They showed up on time. John and Corey fixed our pipes. They answered every question that I had . Explained how to use the new drainer. They're expertise was great. They worked very hard and deserve a well needed vacation and raise if you ask me. I would definitely recommend them for others as well as our next project.

Cole is the son of the “H “in the business ,Heath. Him and his teammate Dave came out and fixed a lingering waterflow issue that took all of six minutes.

Last year I had a new hot water heater, installed along with precautions that probably would not have been explained as thoroughly by an uninvested worker.

I’ve had three home services over the last several years completed by H&K and I feel comfort and security as a Home dweller each time.
They are the only plumbing service I want to have for investable upgrades for our home.

I’m middle unit of 3 floor condo. Water leak in downstairs bathroom discovered to be large crack in the “stack” in my bathroom. Heath and Cole were prompt, friendly, professional, and skillful.

Plumber was unprofessional, rude, condescending, disrespectful. Came out a second time for the same issue and blamed me for tampering with toilet to make it leak again. The worst display of customer care and professionalism.

Unprofessional and rude. Had a clear issue with diverter yet was told that fixing that would be pointless. Would not recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services. Stay away.

This company is complete fraud. Came out for 1 job resulting in work that was poorly done that flooded my whole entire home. To make matters worst the arrogance of Keith or either Kevin was unsettling. Shared no empathy to my concerns and did not want to hear anything I had to say to which I find is completely rude when you are spending your hard earned money. To this company it’s all about money and not customer satisfaction. Never will use them again..

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! This company was assigned to come out and service my bathtub by my warranty company, AHS. It took 1 week to get the appointment scheduled. (I can understand and deal with that) The guy came out, looked at the faucet in the tub, and said he has to get authorization to order a part from Delta. (A $20.00 part), once he got the authorization, part was ordered. Three weeks (yes, THREE weeks) go by, I am calling every other day to get updates and they finally schedule another plumber to come out. He reports that he can NOT replace the part that THEY ordered because the faucet screw is stripped. When I asked why didn't the 1st guy notive this, I was told he no longer works for them and he made alot of mistakes. H & K reports this to AHS and says this was NOT due to normal wear and tear. I called the office and requested an estimate several times during the week of April 3 thru April 7th. I was told every time that he will look at it tonight and send an email. When I asked why the delay, I was told that the original plumber that came out no longer works for them and that I need to deal with it.

Cole was great to work with, on time provided updates. When there was another part needed to fix the toilet they ordered it straight away and fixed within days. They were with AHS but I would hire them regardless

Dave arrived on time, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed my issue right away and told me what the problem was. Highly recommend H & K Plumbing

Had issues with my bathroom tub faucet giving only cold water, so I called H&K Plumbing. Dave and Cole arrived in a timely manner, were very polite and helpful. Explained all the issues, and how long it would take to repair it. They ordered the part, and installed it all within 15 minutes. Very professional, they do great work, will definitely use them in the future for any other plumbing issues! Thanks guys!

They were assigned to me by American Home Shield for a water heater and a valve outside. The owner did a great job with the water heater and examined the outdoor valve which I had used up until September of 2020 but then wouldn't turn off.
He said that he'd be back to fix it. He forgot and AHS said that the work order was too old and they would need to send someone out again. An employee came out two hours early (while I was on a telemed call) and insisted that he was in a hurry. He left me a statement saying that it broke because the no frost valve had frozen. It broke in September. I left multiple messages to speak to the owner who was her in November (long before freezing weather) and never got a call back. They want $498 to fix it. Other prices from calling around were under $200.
No, I would not recommend them.

This is the second time I have used h&k plumbing they are very polite very professional they show me what the problem was and they fixed the problem each time and are very pleasant people and they did an excellent job thank you again.

They were assigned to fix my kitchen faucet from American Home Shield. They came out and said I would get an email the next day if they were going to be able to get a part or a new faucet. A week later I called them several times and got no response. AHS could not get them on the phone. They had not ordered the part. Almost 2 weeks later I finally get the part. I was without my kitchen sink for almost 4 weeks. They showed no remorse!

