They've scheduled me twice then never showed up. Sorriest business I've ever dealt with. Would not recommend. Just plain sorry.

Arrived to do plumbing work but was unable to because home insurance reported a different problem that the actual one. Company owner called and apologized and personally brought me a refund. Who does that ? THEY DO!! This company is honest and ethical and professional. As it is a local company my neighbors have used them and are the ones who recommended them due to the timelines, quality of work and professionalism. Would not hesitate to use them again

They don’t clean up their messes. You need to get back and clean it up. Calling city attorney.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. They installed a dishwasher and failed to check if it was working properly before leaving. I called for days and left voicemails with no response. Finally, I received a call back several days later and was told someone would be there to fix the problem. No one showed up or called. Two days later I received a call again saying someone would be there that day or the next to fix the issue. Again, no one arrived or called. A day later I get a call while I'm at work saying someone would be there that day and asking if I'd be home. I've been ghosted by this company more than four times within three weeks.

A lot of people also have full-time jobs and cannot simply 'take off' for you to 'maybe' show up.

If you have absolutely nothing to do and a not so serious plumbing issue then by all means go with this company. It will get fixed someday.

This company has scheduled 3 times and all 3 were no shows. I guess they think the customers time is not as valuable as their time is?? I would not recommend this company for nothing. Sad part is, when they don't show up they don't even have the courtesy to call.

Update: The nerve of this company. They actually told my home warranty company that this job was completed. And I'm assuming got paid for it. !!!

I called on a few different occasions and left voice-mail messages and NEVER received a returned phone call. That's REMARKABLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I truly was quite disappointed because I know the owner (at least I presume the individual still owns this business) from way back in the day. Needless to say, if a company isn't concerned about returning phone calls, they are NOT concerned about losing business, present nor future! And the bad thing is, it's getting more and more difficult to find reliable, decent, honest, fair-priced, and knowledgeable plumbers in the area!!

Honest, they did a great job, & fixed a problem I was having for a while with low cost

Earl and Hunter were friendly and professional. Understood our problem within a few minutes and fixed the issue with tips to help avoid it again.
