I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

Price to replace a garbage disposal was $867 and the plumber took only 45 minutes. There was no detailed invoice provided but i checked pricing of the garbage disposal model at one of the home improvement stores and it was $110. Feel I got very ripped off on labor charges! Won’t use this company again.

Via a few recommendations on Next Door app - I gave Blair Plumbing a ring after hours to clear a kitchen sink drain line. Left message. Bob responded early next morning and said he'd would be able to get to me. He was prompt, professional, and even though I didn't get estimates from anyone, his cost seemed more than reasonable to me. Drain flowing like the River Nile. Blair plumbing will always be on my call list.

Called them because my pipes froze and when I went under the house to unfreeze them I realized one was leaking. I wanted to get the pipe replaced. They did show up same day which was nice but basically told me there was nothing they could do (not really sure why) and it would either be $250 for him to just show up and do nothing, or another $150 for him to go in the crawl space and look at it. I didn't want to pay $250 for him to show up and leave so I went in the crawl space with him and pointed out where I knew it was leaking from, since this was hours since I'd defrosted it it was refrozen and not leaking, he took some pictures and left. Cost me almost $400, didn't offer to fix anything, just said he'd get me a quote next week about replumbing the whole house. Today the pipes unfroze and suprise its still broken in the exact spot I showed him. Now its gushing water and I had to shut off water to the whole house. Out $$ and still have the exact problem I called about. They're closed today so can't even get ahold of them to get them back out to fix the original problem. Feel ripped off.

I was really impressed with your customer service and the unbeatable price. I requested a quote to replace the water heater. I had already called 3 plumbing companies before this company. I was surprised at the price that they offered me almost half the others were also very professional. We agreed on the time when they sent me an invoice. On the day of the service it was on time and of course I was skeptical because of the price that they might not be doing a good job. In the end I was very happy with the service. They provided the call which I made to the end. I would highly recommend them, thank you again!

Not sure why the other reviewers had trouble contacting them, I haven't had any trouble with the number listed on Google. I've used Junior's Plumbing three times over the past three years and been satisfied each time. Frank has always shown up when he said he would, unlike another plumber I tried, and he seemed like he knew what he was doing. He is also one of a short list of contractors in the Somerville area that will service a Navien tankless boiler.

Great Service. Family run business with true values in the costumer and the service they provide. Been around for 40 years and continue to serve the Las Vegas area. Prices are great. On time and everything. People there really show their values in their costumers and its a family business. What more could you want?