We've used Heath and his team over a half dozen times. Never a problem. We're so confident of them and their knowledge the subject of 'price' doesn't even come up anymore. They show up, are friendly, perform the work, and leave after correctly our issue in the first place. Tom Gavin

This is a great company. I rescheduled my original appointment due to a medical emergency. The technician was courteous and punctual. He immediately found the problem and was very efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend the company to my family and friends. I would not hesitate to use their services again!

Tried to support an independent family business via American Home Warranty (AHS). Son of owner assessed our toilet leak as being the result of improper flange height. He said AHS might not approve, but that if we were working directly with them he'd charge what amounted to half the price ultimatley quoted as a non-covered repair on a premium policy.

His independent quote would be $X and after the toilet was up he'd run a snake to make sure all was clear to upper toilet. This sounded to be a courtesy (the kind of courtesy that drives repeat business) - BUT even if not and FINALLY why I bothered to write this:

After some additional reseach to determine that what the son quoted was not unreasonable, I called the company to follow up on his quote to go ahead and hire them. (We could have addressed the breakdown - maybe didn't include the snaking? - then) BUT - the person who answered (Tara) told me that she followed up with the other owner who told her that what we had been told by the son was wrong -- not that he didn't say it - instead, that it was wrong - and the re-quoted the double amount rate that they submitted to the insurance company. And we all know that insurance rates are always inflated which is why insurance is such a racket. You needn't look further than health insurance for an analogy - the providers milk them and the customer all too often suffers...)

The same outcome here. I tried to come back to this company independent of insurance and this was my experience which was so upsetting that I couldn't wait to write this review. I will continue to support independent small businesses, but like large ones they are not all the same. This one operates devoid of integrity, courtesy and is most definitley unprofessional.

John and his partner came on time and did a very professional job they were concerned about my work schedule .I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

John was excellent and courteous. He figured out the issue really quickly and was a real pleasure to deal with. Honest and transparent advice. Super helpful.

John and team (Joel) were courteous and very informative. They were able to detect the issue very quickly and thoroughly explained all my options. I was able to get the repair done fast, requested that it be taken care of before the Thanksgiving holiday and they were able to meet my request. Both visits were great and I would definitely use this plumbing service again. Actually, I told them about another issue I’ve been having for 5 years and they advised on how I should move forward. I’ll be calling John and Joel since they were so great!!

This particular company failed to listen to the homeowner. My garbage disposal had not been fixed in 2 years due to change in the owners living in the establishment. I cannot remember I think one of the techs was named shawn. I explained to shawn and his colleague that the garbage disposal had not been fixed in 2 years. Which, would be considered normal wear and tare. My home is considerably old of course. This company explained to my insurance that we were pulling grease down the drain which was not the case. I feel like this company just did not want to fix the garbage disposal. However, in spite of this its kind of hard to listen to someone when you are on the phone while dealing with a client.

- As i look through the comments it looks like they have a particular kind of people they cater too. This company is horrible.

The staff very courteous and helpful. Initially getting toilet tank ring replaced. I decided to replace entire toilet. My Mansfield 1986 didn't always clear 1st time. Before photos. Will post again when new install is complete.

They found this small azz leak that literally wasn't even seeable. Ronnie fixed the problem, cleaned up the mess and deodorized the area.

Property management hired this company to come out on the weekend to fix an over flowing toilet at my rental home. Turns out that all that needed to be replaced was a fill valve. If you are not familiar on what it takes to replace a fill valve I suggest you google it to get some context. Bottom line up front, it’s not a hard job. I was charged for 2 1/2 hrs of work to replace it! Mind you the tenant had already cleaned up the water, so all that was done is replacement of the valve. I have no quarrel with the amount they charged per hour, $189, since it was the weekend. My issue is the amount of time they claimed it took to replace it. I am still waiting for the owner to give me a call back to explain to me how it took their “professional” plumber 2 1/2 hours to fix the issue. I would have fixed it myself in less than an hour, but I live outside of the state. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.
