I cannot thank Justin enough for his help on my sewer line. He spent over 3 hours obliterating tree roots that were causing backups in my basement. I’d asked to use the camera when I booked the appointment because this was the THIRD time in 5 months I was dealing with this issue (the two times prior I called a company that did nothing but drain my bank account. Needless to say, they will never hear from me again).

By the end of my appointment with Justin, my sewer was clear, shiny and flowing like a river. Years of roots were gone. Prices were amazingly fair. I will recommend CCDC to anyone and everyone I can!! Thank you, Justin!!

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This is the plumber to hire, if you want the job done correctly and for a great price! I called them after I was disappointed by the empty promises that I received from another company. I called and learned that this is a two-man show. I described the problem and felt very comfortable with the on-the-phone diagnosis. My partially clogged basement drain was snaked and opened. The cost was discussed over the phone and there were NO HIDDEN COST. Now, the icing on the cake, the plumber was neat, polite and extremely personable. Hire, them, you will be glad you did!

I was hearing what sounded like running water under my house. Went under the house to see what’s going on, I had a leak coming from a copper pipe I could not reach or get too. Called a few plumbers and they had a wait for days. It was a Friday afternoon and Griffin came Monday afternoon. Kevin the plumber was professional and fixed my leak within 3 hours.

Cost was reasonable, great service and they’re local which is another plus.

Had to use them through Fidelity Home Warranty and they were great. Phone and admin service was excellent. Both the first visit to diagnose the problem (dead water heater) and the second to correct it (install a new one) went off without a hitch. The plumbers were prompt and courteous. I'm not sure why all the bad reviews (I was nervous about using them after reading them all, but didn't have a choice), but my experience was positive.

Avoid this place at all costs. They came to my house and replaced a sump pump. 15 minutes after they left, the sump pump alarm went off and, luckily, my cleaning lady was there to hear it. She went downstairs and found a burst pipe with water spraying everywhere on brand new carpet. I called the business right away and had them come back. They were able to come back and fix it. However, a quarter of the basement carpet was soaked with water. It needed to be extracted and they had initially agreed to pay for the damage. I texted the owner so I could send her the invoice and she acted she had no clue what I was talking about. I called her and she became very loud and unprofessional with me and stated that she would never pay for such a thing. She then proceeded to blame the pipe bursting on me. She said I caused it and I don’t know how I could do that while I was at work when this happened and it occurred 15 minutes after they left. She then ended the call in my face. Her name is Zainab and everyone should avoid her at all costs.
