as there is a better than average chance Coral Gables Plumbing will over promise, under deliver, and steal your money.

What a great place! Thank you Ibrahim and Coral Gables Plumbing for making my life easier. I had no idea as to what to buy to get the bathroom remodeling off the ground. Ibrahim was extremly courteous, professional and helped me pick out the shower head to the drain for my new bathroom He knew exactly what we needed. We went to so many different plumbing stores in Doral, Hialeah, and as far as Boca Raton and we did NOT get the level of service that we did when we first stepped into Coral Gables Plumbing. Just bought a ton of stuff from them on my new home. Ibraham was extremely helpful, and went out of his way for me, so I will 100% be back for anything in the future. The prices also turned out cheaper than anything I saw online which was great.

Was nice having him point out exactly what we would need for the project, rather than going to HD and trying to figure it out myself. The last thing you want with any remodel is any more 'issues'..which were avoided with Ibrahams expertise. Glad I skipped the big box stores

Just called to get an estimate of costs to connect my homes sewer line to the city sewer line and the guy who answered the phone just told me its $165 per hour, when I asked more or less how much this would cost to complete this job so that i can get an idea, the guy just said he did not know, not to comforting knowing that all he cared about was collecting his $165 per hour fee, I had called another plumber and he basically explained to me the steps that needed to be taken permits etc and even gave me an estimate. they just lost a big sale.

These guys are awesome. I had a problem with a leaky kitchen faucet so thought replacing the o ring might help. I have had Coral Gables Plumbing do several jobs in my home. Their work is always professionally done. However, you must be present at all times. They charge $120.00 per hour and any fraction thereof. This last time they did work in my home, my son had to leave and I was unable to get there until about one hour later. When I arrived the plumber was sitting outside talking on the phone. The company uses a tracker to track the amount of time each person is at a specific location. The plumber arrived at 1:17 pm and left at 3:25 pm so I was charged one more hour for the 8 minutes extra from 3:17 to 3:25. I ended up paying $360 in labor for installing a water line for the water dispenser in my refrigerator.

The plumbers that came out to my house were very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They fixed a clogged pipe in my kitchen sink, a flapper on a toilet, and shower unit that was clogged with sentiment. They worked in an efficient manner, and all fixtures are working great. They also showed up on schedule, which is quite rare in Miami. Brandon, whom I worked with at the company, was fair on pricing, knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly recommend them for their great quality work.

I've been to the Kitchen and Bath showroom and they do a great job with the product selection and variety to help you get a sense of the style best for you if you don't already have a set idea.
