We have used Darrell's Quality Plumbing for years. We have a painfully tight budget. He is honest, fair, and for women, elderly ladies, single, you know how much we worry about letting any male into our home, no need to worry here. You can feel safe with Darrell. He will explain to you so you completely understand. It's not mansplaining if his goal is to make you feel confident and informed of something which you know nothing about. And don't be afraid of asking questions you feel are stupid, no question is stupid in his eyes. It's about helping you make the best informed decision possible. Tell him up front if you need to save up for the job, if he can he will do his best to work something out. Courteous, kind, professional, understanding, My mother stresses about everything to do with our home, when she sees Darrell, she stops worrying because she knows he is someone she can trust.
