Our AC unit stopped work on a Saturday afternoon. I called Terry’s because they had serviced my units before. Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.
Our AC upstairs stopped working last night. We have family from France arriving for a visit this week, and I was desperate to get it working. Our wonderful realtor, Matt Berry, recommended Terry's American. One phone call and we were on the schedule same day. The problem was quickly identified and the new part installed. Jay went above and beyond, catching a failing part in the downstairs unit, as well. We will definitely be calling this company again.
The office staff was very accommodating in scheduling my electrical issue since it involved my freezer. The Electrcian, Dean, was prompt, professional and proficient. He was thorough and easily explained my problem. I’m very happy with Terry’s American and will be quick to recommend and will utilize them with any other problems, like HCAV, plumbing, water heater and other electrical issues.

The hottest day of the year so far (2023) they were the only one who answered the phone and they had a technician out within the hour and had us up and running within that hour and oh by the way honestly and professionally!! I thought my first service with them was good. Unfortunately, my system stopped cooling again after a week. They said they couldn't get anyone back out for 4 days and then no-showed that appointment. All of their phones were off the hook and I can't get help. Emailed a manager, no response. Very disappointed.

Take it from a Real Estate professional to call someone else for your HVAC needs! We have reached a point that our property management company has to pay bills with check and not card for accounting purposes. The company left one of my tenants without AC and would not go out to fix the same AC unit without a card payment for the service for them going out the day before supposedly fixing the same unit! They didn't even fix it!!!! The unprofessionalism from their staff and the dishonesty was disgusting. I couldn't believe running one of companies in this way!
Technician David was very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. He fixed my problem very quickly and came out within 24 hours! Very grateful

Not real pleased. Removed an Easystart as they said it was bad. In fact, not bad. Can b adjusted with an app. Need it reconnected but they can't do that for at least 5 days. It's a 10 min job to get system back so AC will work with solar.
I think they should have checked the easystart online before they say bad and disconnect.

On time, professional, Very personable techs, went the extra mile to trouble shoot and find my issue at my manufactured home. Definitely would recommend. The administrated that answered the phone when I first called is super friendly and she greeted me with much enthusiasm.
Our experience with this Company is limited to plumbing of a total remodel but the level of incompetence is staggering and something we are still paying others to find and fix. Their plumbers reversed hot and cold throughout the house, incorrectly installed every bathroom sink which damaged new cabinets, failed to install a p-trap under a tub causing sewer gas to rise up and we recently discovered they failed to correctly install a tub drain/overflow causing water to collect under the tub and creating a mildew smell throughout the house (which we are now paying someone to come in and repair). During construction, we had repeated failures to show up and failure to complete the work in a professional manner. Two years later and we still paying significant amounts of money to find and repair the mistakes they left behind.
Came to our house late Friday, excellent service, explained what he was doing, helped clean up the water, super nice gentleman. 5+stars
Fair prices and quick service. We called them at 12:30 and there was a technician at the house by 1:45. I will definitely use them again.

I was very satisfied with the Electrician and his diagnosis of the problem and was very pleased that it was fixed so quickly.
Paid for annual maintenance contract on 16 March. They couldn't schedule service until 12 May. On 12 May they called and wanted to reschedule until the following week. I told them to cancel my service contract and they said it was non refundable! Really a scam outfit!!
They are always prompt, professional and so on the top. They installed the unit in 2017 and have always taken care of it. I highly recommend them.

I have a maintenance agreement with them, so they always come out the same day. My heater wasn’t coming on this morning so I called & they sent Nathan right out to my home. He was very professional & polite, went up into the attic, came back down, explained what the issue was, and walked me through what I could do until the part came in. I recommend Terry’s American to everyone!!

