At first I was confused by 72F’s policy of not actually doing the work they recommend, but their consulting service probably saved money in the long run. They didn't try to sell me anything, but did tell me how to fine tune and maintain our system to get the best out of it and hopefully prevent problems in the long run. John came out and did recommend some work, but I did the smaller stuff myself and he put me in touch with a plumber who could handle what I didn't think I could do myself. He came and inspected everything when it was done and didn’t charge us for the follow-up visit. Well worth the $2,500 (roughly, plus repairs) for our small co-op.

Real Plumbing did an excellent job installing additional water and drainage and fixing some minor leaking faucet issues around the apartment. He did a few improvements on my original thoughts/suggestions which were much appreciated. Would happily work with them again!

I contacted this company Saturday night for a back up sewer line.
And after the plumber left, he said the line was all cleared. I paid$ 800.00 cash. On Monday I called and informed them that we still had sewage back up. And was told it would be an additional $300 to run another line check.... I asked to speak with the owner, he never called after I left 3 messages. Bottom line ... The Sewer line is collapsed !!!! Another company did the job.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! !! Repeat Do Not Do Business With This Company.!!!! Be WARNED !!!!
They are a Complete Rip-Off, and the owner never returns the messages you leave with the secretary.....
