He puts a lot of thought into crafting new high efficiency heating systems too, and likes to save energy in the long run by putting in nessisary effort upfront to reduce heat loss.

Nic was great! He fixed our heater in record time. He noticed that our air conditioner needed repair on a part that still was under warranty. He even had the part in his truck. I will definitely use Green Box Mechanical. They are great and very responsive.

Omer came to my house because my water heater's pilot wouldn't stay lit. I suspected it needed a new gas valve and it would be a quick fix. Instead he spent 2 hours using scare tactics and misinformation according to the plumber who replaced the gas valve the next day. Omer was building a case to replace my one year old water heater when it all it needed was a simple repair. He left after I paid $160 consulting fee with no benefit from his misinformation. I gave him a chance to remedy the situation but never heard back.

Devin was a life saver to fix our clogged kitchen sink with detailed explanations and patient walk-throughs. He put in a lot of efforts to ensure the flow was restored. Apparently they don't know how to install push-connect fittings. Tap came off upon the slightest touch, not sure how I was supposed to connect a hose to that. Had to push it back on against full water pressure three times. My entire wall is soaked inside and out. I highly suggest you call a different plumber.