Frustrated with making a simple maintenance appointment for our AC. I mentioned a couple of issues we were having, but I never requested a service call. I was only trying to schedule our regular AC maintenance, which I did. It was hard to communicate with the person who my husband and I spoke to. She was trying to sell us a more expensive service agreement, which we did not want. Finally, the AC maintenance was scheduled for June 15th. The next thing we knew, the service person showed up at our house today for a service call - $99.00. Again, I never asked for a service call. The maintenance person did a fine job, and went ahead and did our scheduled maintenance. I paid another $199.00 for that. So, my beef is that I never asked for a service call, but had to pay for one since the scheduler put us down for one and the service person showed up for a service call. I have been using your company for several years, and this is the only time I have been frustrated.
Update: June 15th was our scheduled maintenance appointment, even though the servicing had already been done and I was charged the $99.00 service fee. After several telephone calls with Terry's American, I was told that they listened to my original call. They stood by their service call fee. After 7 or 8 years with Terry's American, with no problems whatsoever, we will no longer be using this company. We do not do business with people who treat their customers this way. When I said I did not request a service call, I meant that I did not request a service call. Period. I do not do business with anyone who treats their customers this way.

Very disappointed how they handle their business. Had plumbing work done back in April and the took forever. They broke my wall in laundry room, the tile in my bathroom. Pictures and text I received from them is unreal. I don't recommend them at all. Clark stated he thought everything was done, he is the one I dealt with by phone. He states he will be out to look into it. He still hasn't come by. He state the tile man he hired is still looking for tile to match my wall. I called the tile company, and he stated he doesn't do patch work. He stayed he told Clark this and nothing had been done. Make sure you check permits, insurance, company review before hiring anyone. Do not hire this company. What we have been thru with them, the list goes on. The news media, have been notified. This will be resolved. Unfortunately it has to be done the hard way.

Unfortunate experience with this company and ended up hiring another company to actually fix my a/c.
Tech says no charge for him to come back out then you get an invoice for $175 for an hour of labor when he was there for 10-15 mins!
I will not use again. My total bill was 366.00. I was charged 99.00 for a service call. 187.00 to replace the capacitor. My husband replaced last year for 12.00. I was charged 80.00 for cleaning the filter and the condensor, which my husband also cleaned last year. I did not authorize the charge to clean. I knew it wouldn't be cheap, but I was expecting about 200 to 250. Our fault, for not having the time to take care of it ourselves. Fool me once.
Wow what a great tech for checking my air conditioner. Peyton was quick yet gave me an education on the workings of my ac system. He was equipped with the latest tech and knew exactly how much the lenex system needed. The company responded within 2 hrs on a holiday weekend which is always when your ac goes out! Great company, great technician!
I highly recommend Terry's American. I was in need of toilet repair, and they were out the next day. I also advised them that I will be moving and they also serve the area that I am moving to. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs moving forward. I have had several issues with my toilet and they were able to resolve it in one visit, and now it works great. They are very professional and on time. Call them for all your Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical needs. You won't be disappointed.
Would NOT Recommend.
Husband called T.A. and they were out twice with in a 2-week period. We paid for the first service call. Yet the AC wasn't working at full capacity.
We have security footage (photos) that T.A. was out for the second service call as we were not charged nor was a diagnostic report given. Verbally it was relayed the AC was good it was an electrical issue.
We Found Out Otherwise.
Then called a COMPETITOR who was able to diagnose and fix the issue with in 32-hours from first contact and charged a reasonable rate for the service provided.
I can't express my gratitude enough to the team at Terry's American. We called many places to get help with our water heater issue but were looking at days before anyone could show up. Matt and crew were able to come over same day and instead of just recommending a new water heater actually looked into things and found it was repairable! They were honest and straight forward and went above and beyond to make sure things were in order. I would say I'm a customer for life. Highly recommending their services. Thank you Terry's Amercan!

1. He didn't call before coming out so it took me awhile to get my dogs up. 2. All he did was put his thing on my fuse box and said nope it is not here and went to his van for like 10 minutes and then came in and said they would trouble shoot but it would cost me $318. plus it could or might be something else well you could be looking at over $800. I thought they was going to find out what was wrong and then give an estimate. So I felt they just came out and didn't even find out where or what the problem was but was wanting big dollars. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

My wife and I built our own home. Terry's did our Hvac and Electrical. They came in under what the project was budgeted for and the service was excellent. They were always on the job when they said they would be and are really quick installing both mechanicals, and did a great job! We got to move into our new home this past weekend and noticed the heat wasn't working. We called Terry's and Mr. Neil Garby showed up at our house less than two hours later. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He had the heat blowing in under half an hour and ensured us our system was in great shape. If you're looking for Hvac or electrical services use Terry's. They're the best in the business.

