Damien was great, kind, respectful, he explained everything to me. From what wasn’t working, to why it’s important, and my options to fix it. he didn’t make me feel like I had to pick one option over the other or make me feel like I had to rush a decision. He was honest and explained all the option for me and he did great work! Sam was kind, respectful and understanding and worked with me as well to set up options for me and didn’t rush me to make a decision he gave me some time to figure out what we can do and schedule a time to come out to set down with my husband as well. I have dealt with company’s before where they are just about the selling of their product, but my experience with this company wasn’t like that. My experience was one of care for the customer and working with the customer to find what’s right and fits. I will use this company again and would recommend this company.

Gordon’s Service Experts is a very easy and professional company to work with. Answered my phone call and scheduled for techs to come out give me an estimate. Techs Preston and Bailey called before arrival and showed up within the time frame I was given. Very clean and professional, introducing themselves with a smile and handshake.They assessed my plumbing situation, gave me an estimate on the spot, answered additional questions I had, and even referred me to others services best suited for my needs. Highly recommend Gordon’s, even if it’s only for an estimate.

Patrick (Pat) Kite and Garrison came to our home for a AC tune up and to give us estimates for a new HVAC system, water heaters and whole house humidifier. They were thorough and competent-also patient in explaining potential issues/fixes. I appreciate that they were professional without being pushy -they are a credit to Gordon’s Service Experts who are lucky to have them.

I used Gordon’s expect for my old home in Newalla for a couple years. I did they yearly maintenance program. They have good quality service but they are pricey compared to others. I get it they have been around for time and have a good reputation. If you don’t mind spending about 25-35% more then other companies around, go for it again they do have good quality work and the service is above average so you know what your getting. If you want a more budget friendly service then I would shop around until you find a business that you like.

Great service! My water heater was providing only warm water. Gordon had someone at my house within 5 hours. Ashli resolved the issue within 30 minutes. She was knowledgeable, fast working, and courteous. She offered future options to consider as my unit is getting near to end of life.

We had a major underground leak and were without water. Gordon's sent out Javier and Tyler that same afternoon to take a look and provide a quote. We went with them and they were able come out the next morning! They worked quickly but thoroughly to make sure we had working water that day. Very pleased with their work. Felt like they value quality. Definitely will recommend!

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANYI wish I had checked reviews more thoroughly before contacting Gordon’s. I am a young female homeowner, moved into my home in 2020. Originally contacted them for a heating issue which was fixed without issue, but we were immediately sold the $15/mo membership. I was getting calls multiple times a week, long voicemails, etc, to the point that I attempted to cancel the service. Apparently, this cannot be done over the phone for some reason. I had to email my name and email and address to someone and ask for it to be canceled, and had to go through this process twice for it to be finally canceled.Fast forward to yesterday when I noticed some leakage around our furnace area. A technician and a salesperson came out immediately, and right away we were given a spiel about how our only option really was their advantage program. We were told that our ducts are too small, that we need an entirely new unit, and essentially we were pushed to sign up for this program. We were never given any other options outside of this advantage program, and were never told that the full price for this supposed new unit we need was $18,500. We canceled the agreement this morning after doing some research on market averages, and the salesperson discouraged us from using contractors.Seeing a lot of similar reviews of folks who had a fairly simple issue but were sold on some membership program and told they needed a full replacement. We weren’t even told that we wouldn’t actually own the unit. I feel taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. We were originally quoted a $99 service fee for them to come out, and just now received a call requesting $99 service fee + fault location service which came out to about $263. When I protested that we were never told that there was a diagnostic fee, suddenly it was able to be reduced to a $195 charge. The technician cited “no repairs were done and we were there for quite a while” as the reason, though most of the time was spent waiting for the salesperson to call managers, and to deal with a “credit bump” as he was on hold for a very long time. At no point were we told that there would be some kind of diagnostic fee on top of the service fee. The extra payment mostly feels like a punishment for not signing up for the advantage program that they push so hard.Our experience was identical to many others who have left 1 star reviews here, so just please be wary. We are a low-income young couple and didn’t want to be swindled into an $18,500 agreement that we likely don’t need for a unit we’ll never own that would also make it very difficult to sell our home at some point as the next owner would have to agree to take over the permit and make monthly payments on the unit. At $280/mo for their advantage program, in perpetuity, it’s just a complete scam.

