Jay was great - no fuss, straight to the problem. He brought his equipment and fixed a clogged sink in 30 minutes (I was struggling the day before for over 4 hours trying to fix it myself). There's a reason these professionals exist. Recommend highly!

I called Plumber Los Angeles, Los Angeles Plumbing, A.C. Company to fix my toilet and they were very professional and courteous. We scheduled the appointment for later in the day and they were right on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and didn't charge me an arm or a leg either! Guillermo and Owen worked together in a very professionally,friendly and respectful way.Guillermo was very responsive and answered all my questions regarding his job to my great satisfaction.And Owen was always there near him to assist with all the tools he needed and when to lift the heavy water heater in places where they should be.Guillermo was feeding Owen with knowledge,by showing him the right thing to do.I think to Owen’s full satisfaction!The two of them worked together really well!That’s why whenever I’ll need service from A1TSP I hope Guillermo will come over to assist me with our project.Thank you guys and I wish they gonna give you Ten Superstars instead of Five Stars!

They showed us how the last Plumber got away with murder while installing illegal piping together with cheap work. Wonderful service from Golden Plumber Out kitchen faucet snapped off and I couldn't get behind the sink to fix it. This is a small job for a plumber but a big deal for a homeowner. They came out the same day and fixed it. Very nice, polite and professional. Very reasonable rates. I will call them again if I ever need anything done.

Not only is Victor professional and his work quality, he’s also ethical—a decent guy. Hard to find any sort of contractor, especially in the plumbing industry, who isn’t trying to overcharge or scam you into doing work you really don’t need (which, by the way, happened to me, a few months ago, with a major plumbing company). He was kind enough to help me in dealing with said major plumbing company—which, unbeknownst to me at the time, had never acquired the necessary permit prior to doing the work. He gave me all the info I needed and walked me through the whole process, to hold them accountable for their irresponsibility. I wish more people in this industry had this kind of integrity. Needless to say, Victor is now our family plumber.
