We had Red Plains Plumbing come out and fix a leak under our foundation. Kasi was very responsive tocome out quickly to assess the situation, and Dakota and his team were incredibly professional while making the repair. Very pleased with their service and the overall effort to get our water fixed ASAP! Would highly recommend.

The guys they sent out were professional and polite and the work they did was great. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 star rating is because they said my appointment was between 11am and 1pm but they didn't show up until 4PM. I would still recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done but they will have to be patient and able to give up their day to wait if needed.

This is an amazing family owned company. We have used them in the past for our home that got a clogged /leaking pipe for our bathtub. He even looked at a few other things for me to make sure everything else was working. They were prompt, ready to work, and clean with their work. We are even about to build a house and they are doing our plumbing for us. You can’t go wrong with using Red Plains Plumbing.

I noticed a Red Plains Plumbing vehicle in my neighbors drive one day and lo and behold 2 days later I came home to a leaking hot water heater. Called multiple plumbing companies including Red Plains and choose them based on their professionalism and excellent customer service on the phone. They were out in less than 24 hours and replaced my hot water heater. Both gentlemen were professional and efficient. They even looked at a couple faucets for me and ordered two cartridges that needed replacement at no additional charge. They have certainly earned my business moving forward and most importantly my referral. Thanks again RED PLAINS PLUMBING!!

Great company!! We got our hot water on demand replaced by this company and also put in a gas line for a gas stove. The plumbers they sent out were very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done with minimal disruption to my family. We will definitely return to this company for all of our plumbing needs!!

Hi Neighbors!

Just wanted to share, we had an issue with our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. We have had an absolute terrible experience with a plumber who botched the repair so badly we had to install a new unit. Thankfully a neighbor suggested Red Plains Plumbing. Kasi really came in and saved the day for us and we now have hot water again (THANK YOU JESUS). He has been nothing but professional with superior customer service. He contacted the Rinnai Rep who will be looking at our botched system and helping us handle the situation with the first plumber. He did an amazing job cleaning up someone else’s mess. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