My husband and I used Gordon's Service Experts for HVAC repair and maintenance. Austin Elliot and Jose Ortega came out and were extremely professional. They were able to take care of our issues and we would use them again.

We just moved in to our new home and we wanted to have a check up/tune up on the AC system. Eric and Austin came over and did stunning work reviewing our system and making recommendations to prolong the life of our unit. They also document the results very well in their system which could be helpful to gauge performance. They also explained the benefits of membership very well and (pending wife approval) I will be signing up! Thanks to those guys and thanks to Gordon’s!

Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Damien and Cale were both so professional and willing to educate me on what they were fixing and provide reasoning into why the heater failure may have happened. Could not recommend them more!

Damien and Austin were here and whole visit was great. They were professional, hard working and identified potential issues. Billing was clear and easy to understand. We will definitely have them back if needed.

Damien and Joe were both courteous and professional. They explained everything they performed in detail and planned a maintenance appointment for me so I wouldn't have to. They were cheerful despite the heat in the house, attic, and outside. They even made sure to leave things as they were.

HVAC rep diagnosed our unit needed the evaporator coil replaced. After paying the $195.00 trip/diagnostic fee, we were told they would order the part ($2K) and should have it replaced by the following week. The next day we received an appointment notification for the following Monday via email so we thought perhaps the part came in early. However, no one showed up on Monday. We followed up by calling the next day and the customer service rep stated she would email the parts department to check if the part had been ordered and completely ignored the question regarding why an appointment was scheduled the previous day. We waited several days until Friday since no one ever called us back. We called again to check on the status of the ordered part and when they estimated the install appointment would be (since we need to know what day to take off work to be home). Again we were given the run around that they would check around to see if the part was ordered and when we could expect it to arrive and be installed. We reached out to them three different times over the past two weeks to simply get updates on the order/repair. Not once did they return our calls. We have no problem waiting for a part to arrive or to wait to get on the schedule for a repair. However, the lack of communication this company provides to their customers is ridiculous. It's important to keep your customer informed throughout the process. Otherwise who knows how long we'll be waiting for the part to be ordered, arrive, or be installed. We understand it is peak season but stringing customers along while it's 100 degrees outside for weeks at a time is not considerate. I would not recommend anyone using this company. Perhaps if we bought the brand new A/C unit they tried selling us they would have been more motivated by the commission to help us.

Eric Troxel is a LIFE SAVER!!! I came home from a 12hr shift only to find the A/C wasn’t working and the temperature in the house at almost 90 degrees. Eric showed up at the door and immediately got to work after calming down. He examined I unit and was able to come to a resolution. IT WORKED!!! The air came on and I started to do my happy dance. Eric truly knows his skills and how to get things done! Thank you, Eric!!! You saved my home and my sanity.

Micah was professional and gave a detailed understandable explanation of what was going on with my air conditioning system. Very appreciative of a service technician who has great ability to educate consumers regarding maintenance of one of the most important comforts of home.

We had been without our AC all day. We thought it was due to a faulty thermostat but that wasn’t the only problem. Peyton showed me that our AC heat pump unit was in need of cleaning, & new wiring, besides the new thermostat! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, & patient with our questions. Jennifer is a ROCK STAR!! She worked so hard installing our new AC system, even in the heat. She was very kind and professional, cleaned up behind herself and even loved on the dog. Gordon's has been a great choice.

Scheduling an appointment was super convient on Gordon's website, the technician they sent out, Ashli, was great. Didn't mind our nosey dog, diagnosed the problems quickly and got the job done same day. We had another issue that needed to be scheduled out and she made it super easy to arrange the appointment. Definitely will use Gordon's for our future plumbing needs.