Would not recommend this company what so ever. We hired them to replace sewer line which we were told would take one day. On the day that they arrived they decided to tear down our back fence without notification to me or my landlord. Then proceed to dig the trench in our yard. They then left their backhoe in our yard for 8 days without any updates about when they would finish without me first reaching out to them each time. They then finished the job 8 days after their initial start date (mind you this was suppose to be a one day job). They did not properly fill in the trench and left a giant mound of dirt in my yard. They left the fence that they tore down in my yard after the job was finished and are now informing me that they are not responsible for fixing the fence or replacing it. Terrible company and service. Would not recommend to anyone
Felipe was my technician and did an outstanding job. Attention to detail and overall job was perfect. He was on time arriving and wasted no time completing the task.
Started a renovation project with them in January, using electrical and plumbing services. They have worked with me thru many issues with other bad contractors. They have come thru.

The technician that came was great & he also already had the part we needed replaced & installed on hand in his truck. I have had an annual maintenance agreement with Terry's for several years. I have been very pleased with their knowledge, promptness and courtesy. Everyone has been pleasant to work with and honest about what services I need. They have not pressured me for unnecessary repairs. A few years ago in mid-summer, I had a fan motor go out during their busiest time. They gave extra effort to replace the fan in two days. Kirby, a technician, was here this week for a heater checkup. He remembered me from two years ago, and again gave me prompt, pleasant and great service. After each visit, I get an email receipt with what was done, amount charged and recommendations. Terry's has done a great job for me. I'm sure they will for you as well.

the system seems inefficient. With the onset of cooler weather, (actual cold weather coming later this week) our propane usaged increased 20% (the tank went from 57% to about 35% in two weeks.
The installation process was disjointed and the ERV and hood vent were connected to an electrical outlet with an extention cord.
The installation area was left littered with pieces of wire and debris.
There was no explanation of the area covered by the two zones and how to best manage the system.
Nice people and they will do all they can to fix the problem. My unit was 25 years old, nd needed replacing. But they weren’t big on the “sell” and I appreciate that. They did tell me it was highly recommended to replace no I will get that done with them as well.

Kirby did a great job today. Service response and expertise with Terry's American has always been great. They always provide complete details and answer my questions to my satisfaction. Their service plan is a great value and I am glad to have them as a trusted vendor. I highly recommend them.
I was disappointed about the plumber service. I just called to clean the sewer pipe but they just work for about 30 mins and can't complete the work. And they accidentally broke my pipe and they did not take any responsibility for it. And I need to call someone else to repair it. Then I went to their office to talk about that and they said they will refund me the service charge fee but nothing happened. All about that, This company has an expensive charge of 30 mins work for 334 dollars and don't have any responsibility for what they did wrong.
David was extremely professional and found my issue quickly.
Terry's American replaced all of our old corroded sewer lines and corrected the plumbing issues we've had at our house for years. Water lines and plumbing is now working flawlessly!
Had a leaking tub that has been repaired a few times since we bought the house. Terry’s sent a professional to assess the situation and they set up a time that would work for all. The plumber showed up on time and did a tremendous job. The work area was clean when they left and it looks and works great. The team was professional and gave me a fair price. I will use them for future plumbing needs.
Great experience. They showed up promptly and stayed late to replace a hot water heater that another company made a mess of. Couldn't ask for any better or friendly service. The even had the water heater delivered on site after hours.

