These guys are the absolute best. I had a tight timeline before my home sale closed. They ran into all kinds of problems with the liner installation, (due to the original conditions in my 1930’s home. They powered through it all, with a great, positive attitude, went above and beyond. They worked long days 3 days in a row until the liner was done. All for their original quote. I never write reviews, but this company deserves a shout out. I wish all contractors had this level of integrity.

They helped me anticipate the future because I have an older home. Yet , all the options were very reasonable...... They also replace a faucet for me a couple of week ago. I couldn’t be more pleased with how quickly the Roto-Rooter team were able to arrive at our house yesterday. This was after calling 3 different local plumbers. With in minutes they were able identify the plumbing issues. Even better after the plumbing work was completed a few hours later, their restoration team was out at our house to help clean up the mess in our basement. Everyone we engaged with was polite and very professional. I would strongly recommend this company for any surprise plumbing accident. Thank you roto-rooter team!

We have used this company for 30 years. We know the family. They are honest, dependable, reliable, just really good.

I called him at 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning and left a message. Kevin McGrath called back in 20 minutes. After explaining the situation, he said I'll come over between 9 and 10 AM, but he arrived a little earlier before 9:00 AM.

Within 20 minutes he had figured out a work-around to get it going temporarily, and explained that his son (also named Kevin) would check on getting a warranty replacement, and we could discuss this after the weekend.

The fact that he came right away, knew exactly how to fix it (being an older gentleman he knew some tricks the younger guys probably wouldn't have come up with), and on a weekend made it well worth the price. I would definitely give him a big thumbs up.

I needed a plumber for a backed up sewer drain. I called Dave and left a message. I called another plumbing service with good ratings and setup an appointment with them. Dave (or i think it was Dave) called me back shortly after I explained I already booked with an other company. He asked about the rate and when I told him the rate and other company. He assured me they do good work at a great price. Seems super professional to speak well of his competition I'll definitely call Dave in the future if I have plumbing needs.