Jennifer, has a good attitude about coming in and fixing my AC. They have really good pricing, very respectful, hard worker. She told me what had to be done, and she did it I came home from a long shift, and my house was cool. I really appreciate it Jennifer 😃

Eric Troxel is a wonderful technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough! He is very courteous as well. I would highly recommend his A/c expertise.

Damien was a great technician. He informed on a lot things concerning my mini splits, he also went above and beyond on servicing my unit and making sure it worked before he left. I am so glad I called them.

We pay for the Maintenance+ membership which allows for routine maintenance and discounts. Today we had Eric come out to the house and do routine maintenance on our AC/Heater. He was very professional and friendly. He left everything in a clean state and was very careful moving his equipment in and out of the house. He explained everything very well. He recommended a few things to do to improve the longevity of our AC unit as it is 6 years old and explained what to do if we wanted to get these AC services done in the future. Thanks for the great customer service.

Just had our system checkup. All is well. The technician, Micah, was very professional and thorough. We had him install a new carbon monoxide detector. We hadn’t realized that ours was so old.So now our system is running smoothly and we’re safer now with the new CM detector.Micah was great and very nice. We give him and his work a strong five star rating.

Cleared the drain and got it flowing. Pulled and reset toilet. Dapped base around bottom and made secure toilet was flushing correctly. Javier and Tyler came out to service our plumbing system. My 88 year old uncle is very hard of hearing. These two gentlemen were very patient and explained everything they did. I would definitely recommend them both. And will be using this company in the future. Thank you!

Peyton Miller has been the technician at our Memory Care Facility several times. He is prompt, thorough, and communicates well during the process. They are fairly priced and have excellent customer service. We will continue to use them at all of our locations.

Mike and Austin are PHENOMENAL! They did a thorough job with the A/C and Heating tune up. They took the time to explain what's fine with my system and what needs to be addressed, and when. The professionalism and knowledge reassured me that Gordon's is the company that I want to oversee my maintenance needs. I've seen other company commercials and advertisements, but it all boils down to trust, professionalism, knowledge, and experience. Mike and Austin exceeded my expectations.

I was pleased that Gordon's Service Experts were able to make a service call on the day I called in, but when the tech arrived, he gave a spiel about their $15/mo membership program, without which I would be obligated to pay a $99 trip charge plus a $96 diagnostic fee. I'm accustomed to paying a service charge up to around $99 with other companies, but this has always included a diagnosis of the problem. I was not willing to pay $195 just for a diagnosis. The gentlemen were cordial and professional, but I had to send them on their way without looking at my problem because of the feeling that I was being ambushed. The woman on the phone who made the appointment should have made it clear that the $99 trip charge did not include any diagnosis. The $99 trip charge is a charge that only exists to coerce people into joining the $15/mo membership program.

They were great the first time we called about our HVAC system. I signed up for the $15 per month membership. They sent a tech out for the spring maintenance and the tech unplugged my outside AC unit. For the rest of the day the temp in my house increased. I called Gordon's and explained they just had a tech out earlier that day and my AC was not working. They sent another tech out who charged $88 to plug my unit back in. This was the second time I've had to pay for something simple after routine maintenance. The $15 a month is not worth it if you are paying$100 or more after every routine maintenance check.

Colton and Jeremy did so good. Very professional plumbing team. Communication was fantastic. They identified the problem quickly and cleared the drain line and now I can wash my dishes again. Thankful.

Ashli was very professional and able to address and remedy both issues I had quickly. Scheduling was very easy and Gordon's was able to get Ashli out here within 2 hours of me calling. Will be using them again!

The work done by technicians at Gordon’s has been mediocre at best. What could’ve been an easy and quick fix in a previous issue but was instead addressed with an override code, has since turned into an extremely large issue that another company has had to come in and address, leaving us without hot water for a week. The technicians, besides Colton, have been demeaning and dismissive to any concerns I have brought to their attention, but if my husband brings concerns up they are addressed right away. The office staff are rude and not helpful when we call with issues. Upon setting up our membership for our plumbing issues, it was admitted that we were incorrectly set up with an HVAC membership, but when plumbing issues arose and we tried to use what we thought was our membership, we were essentially told “tough luck”. The lack of care for customers, as well as rudeness and disrespect will leave me taking my business elsewhere.

