On time and everything. People there really show their values in their costumers and its a family business. What more could you want?

Universal plumbing rocks!

Called because I've used them in the past for a rental property repair and the first call they hung up on me and second time they said they no longer do residential repairs. Terrible and rude phone etiquette.

I called Green Light last week when my wife lost her wedding ring down the shower drain. Green Light was awesome. They had a plumber out there when we could meet them and were able to recover the ring for $200, which was a huge savings vs. the replacement cost and my wife gets her ring back! Thank you, Green Light!
