Called in a panic this morning and the office was so helpful. They had Aaron come out. He arrived super fast and was courteous, knowledgeable and super helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue and our business was able to remain open! It was super appreciated!

We live in a house with constant plumbing issues. Mr. Rooter OKC was recommended by another plumber that we had called that couldn't make it out. We've never looked back. They are very helpful and affordable. We've used them multiple times, and I've always been completely satisfied with their services. They are upfront and honest about problems/pricing and have been very kind about not charging us when they came out and could not fix the issue (we needed to contact a leak detection company before they could fix the issue). I will continue to use them as long as needed. They really are great.

Kalib did a great job fixing our shower drip! He arrived right on time, knew how to loosen stubborn parts, and replaced the cartridge in record time. He had the parts on hand and didn't overcharge for them. Very impressed!

Where did you all find Mike Nelson? He’s everything!! He was very courteous and knowledgeable! Not only did he go above and beyond to help with our plumbing needs but he was very attentive and walked us through everything he was doing. Not to mention it’s Saturday and I was able to get attended to in less than an hour after the call! It’s hard to find people of his kind especially now days. A shout out to Mr. Rooter, owner David Duck, for his prompt service to answer a call regarding an outdoor leak that just appeared and was confusing to see. He sent out Karey who arrived within 20 minutes. Karey listened, assessed, answered my questions, and made recommendations.

I actually did not use them I called made an appointment to come out I changed my schedule around for them and they never showed up nor did they even call me to tell me they couldn't make it. They finally called on Monday and asked if I still wanted them and I said no I cancelled them they then called on Tuesday and the woman who asked if I wanted them to come out I explained to her I had to find someone else because they never came out and she hung up on me. No apologies nothing I will never call them again no matter how desperate I am. I would rather float around in toilet water that has overflowed then deal with unprofessional no show people

I had a unique crawl space leak and had to wait for an available plumber but it was 100% worth the wait. Great service with reasonable pricing. I had thought all they did were unclog lines (also used them for this service before, rapid quality service at a reasonable price). I was glad to hear they work on all plumbing issues.

Had issues this morning with our septic line, called around to a couple of places that we’re trying to over charge for snaking a septic line or said they had no availability till tomorrow. Called Mr. Rooter, was given a reasonable quote and said it would be a couple hours before they could get someone out. Well, right around the time they quoted I got a call from Kerry saying he was on his way. He got here, asked us what was going on and then got to work fixing the problem. He was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend them for your plumbing issues, I know after today we have their number saved in our phones.

Quality service And response on a Saturday to unclog 20-year old drain system. Very helpful advice and professional service. Very reasonable price for three hours of work and determination. Highly recommend.

I could not be more pleased with Graham! He made sure to check everything and worked hard to clear the clogs in the drain outside. He was very friendly and helped me figure out the best thing to do to get my system working again. I am a senior citizen and he gave me a discount on the work he performed. I had called several other places but Graham got back to me on time when the other places never even called back! I have given his information to all of my family and several friends so they can get the excellent service I received from Graham!! Thanks for everything!

Was in panic mode as my sewer was suddenly backing up and overflowing! Contacted several plumbing companies that were not available that day or wanted to charge an extremely high rate to meet their advertised “24 hour service.” My daughter recommended Mr. Rooter OKC based on a previous experience. Contacted them and they guaranteed someone would be out that day. They quoted me a price over the phone that was very reasonable. Graham showed up and immediately went to work. He was professional, efficient, thorough and nice. Within a short amount of time he had eliminated the problem. I will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

David was very knowledgeable and was able to give a lot of insight to my issue simply over the phone prior to even seeing my property. I had quite a bit of sewer line damage that needed a lot of repairs. Brian came to do the work and was very courteous and knowledgeable as well. The overall total for the repairs was half of my previous quotes with other Plumbers in the metro. As a first time home buyer, they are a trusted source. Thank you Mr. Rooter!

I have been using Mr. Rooter for over 30 years. I have used other plumbers, but I always come back to Mr. Rooter. His plumbers are excellent. They come when they say they will. The owner and the dispatcher are WONDERFUL people. They don’t mind taking time to talk and answer questions over the phone. That is very RARE in this day and age. They are in business, and they want to make a profit, but they do it honestly, without gouging their customers. They are just good old fashioned nice people! I recommend them highly!

I previously gave this company a good review however I am finding out not all their plumbers are equal and certainly they lack quality customers service. This past week I made an appointment to have a plumber come out. The first day no one showed up or called. I ended up calling the around 3 pm. The appointment was moved to the following day. Again no one called or showed up. Finally Friday, june 25 the tech, Terry Weaver calls. By the time he finally arrived I had only one of the two jobs still left and that was the removal of an old garage disposal. I thought things went well and it was less than an hours job. Later in the evening I discovered a rather heavy leak. It was very late but I called Mr. Rooters and got their answering service. On Saturday a lady calls and says no one can come back to fix the work they did and messed up until Monday. That is less than professional or responsive service to a customer that has already paid you and you did poor work. Her excuse was Terry doesn't work on the weekend and they are all booked up. To be clear, this is not a new service request, I was only needing them to come out and correctly do what I'd already paid them to do.

When Terry came out, after a really trying morning in Amber, OK, he took time to look things over, to listen to me tell him about the problem, and then explained to me the usual course of action to clear the clog in the drain. After we had talked a few minutes, he said he would try something right quick, and if that would not fix the problem, he would be out the next day and get the problem taken care of. When Terry brought in his tools and went to work, he had the drain cleared in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Terry, and thank you Mr. Rooter for sending us such a delightful individual to take care of our problem!