I had Desmond & Patrick do my seasonal AC checkup. They take the time to explain what's going on and what they're doing, and even show you how their tools work. Not pushy or any up-selling at all. They tell it to you straight, they are great guys, I highly recommend.

Jennifer & William worked great as a team. Knew what they needed to do & got right to work after explaining to me what they would be doing & asking if I had questions. Did the work & explained what they did. Great attitude and friendly. These two more than exemplify the great service I receive from Gordon’s Service.

I recently moved into my new home and have had them over for some plumbing repairs and also for a spring system check. They have been amazing each time with explaining what exactly ended to be done. Very professional each time they’ve been out. I highly recommend them and their membership program is definitely worth it!

Ethan and Jordan showed up and immediately assessed where our water leak was. They were polite and communicated what was needed to fix the leak as well as what the cost would be. They cleaned up when they were done. They did a great job.

Ed and Jennifer did an excellent job for my mom and I. Jennifer did a checkup on our ac/heating system and hot water tank. She found a number of things needing to be possibly replaced in the future. Our system is 17 years old and only made sense things were going bad. We could have fixed everything, but after Ed visited with us about a new system we decided to go with a new system with the advantage plan. They were both great to work with because of communication skills and knowledge. Felt they were really there to help make us comfortable and not there for the dollars. Thanks.

Was happy that the service tech, Joe Moore, was knowledge and honest and worked. While I wasn’t happy with price you charge for Freon he identified the problem and got our system back to working well.

Wendell and Micah did the most thorough and comprehensive maintenance check of our heat and a/c systems. They were extremely courteous and professional, communicated every detail and made the entire process very simple for us. Highly recommend them to everyone!

The sales person was highly annoying, I told him I was not interested in their leasing options and he grilled me for 30 minutes on the value.. he refused to quote me an ac unit that was not an premium. I told him I was not interested in a ridiculously high efficiency system. He pushed and pushed and only quoted me the premium systems. He had to call his manager to get the best pricing when he literally had a book of pricing. The manager was up talking the unit like he had never seen it.. sounded more like a used car sales manager. When i told him the prices are way over market value he said you can't put a price on hard workmanship and comfort. When I told him 16k was ridiculously over priced for a 3 ton unit. He pushed the comfort is amazing tho. I said for 6k less I can afford a diffrent unit pay 3k extra in utilities for 15 yrs and still save money. Ended up going with a northern contractor that quoted me 8k under their quote for an even better unit! Ridiculously highway robbery!

Great service. Competitive prices. Reliable and dependable. Justin, Ed, and Ashley and the plumbing team were extremely professional and skilled. I had a furnace preventative maintenance completed, as well as a plumbing problem that was resolved. Great company.

I had a really bad clog in my sink and in my bathroom in the water it was just shooting back up and I couldn’t do anything about it. I tried sneaking it myself using all of the Drano as you can imagine and nothing happened but I called Gordon’s and Ethan and Levi came out snakes by drains charge me 200 bucks like cheapest by far from any company I’ve ever dealt with, and these guys just did an absolutely amazing job. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

Tyler from plumbing did a great job on the replacement of my bathroom drain and pipe. He was personable, patient while listening to my needs, and a hard worker. I really appreciate how quickly he showed up and figured out what needed to happen and cleaned up the mess. Thanks Tyler.

Micah is a professional technician making a difference at Gordon’s Heating, AC, and Plumbing. An accomplished HVAC specialist with in-depth knowledge, understanding, and experience. He’s a customer-oriented expert who ensured we received the best service possible. I appreciated his explanation on air filtration and in providing me pictures showing the condition of the unit blower. He offered advice on the most efficient use of the air filtration system. Additionally, he inspected the outside coil and compressor unit and properly installed several noise isolators on the external cabinet—Great Job—please recognize Micah for his outstanding performance. Austin performed a thorough inspection on all aspects of our HVAC system as well as prepared an estimate on air duct cleaning, per our request. Eric Troxel Tech# 981 came to our home today, He was very thorough and did an excellent job! I really like and appreciate the fact that he’s a veteran just like I am I’m all about supporting our veterans! We are in need of some maintenance, which I am scheduling in April. I never once got the impression that he was trying to gouges or over sell us things we don’t need.I’ve use these guys for the last two years to maintain our system. The previous owner use them as well and I trust them and you should too. These people are very honest and you can believe what they’re telling you when they really know their stuff I will continue to use Gordons for years to come. Xzavion came in and was very professional. Explained everything of the process for our maintenance being done today very well. He was very informative and personable. Took care of the inside and outside units informed us of a new surge protection for the units as well. Enjoyable young man would not mind having him as a tech again.

