About me, I'm a very detail oriented person who must have work done professionally, cleanly and accurately with great attention to aesthetic. My review is both 5 stars and 3 stars...thus I gave this company a 4.5 Stars to Joe Howard and his team: Rene (carpenter/stucco), Gus, Miguel, and Adolfo (A/C install). If you hire JW Heating and Air make sure to schedule Joe Howard and his team for the installation.Joe is a hard worker, respectful, clean, easy to talk to and no-nonsense about doing a professional job. If something is wrong, whatever it is, he'll fix it. He won't try to explain it away. He sees what you see. If it's not professionally done he'll make sure to have it re-done and done right.3 stars to JW Heating and Air because the first team they sent me. Whoever did the scheduling sent a team who never ever came to my home. I had to re-explain what was talked about with Joe Howard. I was stressed the entire day and when they finished I found a ton of aesthetic issues. And although that team was courteous and nice, they were sometimes loud and laughing while working. They were a young team, did parts of the job rushed (there was a lot to do bc I never had A/C) and without concern of how it would look. I had to act as my own contractor and constantly check on them.At the end of the day there were things done wrong and that did not look good. I was very unhappy. On top of it all I was paying a lot of $$$ and I was stressed. It's not right to be paying so much money, be put in such a stressful position and have to work as my own contractor. When I hire a professional company I expect them to do the entire job, do it right and make sure I'm happy for the entire process.On a positive note - JW Heating's Kris - who takes care of the rebates is on top of things and I really appreciate that they took care of all rebate processing for me.And at the end of the day, I was very happy with how the job was completed.The Bottom Line - Make sure to have Joe Howard at your walk through and make sure the scheduler knows you must have him. Hired them for removal of a clog. The team showed up quickly and removed the clog in short order and at a reasonable cost for a late in the day emergency. The two of them were courteous, helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I had to have the main gas line replaced. Riley was the tech on site and who gave me the estimate. A bit of sticker shock. However, with the scope of the project, I realized the price was fair. The guys were here everyday on time, worked hard, took care not to mess the yard up beyond the 80 foot trench and when they were done and the inspector came, Paul came out to fill the trench back in. Paul was very professional and conscientious about making everything just as it was before. Everyone was nice. Elyse and Aracely in the office were very nice and made sure all my problems were followed up on and addressed. I would definitely recommend Ford's Plumbing to anyone in search of good service. For what it's worth, I found them on Angie's List where I also found a roofer who I'm equally pleased with.

Here’s the truth about FP. Greg runs the show and he’s pretty much succumbed to grouchy old man syndrome. Albert is the skilled plumber (Caribbean man) and he’s a very nice, very good plumber who knows what he’s doing. Their youngest apprentice is also pretty nice but has a ton to learn about plumbing. One of the garbage disposals he installed went without him tightening any of the efferent or afferent hoses...imagine the mess.

I hired these guys 6 months I go because I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to support local business. Turns out, not a great idea. It is impossible to hold Greg accountable and he makes a lot of promises on things he doesn’t deliver. Two weeks ago, he came into my home and switched the lines on two sinks without my direction and ultimately ended up reversing hot and cold on both sinks. I called him and he said he would be back the next day, it’s been two weeks not a word or a sighting.

Obviously I will be moving forward with a more corporate structured plumbing company because at least I can hold them accountable. It’s just a shame though, I guess they haven’t figured out how to do business in 2019.

Reliable, courteous, considerate, tidy. Sam was exceptionally efficient when we had issues with a part of an uncommon - exotic to use Sam's description - toilet. He was able to get the part within only a couple of days - very impressive. Sam also installed a new toilet and he was not only fast but thorough. We highly recommend Rocket Plumbing - ask for Sam!