After being let down by my normal plumber, I called Terry’s after they were recommended by son. The situation at my house was pretty dire. I spoke with Kathy and she sent Matt out within an hour of me calling and he was awesome. He was extremely thorough and found out where there were several issues that needed to be corrected, made a plan and fixed everything perfectly. I can’t recommend this company enough. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous.
Peyton fixed our unit today and was very helpful. Even recommended a new thermostat we have been looking into! He wanted to make sure we got one that works well. Thank you for your help.
We called Terry’s to install a top mount vanity sink in our half bath. Felipe quoted us $1225.00. Also, informed us that we needed to pay him $99.00 to tell us this quote. We thought this was highly overpriced and said no thank you. My husband got on the internet to find that the national average for this service is $325.00. We called another plumbing company to come out. After being ripped off 99.00, we asked if there was a fee for coming out to give us a quote. This company said that there was no charge for a quote. Terry’s was actually quoting over 3 times the amount of our new plumber! They are price gouging which I believe is illegal and especially during disasters like a pandemic. Terry, you should be ashamed of yourself! Every negative review I have read is about pricing.

They were professional and got the job done quickly and at a good price. We had one of their electricians come out to fix a problem connected to our HVAC, and he immediately called out an HVAC tech from the company to come out after he was done to finish the job. No additional service fee either. I was expecting to have to wait to get one out after the electrical was fixed. Great job guys!
You can't go wrong with Terry's American!!! The electricians who came to our office were professional, neat, fast, WONDERFUL! I HIGHLY recommend this company! We had a little bit of a rough start but THIS COMPANY! They worked with me and made it ABSOLUTELY RIGHT, better than right! Rhonda in the office is super nice and extremely helpful!! They even vacuumed the floor where they had to drill into the wall! I will always use Terry's American for all of our heat, air & electrical needs!!

I contacted Terry's American for a service call for my Mother and spoke with Fran, the customer service rep who was excellent in assisting us and scheduling an appointment the same day. Brandon was very prompt in coming over the same day to check the unit and provide an estimate. Since the unit had to be replaced, Fran worked diligently with us to schedule the repairman to come the next day to begin replacing the unit. Thanks so much Fran for assisting in following up with us through the replacement process....you are so appreciated.
Recently my husband and I had our heater routinely serviced through Terry's and they sent out a gentleman named Kirby. We can't say enough good things about the excellent service we received from Kirby. He very professionally and very thoroughly checked our heater system and serviced it, but also checked our water heater and answered questions my husband had about it. In this day and age of everyone being in a hurry, Kirby gave attention to detail, and it was obvious he knows the value of a job well done. We hope we'll see Kirby again the next time our service is due!
Had the blower motor replaced by a different company. It barely blew air out the vents after the replacement.
Called Terry's and Brandon showed up and knew exactly what to do. Excellent job and reasonable rates.
Felipe reinstalled the garbage disposal. It had come loose and was leaking. And he repaired the faucet. Which he tightened. Really liked him. Besides fixed the issues, he was very friendly. If I ever need pluming work I will insist on him being the person that is sent out!!
I have had a maintenance contract with this company for several years, so a technician comes out in the spring and fall to check and service my HVAC unit. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. Devin was the technician that serviced my system last fall and yesterday. I would also give him a 5 Star rating!

John and Cameron came this morning to rescue me from the excessive heat. My AC unit cratered after 14 years and they replaced the outdoor AC unit with a Trane 16 seer unit. I also had them replace the old furnace with a new Trane system. John and Cameron were very thorough and professional and worked very hard in the heat to get the new units installed. Terry's American is a very honest and great company that I have used for many years, and will certainly continue to do so. I am very happy that they also handle plumbing and electrical issues.

Had a simple capacitor go out, Of course on a weekend. My previous part lasted many years (15+). The one that recently went out had on been in since 2013 (10yr warranty) on Carrier (Puron) units but the cost isn't in the parts, it's in service charge and labor. They were nice enough to not charge a full hour for 15-20m worth of work. Nor did they charge the service call fee... The technical/electrician (hvac) guy was nice and professional, on time and communicated well. This is our second or third call with them (they used to be Baxter) now it's a consortium so you would think the prices would be even lower. All and all I would recommend them, and will call again when in need.

