W.A. Gambrill installed new faucets and piping in bathroom vanities including a new sink bowl. Additionally, they installed new valves for the basement piping. The quality of the work was excellent, the plumbers were professional in resolving all issues, the office staff was responsive to scheduling, and the price was very reasonable. I used High Quality Plumbing to replace my old boiler system that provided water for both the heating and hot water systems. The boiler was completely inoperable and the house was without hot water (and heat but it was May).

Simon came to my home to evaluate the existing system. After discussing with him what I thought I wanted and needed, Simon educated my on my options. This was an important step in the process as the solution I was interested in was tankless and high efficiency. Water quality plays an important factor in these systems.

It was during Simon's initial visit that decided I was going to use High Quality. Simon stressed wanting to get things right, not only from the standpoint of installation but also ensuring the system we were evaluating was the right solution for my home. Within 24 hours, Simon sent an extremely detailed quote with all the secondary and tertiary things needed for the installation. The quote came in $1000 under a quote from Winters Home Services (3 options, all very boilerplate).

After accepting the quote from High Quality Plumbing, Simon immediately came out and installed a 20 gallon hot water heater as a temporary solution because I had been without hot water (the reason why we were getting the boiler replaced).

Work started on time and was done the exact day Simon had scheduled. Inspection was passed without issue. He and his team were very clean and respectful.

Very professional and explained everything that they were doing. Cleaned up after and we felt confident with the work they were doing.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. They installed a dishwasher and failed to check if it was working properly before leaving. I called for days and left voicemails with no response. Finally, I received a call back several days later and was told someone would be there to fix the problem. No one showed up or called. Two days later I received a call again saying someone would be there that day or the next to fix the issue. Again, no one arrived or called. A day later I get a call while I'm at work saying someone would be there that day and asking if I'd be home. I've been ghosted by this company more than four times within three weeks.

A lot of people also have full-time jobs and cannot simply 'take off' for you to 'maybe' show up.

If you have absolutely nothing to do and a not so serious plumbing issue then by all means go with this company. It will get fixed someday.