Excellent Service! Both Colton and Jeremy showed up on time, listened to my plumbing issues, and went right to work! They resolved my clogged system in less than an hour and even added flow identifiers, which were not present, for future reference.

In our second year of the house we moved into we realized we probably needed our furnace checked. Micah and Alex came and cleaned the ducts. I enjoyed their company and were easy to work with. Nick came afterwards answered a few questions and did his part with cleaning the blower wheel and replaced the inducer. These three are great individuals for Gordon's and I am pleased that these are the type of people you hire. Great work!!! And thanks!!!

Had our HVAC system maintenance done by Eric T. today was very happy with the service he performed today. He was thorough and took time to explain repairs needed along with photos and the condition of our system.

Colton and Michael came out when we needed an emergency plumber. They where extremely professional and kind. They explained every step to my elderly mother and made her laugh. They where confident and knowledgeable which gave us confidence in the job they did. I will give there name to anyone I know that needs any of the services you provide.

The gentleman with Gordon's plumbing, Ethan and Logan, were awesome. They took care of everything. I've had them out twice. The price was more then fair. I will call them anytime I need plumbing.

Jennifer, Payton, & Austin did a thorough inspection of our HVAC system. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A few recommendations were given and they made sure we knew how they would improve the performance of our system.

We had shower knobs that had broken off and needed to be replaced. Our hot water tank went out, then our sink wouldn’t drain. On 3 separate occasions their techs were extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and their prices were extremely competitive. Always kept to their quote and super clean. Went over and beyond on every service call. Chris, Noah, Colton & Michael were all amazing at helping us during our crisis each and every time. Thank you Gordon’s Service Experts! I was a loyal customer of Gordon’s advantage program for two years, always paid at the beginning of contract, and was taken good care of by their former rep Jacob. After he was gone, no one contacted me and when I had an emergency in my restaurant, I was told that I needed to wait for a week since they were booked up! So what’s the point of paying ahead of time if that’s the case? So I had to have another company come and fix my unit.Still I had a contract till the end of 2022 so after they serviced my units earlier in the fall I noticed a problem, I called them to find the problem with the unit, they sent an older guy with a very young assistant who was sent on the roof after 2 hours he announced he was not sure but I needed to replace a few parts. I wasn’t sure he found the issue so I called another company and the issue got fixed the next day which wasn’t what Gordon’s technician pointed out. Later I got a bill for $200 for diagnostic tests!!! I was really disappointed so I contacted them and said I don’t want to be part of advantage program anymore, and I pay the bill once my account is closed-they were suppose to email me back or call which never happened. I got another bill in the mail in a few weeks, I called them asking for the removal of the account and they said oh it’s removed! So I sent the $200 check for them early January.Yesterday I received a letter from a collecting agency about the $200 bill! I called Gordon’s and was told the check got received and that was an automated message from collecting company!This is the way you are treated , after years of being a loyal customer and giving them reasons for postponing the payment to first be sure the be removed , that’s what you get!Very disappointing

After having some issues with my thermostat not setting to the temp I’d like, Eric was quick to diagnose the issue and offer a solution. another great service from an awesome technician Julio Rios#296 did a fantastic job.Calvin was phenomenal today, after explaining our situation he inspected our system and found a sensor was located too close to something hot was the cause of the problem. Once he relocated the sensor the humidity level started to drop immediately in the AC unit engaged in high speed. This was the third visit to try to correct the issue. The first two visits did correct issues within the system they just did not correct problem I was trying to fix. Calvin found it and fixed it kudos to him. He can be my personal service provider for your company from this point on. Thank you

Ethan and Michel installed new water softener system and installed all new wiring and drain for system. This was to fix water leak from dry old softener system. Additional, these two men worked tirelessly to get this difficult task finished. Put in nearly 10 hours. I plan to call supervisor on Monday and tell him how pleased we are with their efforts to finish this task. Job well done.

