Great service! From start to end great customer service! We called due to water in our basement. Even after we were told there would be a 4 hr window, there was no need to sit and wait for a technician. They called during the process and gave us heads up when the technician would arrive. Scheduling was never easier and he arrived at our convenience. The technician took a look at the problem and assured us it would be taken care of in minutes! And he did! Very knowledgeable, professional and honest! Will highly recommend Roto Rooter. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Matt Hoffman with Water Heaters only. I was in a state of almost panic when Matt arrived, but he assured me he had everything under control. In a little under two hours he drug my old water heater from the basement, installed a new one and quickly assisted me with advice on another project. We have used Darrell's Quality Plumbing for years. We have a painfully tight budget. He is honest, fair, and for women, elderly ladies, single, you know how much we worry about letting any male into our home, no need to worry here. You can feel safe with Darrell. He will explain to you so you completely understand. It's not mansplaining if his goal is to make you feel confident and informed of something which you know nothing about. And don't be afraid of asking questions you feel are stupid, no question is stupid in his eyes. It's about helping you make the best informed decision possible. Tell him up front if you need to save up for the job, if he can he will do his best to work something out. Courteous, kind, professional, understanding, My mother stresses about everything to do with our home, when she sees Darrell, she stops worrying because she knows he is someone she can trust. She's been swindled and taken advantage of several times before, so her ability to trust is nil. We can't thank Darrell enough for the years of excellent service and repairs. Thank you for all you've done, and for making two women trust again. You won't find someone better, no matter the price.

Spoke with Tim on the phone today regarding referring the company I work with to his customers. He cares about his customers to the point that he's willing to screen other companies to make sure that his customers are getting the best of service, and to make sure that they, and their homes, are safe. You won't find many other people willing to do that these days. Much respect!

Absolutely stellar service. We had a huge confusing debacle with the gas company and Petroglyph went above and beyond to help us get our gas turned back on. I can’t recommend them highly enough. You won’t be disappointed. Everyone I interacted was friendly, clear in their communication and very professional.

Negative stars if I could! Three trips to fix a leaking sink and Eric (the owner) tells us the water is leaking from our hands down under the sink somehow! Worse service ever! NEVER USE THEM!

Unfortunately when I called for emergency service for a clogged toilet, I was told if there is more than 1 toilet in the house, it would have to wait until Monday (it is Sat morning). Even after explaining that the clogged toilet is the only toilet in the house that this elderly gentleman can use because he is very weak and frail and the other restrooms are too far away and not equipped for him to safely use, the response was the same-- wait until Monday. No logic here or compassion for an elderly person who cannot use his toilet. Sad.

Waited all day for them to show up. When they arrived it was 2 teenage kids doing the job and their “manager” was their dad. They used my tools to do the “job” and they couldn’t even figure out how to put anything back. They “found” a leak behind my wall and when we tore the wall up there was no leak. They will not refund my money at all and all they say is they will come and look. They’re also running under different names for services and didn’t mention that they do no refunds when called. Also they only take cash or cash app. Don’t ever call them for help. Save your money, they are a joke and just scam people.