Today I’m very happy with this service but the guy who came out to my house was great he was super nice knew what he was talking about and guess what fixed my issue. I’m so happy. Price was good. Will continue to use them in the future. Thanks

The actual work they did, and price were five star. The only reason I did four was it took quite a bit of time to get here. Still, their work was excellent, friendly people on phones and actual plumbers. We would definitely use them again. Thank you!!!

I would give 5 stars because everything is great and was fixed, however when I called for a quote the lady I spoke with was a bit rude and gave me a flat rate. I even asked a few more questions and was never told about how LIKELY it would be that I would be charged more than that. I mean, I understand why they charged me $100 more than I was quoted since they had to use a longer snake or something like that.. but it would have been best, esp with me being a single mom who doesn’t always have a ton of extra money.. that when I called they could have given me a break down of what I could expect to pay instead of just a “$150” standard fee.

They were here for 35 mins. charged 300 dollars. I have had them at my house multiple times for tree-root issues throughout the years. Charged different amounts every-time. Not consistent with pricing and the plumbers are very unprofessional and almost confrontational when asked about pricing inconsistencies. I had two plumbers from this company try to convince me to replace my whole system for cheaper than the company offered behind the companies back. I also feel like I was taken advantage of because I was a women. For example, when my husband speaks to the plumbers they root our system, but when it is just me talking to them they constantly try to pressure me to replace my whole system. They have multiple numbers and multiple google accounts to avoid negative reviews. Mr. Rooter of Oklahoma City and Mr. Rooter are the same company.

I had only wanted to see about getting an estimate and they sent someone out. The person ended up actually doing the work, rather than just giving an estimate. I was kind of irritated about it, but needed it done and it was payday that day so I just paid for it anyway. It was a quick process and my sink is draining fine so I’m happy with the work.

I live in a very old house and have issues because of the age. I have used Mr Rooter for several years, and have always been impressed with the service and courtesy of the service men. They are always the ones I call, and recommend to anyone who asks about a plumber.

Same day service; within 45 min of initial call; thorough job: sewer cleaned, Richard had to get on roof, 2 toilets serviced, and new parts for one; Richard an excellent plumber and all this was reasonable. Main Mr. Phone line was unable to give quotes over the phone. Needed a simple job done involving replacing a free standing gas range. Called the local store line and was able to get a quote but was given in a per hour rate which the main line said they did not do.

Wes did a great job with my plumbing issues! He was courteous and professional. I would 100% recommend Mr. Rooter for your needs!

I have been a customer of Mr. Rooter for 40 years for my primary residence and 5 rental properties. Mr. Rooter has always performed each job with complete services and at reasonable costs.

They never disappoint. We use them at work constantly (Heavy volume trucking company). Their pricing and workmanship keep us calling back every time some here breaks something. Now I've got my night job using them!

Came to replace the drain on a 75 year old house. Arrived within the time they promised. Worked on it for about an hour and then replaced the drain and overflow pipe. Everything is good now.

Best weekend prices! Plumber was professional and honest. The dispatcher Ginny was very kind.

Tried to call the local franchise on Monday, forgetting it was Labor Day, but also noting the 24/7 and there was no answer. I submitted an internet request, receiving an email that I would be reached out to shortly. At 808am I called the local franchise and was informed by the female who answered the phone that someone would be there by late morning. I called the local franchise at 223pm, speaking to a male that seemed to have no idea of my previous call or internet request. The male then stated he had my address and someone would be out soon. At 442pm I called the local franchise, speaking with the same female I spoke with at 808am. She gruffly informed me the person was on another job and would call me when they were headed to my address. At 718pm I called the local franchise again, since I hadn't had any phone call and spoke with the same female. She again gruffly informed me she had spoken with the crew and they were still on a job. I asked about a courtesy phone call and that we were in a pickle due to the problem. She promptly and rudely asked if someone would be at my location in the morning. I explained to her I had already taken, now a full day, off of work. I asked what time in the morning and she stated she would have someone here by 8am. I'll wait to see if that happens.

As a side note I had the same franchise out 10 days ago and was told the problem was fixed. That plus the inability to give any update phone calls, which would have allowed me to contact someone else is by far sub standard. If they show at 8am in the morning I will be shocked,

As suspected I received a phone call at 810am telling me they couldn't make it at 800am as promised the night before. They stated as soon as they got a crew free they would start them. After three hours I called a local competitor and informed they would have someone there with in an hour. Less than an hour later the competitor arrived and took care of the issue. I definitely know who not to call in the future.

Needed a line clean out. Justin explained his procedure to be used. In no time the line was free and water flowed as it should. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

Called them at 5:15 PM and they said all technicians are home, told me to call another plumber. So much for being 24hr service.

I've worked for this company 2 Years and we are the best at pricing and quality work.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I selected this company based on the website which states no over time. The tech arrived at my house, unclogged my drain, then advised that there was a $25.00 overtime charge for Saturday ($35.00 if it would have been Sunday). When I called the office, they said they are privately owned and don't honor corporate rates - yet they get their business via the corporate site (selecting call now from the corporate site dials directly to their office).

Good customer service . Made no exuses got in there and got the job done that day. They were reasonable and fair. They was there to help yu solve ur problem.

Far and away the best plumbing service in Oklahoma.

I hired Mr. Rooter to replace my leaking water heater. I was told that they would give me an estimate on Saturday and do the job on Monday. To my pleasant surprise they not only gave me an estimate but also completed the job on Saturday! The technician whose name was Jeremy was very polite, professional,informative and honest... and his estimate came in 100% accurate and fairly priced. Jeremy did an exceptional job from start to finish including clean up!
I've used Mr. Rooter 3 times now and will continue to do so in the future.