Horrible service! Had a heater/ac unit installed. It took MANY service visits done to get operational. Tried several times to speak to the manager of the store. Couldn't get past the receptionist. Manager would occasionally answer emails. I feel he just didn't care. Only time we heard from anyone was when we sent a letter to corporate office. Horrible! Never again.

6/22/23 Javier and Tyler came out to fix our hot water heater. They were very thorough testing all of it's components until they found the thermostat wasn't working properly. He explained everything and offered other services that would be helpful. These guys deliver quality care!7/11/22We have been with Gordon Service Experts since 2005. About 4 years ago they replaced our A/C unit and furnace, and we signed up for their service agreement. Installation went well and we have had zero problems with either unit. Same thing when our hot water heater broke a few months ago they replaced that as well, and again we opted for their service agreement plan. When we needed their help they were here right away to fix a leaking pipe and our running toilet. I have never had a rude office person come here, the ladies in the office always treat us with respect and are very kind. Gordon Service Experts continues to hire and send their excellent technicians to our home. If we had the money we'd invite all their employees for a Christmas party in the winter and a barbecue in the summer. I say this because I feel like they are a part of my family by the time they have to leave.We sprung a leak and needed to get it fixed ASAP! Jonathan came right out and fixed it in two minutes!!! He talked about their water softener plan because of the calcium build up in our pipes. I had service today on my heat, and the young man that came with Alec Palmer. I want to tell you he was an extraordinarily nice young man, he explained the problems with the furnace changed they filters and he even brought in a large package that had been delivered from FedEx. It was frozen steaks for Christmas for my granddaughter. This was extremely helpful to me as he opened the box for me even put the steaks in the freezer for me in the garage. You don't know how this helped me because I'm handicapped I don't walk well and he was just so extra nice. Cale and Desmond are awesome guys. I called to schedule for someone to come out and see what's wrong with my old furnace thinking it would be a day or two but they arrived like 30 minutes later. There were a ton of problems, which they clearly explained very thoroughly, since my system was from 1988 so they set us up with a full new system at a great monthly rate. We chose one of the cheaper options but since that was on backorder they installed an even more expensive/efficient system for the same price. It got installed the very next day. I would recommend these guys and this company to literally anyone.

The two techs sent to my home were very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. They were respectful about not dragging insulation from the attic or dirt through my home. Gave the A/C system a thorough cleaning and checked for any issues and resolved those issues efficiently. I renewed my maintenance contract on the spot. $15 a month is definitely worth it.

Had 2 hot water heaters installed today by Preston and Logan. They never complained about having to walk up and down 3 fights of stairs. They used a water hose to drain the hot water heaters out a window into the yard as requested instead of using the 40 year old drain. I asked if I could vacuum after removal of the existing hot water heaters. Scheduled for 4 pm and showed up 30 minutes early. Actually climbed up in attic to perform their inspection and took photos of discrepancies during furnace system checks and then discussed findings. My personal concerns (collapsed ducts and detached registers), were also checked. Fortunately no major concerns but age of HVAC and SEER rating. Also checked hot water unit.

My drains were clogged in my house Ashli did an amazing job getting it fixed up for me!! Highly recommend!!

Ethan and Brad came out and were amazing. They explained everything so well and helped me understand exactly what was going on. Very knowledgeable, and so nice. You can’t get a better team than these two! I’ve never had better service. I will definitely be using them again in the future for any maintenance or issues I have. My mother in law was with me and even she went on about how wonderful, kind and generous they were. I can’t recommend them enough.

