Quality work and economical price

I had some work done by Jake's last year in my airbnb house. The tech came out and found the problem (which was not what I thought it was), and fixed it at a much lower price than I would've anticipated. Yesterday, I called them for a service call at the same airbnb house. The garbage disposal was not working. Jake called me and walked me through the method of fixing the disposal, which worked perfectly! He could've come out and charged me a service call, but didn't. This is a very honest business that I highly recommend!

Scam artist through and through. They came out at the request of my insurance company. The technician did a ten minute site visit and advised my wife it was all out of code. He stated he would have to call the insurance company the next day and get parts. We waited two days to be called and told it would be 2 more days before my hot water heater could be installed. He came out and did the work. I get home and take a picture and compare it to the old one....he used new parts all the exact same part number as the old ones and everything in the exact same place as before. Fittings even bent in the exact same configuration. The two pictures including height look identical. Yet I had to pay him $$$ because he said everything was out of code.
A year later the pilot system went out. Called a real plumber, showed him original photo, he says it was already up to code.

Had a quote the very next day. Within 5 days I had a brand new well spigot. :)

Did terrible work, did not stand behind it, and eventually lost their case in court.

stans plumbing installed a toilet for me,
but didn't use a WAX RING, HE WAS to lAZYTO GO BUY a wAX ring so he used plumbers putty, INSTEAd AND then seaLED AROUND THE TOILET TO MAke it aPPEAr aS IF IT Wasn't leaking when in reaLITY fecaLE MAtter was leaKING ON THE FLOOR IN MY RENT HOUSE.
I Paid him like 100. to do the job but he didn't do it.

Roy did an under-mount installation of a new sink in March. He was very professional, responsive, and took time to make sure it met our expectations.

I had a home warranty company for several years. Overall, their service wasn't great, but it was cheap enough and spotty, but decent at times. When we had no hot water, I called my home warranty company that sent out their plumber. All the guy did was stink up my garage with the odor of marijuana smoke that poured off of his clothes and talk about how hard it was going to be to change out my water heater. He stated he would turn it in to the home warranty then get back with me to do the work. Two weeks later, a dozen phone calls that were never returned, and a lot of time wasted on the phone with the home warranty company later, I was told to find another plumber who could come out. I almost didn't call these guys, but decided to give them a try. What a big difference between these guys and that tramp the home warranty company sent out. They admitted the water heater would be a challenge but had it installed within a half day. They also corrected several issues that the home warranty plumber created when he installed my water softener and tied it directly into the water heater using plastic lines. They are clean, responsive, professional, and were spot on with their service and their work. I've since dropped my home warranty since I constantly have to find someone else to do their job and will be using these guys for all of my work in the future.

Made an appointment and they never showed up. Called and left messages as well and never heard from them. Waste of time.