The service technician, Kirby, was prompt and thorough. He took the time to explain the issue and his repair plan. He even came back the next day to do the repairs himself, to ensure it was done correctly. Very good job!
I have used both Jason and Tyler and couldn’t ask for better customer service. Even though it was still under warranty they took care of my AC fast which shows they take of their customers after the sale. Both of these guys were professional and very nice and polite. My AC problem was fixed and I would highly recommend Terry’s.
Not very pleased. $400 to replace a $25 electronic igniter plug on my central heater. This is my second time using this business. First time I paid for service after hours at a premium rate even though my heater was under warranty. This time I paid a premium rate during normal business hours. Thank you for your service man that was very nice but I’m afraid I won’t be using Terry anymore.

Ricky, from Terry's American HVAC did a fabulous job installing additional vents and ductwork to our newly enclosed patio. He was very courteous, on time and cleaned up after himself. The vents were perfectly placed and we are very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend this company.

Fredy, Nathan, and Felipe, employees of Terry's American are excellent skilled employees, and were easy to work with regarding the installation of my heat and air units. WHY? Because I was constantly asking questions about the units being installed in my home, and the knowledge and the great attitude they exhibited in responding to my questions was refreshing to say the least. I appreciate you sending me decent, understanding, and kind employees. I would certainly recommend this company to the masses. I almost forgot Matthew. He is included in the mix.

We have been very pleased with the experience at Terry's American. We were surprised to find out March 4th that our HVAC system needed replaced. The original service tech proposed a comparable price, not so comparable product, and several unanswered questions so we decided to call Terry's American. Terry Sorrells came out that very evening, gave us a quote (that we couldn't pass up!), and scheduled the install for two days later. 2 days! We had a brand new system in 2 days. Their people are amazing and obviously take pride in their work. We cannot thank them enough for helping make this process unbelievable. They even help with the financing!! One of the breakers in our Power Load Box was melted and shorting out. Baxter's Electric responded immediately to my 6:30am emergency call. They showed me the problem and we scheduled to have the Power Load Box replaced a few days later. Jonathan and his team accomplished the detailed job professionally and quickly. We were so glad to have that sticker on the breaker box that said Baxter Electric now known as Terry's Electric. I heartily recommend them as the right answer to all problems electric. Terry's American was excellent from start to finish. It was the height of 100 degree days and our ac unit went out and had to be replaced. They were extremely busy and their quick attention to diagnose, action to get a new unit and have it installed was second to none. Of course it's always an inconvenience including the reality of time it will take especially when temperatures are so extreme but their concern and making every effort to get it done as soon as possible was extremely impressive. We are back to cool comfort with a much more efficient unit and even saving a good amount on electric bills.

I had them come out for a clog that was just on the draining of my washer. $350!!!! The lady who made the appt was really nice. They did come out the same day but they said 2 and didn't come until almost four. He said he had to go on the roof. I didn't even know they could do that. After about 45 min he was done and said it would be $350!!!! I was never told the roof was a higher cost. They basically charged me $350 and hour labor. It may or might not be an industry standard but I would be careful of this company and stay away!
My AC stopped cooling on the weekend, the hottest day of the summer. I called Terry's and they had it repaired before noon. They are efficient, capable, professional, and very good to explain what needs to be done. And, their prices are fair and reasonable. They are the best!

So thankful for Baxter Electric!!! (No relation 🤣🤣🤣) from Francesca in the office to the electrician Roger everyone in this company bent over backwards to make sure our electrical needs were fixed ASAP after a small house fire. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs! Our next door neighbor was so impressed with them she’s even hired them for a job in her home!
I had a technician come out Monday and look at our AC unit. He recommended for me to basically get a whole new unit and wanted me to spend over $6,000! I got a second opinion and replaced a $30 part. Now my AC is working great for way less than Terry's American suggested. What a scam! I had to pay $100 for Terry's American to look at my AC unit and to quote me an outrageous price! They also, try to get you to sign a contract for them to do routine maintenance on your unit in the fall and spring before they even look at your equipment.
Terry’s replaced the valve in my bathroom shower. They showed up on time and got the job done with minimum damage to the walls and tiles. The workers were professional and didn’t leave a mess. I was impressed by their work and will use them next time I need plumbing services.

COVID left me essentially unemployed for 2 1/2 months, so when A/C went out, I dreaded calling a service company (been there, done that). Terry's American sent Matt, who was timely, professional, quick, and most importantly, kind. When I explained my budgetary concerns, he made no attempt to upsell, upcharge, or worry me with dire forecasts of my old unit's imminent demise. He fixed the immediate problem quickly for a fair price. When the time for big repair/replacement comes, I will call Terry's American first. Thank you!
We called for estimate for new unit. Not once were we told there was a $89 or $99 service fee, not on the phone nor in person. Bad business to treat a disabled Vet that way.
I feel that they did a good job, box in attic came undone to where we wasn't getting any heat in one part of our house. Service was rendered and haven't had any problems since. Also, had our thermostat replaced. Customer service all around was awesome.
The young man has come here before to service our HVAC and before worked efficiently and professionally. He helped my husband move the couch to change filters. Or I guess my husband helped him. I like your company and your staff.

He found the problem. And had the filter that was needed. He show us and told us how to clean the vent that is below the AC. I will use them again if some sort of problem will come up. My husband and I did enjoy the service that we got today.

Terry's took care of the HVAC install on our new build. They have great great communication and are very responsive. Everytime we had an issue throughout the build, we would see a technician the next day . Would highly recommend for HVAC service

Just wanted to give a shout out to Tre and the entire team @ Terry's American for the quick response to my clogged sewer line and bathroom sink. I had standing water in my basement and the team worked me in the same day I called! Tre, the technician, diagnosed the problem, worked to get it resolved and made Great suggestions on how to prevent the issue. He also presented steps I can take to protect my house in the event it happens again. Again, Great job to the entire team! You have created a new Loyal Customer. Highly recommend Terry's American!

My ceiling fan died. They came and checked it out and installed a new one.
I will give an extra star because it was a weekend. They charged a service fee of $99 just to be there.....they charged $225 to wash out the air conditioning coils.....absolutely a HUGE rip off. 50-100 maybey . Takes maybe 10-15 minutes. . A lady needing her air conditioner to work.....TOTAL ripoff. Then they didn’t want to fix it because it was R22 because it need to just need replaced. Well after the $225 up your rear end and a replacement capacitor it all works......even though it wasn’t supposed to.
My breaker box clicked off the electricity in 3 areas of my home. I couldn't get it to work, so I called Terry's. Jonathan got here promptly and checked the breakers and electrical outlets in the affected areas throughly. Thank goodness it was nothing severe, and he fixed it. I appreciate your great service!!!!

Trouble with AC unit and outside fan. Called 7/16/21, came out that afternoon to check unit. Developed a plan of action to determine issue. will order part on 7/19, and stated what to do in the interim. Technician came out in the morning of 7/19. Resolved issue. Good communication throughout, and good customer service. Thank you.
Arrived on time and priced my job to my satisfaction. Work was done quickly and cleanly. Not sure about the prices since there was Some confusion regarding the price quoted on the phone, but not a major issue.

I was charged after the annual $150 fee per year, $240 for 3 lbs of Freon. I question them and they said it was going rate. The bad part is their service man in 2017 let it all leak out. It was found by their own tech in 2018. He recharged it and it has not leaked since. I contacted them in 2017 and questioned and got no response until May of 2019. I received a $100 refund. This took 6 calls over about a year and a half to get a response and everyone lied about it. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS !!!!!

We had a little drip under the sink in an old house with tons of issues. They sent someone right out. He was nice, fast, and courteous. My mom is a senior so he wore his mask the whole time. Didn’t have to be asked. Went out of his way to explain what was going on. Even explained what would be needed for an ice maker on a fridge coming next week for this old wreck of a house. Thank you Trey.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This company takes shady to a new level. They worked on our Renai tankless hot water tank that was still under warranty. They worked on it left it disassembled and the following day called to quote us a new system for $4,800. We had a second company come look at it who is actually certified to install and work on Renai products and they discovered Terry’s butchered the warranty parts they had installed so badly the system was unfixable. They got the Renai Rep involved who is now assisting us dealing with Terry’s. Terry’s repairmen were negligent to the point that they left our system leaking natural gas for the last week. Bob is the manager we talked with who has failed to return our calls. We are in the process of turning this over to our attorney.
If you like fighting with a company to get work done, being charged for their mistakes, not having them show up and lying to you then this is the company for you. Let's not forget putting a unit in without the proper venting system that could lead ro carbon monoxide poisioning. They crew can't even get along.

My husband and I have been trying to have a project completed and all we had left to do is add electricity to the building. We called Terry's American, they came right out, gave us a bid, we accepted, they started the job and completed it in 1 day. Can't wait for OGE and inspections and then all is done.
Had the gas water heater replaced, The Service technician who came out was very knowledgeable, and told me what needs to be done, and was very upfront with price and took me through the process which was done very proficiently and on time, looks great and i have hot water again 5 star and will use them again.

Francesca was WAY out of line! The tech’s, that have been out MULTIPLE times now, are truly great guys but we’ve had issues with this unit. Today, the guys came out and left, nothing was fixed but when I called the office, RHONDA told me that the techs were done. I was understandably upset and requested a manager. RHONDA in dispatch should have never handed me off to FRANCESCA, her COUNTERPART, once I requested to speak with a manager. FRANCESCA refused to even give me an EMAIL ADDRESS for the manager after I requested, stating the reason being “this is a business.” She also called the landlord who supposedly misinformed her that we have fans (we were provided large window units which were removed after the tech’s initial visit last week) as if that takes away from them doing their job. Francesca then proceeds to tell me to GET A HANDLE ON MY LIFE and hangs up! Perspective: I am here with four minors (8,5,3, and 4 months), temperature at 82 degrees and it’s only 10:30 AM, and being told by the HVAC dispatch that I have FANS!!!!!! My landlord is being contacted while my request to speak with a manager is DENIED and I’m being told to “get a handle on [my] life! Worst customer service experience of my life! IMG_2291.HEIC

Very unhappy with the electric unit. They lied about installing a light fixture at our home and billed us an astronomical amount, while having put only a light bulb. On repeated calling they said if we didn't pay up they would submit it to collections. What a dishonest way of earning money. And for us the most expensive Walmart light bulb ever Installed at our home!:-(
Total breakdown of trust for us. A huge charge of $550 reduced to $250 (after repeated calls to them) for installing a light bulb. They call it adjustment! Very unethical and dishonest company and staff.

We have an older house that needed some pretty extensive electrical work. We received a quick estimate and were put on the work schedule right away. They performed the work with a minimum of downtime and inconvenience for us. Very professional.
The staff are courteous and professional. They come to do repairs within a short time. They are knowledgeable and efficient in doing the repair for a reasonable rate. I always call them when I need HVAC or plumbing work.

Plumbing technician arrived on short notice, to clear a blocked drain for an air conditioner condensate line, and repair two minor plumbing problems. Work was completed satisfactorily, on a timely basis.
Installed a new gas starter pipe for fireplace - $240 for 15 minutes. I asked why $150 for pipe and $90 for service call? Pipe only costs $20 at their cost. They said the $90 service call was just to come by. The other $150 was for installation and cost of the pipe. Wow!!! Before, when it was City Plumbing, I only paid $125 for the same job. No respect for the new ownership. Too many fair-priced plumbers in Norman to use them again.

Demanded I used only Trane brand AC units that cost a minimum of $8,000 and when I asked for any cheaper brands they refused to do business with me stating I am not worth their time and they are no longer interested in my business.
When Felipe came out and I explained what the Garbage Disposal was doing He told me what to do to keep the disposal cleaned out, Felipe even looked at my Hot Water Tank and said if I have any trouble with it to call him and he would come back out.