We had an incredibly difficult project replacing all of the sewer pipes from our house to the main. The trench that was excavated was approximately 130 feet long and 17 feet deep. This was a week long project during 100+ degree weather. Mikey, Chris and Noah worked their butts off to restore the sewer drainage from our house as quickly as possible and on budget. The guys were professional and courteous to our whole family and they even listened to high quality rock and roll while working. I appreciate these guys immensely.

I was completely impressed with how quickly they were able to get someone out in the middle of this awful heatwave we’ve been having. Damien and (can’t remember if his name was Jonah or Elijah, sorry!) were very quick, thorough, and informative to identify the issue (a bad capacitor) and explain all their services. The experience with Gordon's Service Experts was exceptional. Just as it is with each service they perform on either my AC system, furnace, or filters and air ducts. This service was especially appreciated due to the fact that my thermostat had began to malfunction causing the AC unit to not kick on effectively, and therefore, fail to cool my home. I called after hours because I recognized the issue after getting home for the day. The individual who rook my call was very polite, understanding and helpful , and set thr first date available for a technician to come and check my thermostat. The next day , the technician, Octavio, and Silver Fries, came to my home. Were on time, and the minute they arrived, were attentive and focused on the issue I was having . Octavio listened to all my questions and answered each one with professionalism and in a layman's version I could easily understand. The most impressive was the way he gave me options to solving my issue, and explained each one. I knew exactly what he was doing to fix my issue. I asked if he could change out my return filter even though that was not a task he was there to perform, and he didn't hesitate to agree. My return filter is a unique size, and instead of telling me he didn't have the right one in his van or that he would have to return at another time with the right size filter, he left the house and returned with a filter that he had assembled himself that fit perfectly. Octavio went above and beyond for me as a client. During the service, the visit with Silver was both informational and enjoyable. I questioned her about the plumbing service that Gordon's was now offering. She looked at each job i was needing worked on, asked detailed questions about them, and took pictures of them as well. After a few minutes she i formed me that it was all set and the office would be calling me to make the plumbing appointment. After Octavio completed the services, he explained the invoice /receipt, I renewed the Advantage contract i have had with Gordon's for years, and signed the paperwork. I was thrilled with the service and professionalism of both, as well as how genuine and friendly they both were. It was a very successful service call for me in both the issue I called about, as well as the plumbing issues I needed to address. Thank you Octavio and Silver. My thermostat is still working like a champ! I hightly recommend Gordon's Service Experts. Since 2010, when my AC unit and furnace were installed, I have only used Gordon's Service Experts for all my heating and AC needs .

Ed and Justin came out to trouble shoot my AC issue. They were professional and explained things to me very well. Gordon's was able to send them out quickly after I called. I also had Preston out to do our plumbing semi-annual check. He was also very professional and thorough and took time to explain things to me. Very please with the service provided by these 3 gentlemen.

I can't recommend this company enough. Calvin was our technician and he got to our home (which was 88 degrees) and immediately diagnosed the issue. He worked quickly and efficiently to get us back up and running as we had family visiting that same evening! Calvin gave me his personal number, and later that day I got in a panic as the house hadn't cooled all the way down, and he dropped what he was doing and came all the way back over just to make sure everything was functioning as it was supposed to. I highly recommend Gordon's and I can vouch for Calvin specifically!

I was having a new dishwasher installed and the installer told me I needed a new shutoff valve. Service Tech from Gordon's came out and got it to work without replacing it. I appreciated his honesty - that is seems to be rare now days. If I need any future work done, now I know who to call.

Our a/c went out on hottest day of the year, 110. We have been in the midst of weeks of very hot temps. Many news stories relating service would be days out. I started calling on Weds.am about 5:30. Gordon’s called me back and would put me on priority but no timeline. At 9:00am they called to say they’d have someone out at around 10:00. Ed and Justin showed up on time, and fixed the problem. They reviewed all the issues that would need to be addressed eventually. But given the emergency of our situation, I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you!! My house is now much more comfortable and I can sleep tonight!

Jonathan Russell came out to repair two leaks in our water pipes from freezing temperatures. He was honest, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!

We had George Adams as our service tech and he was great. Very professional and knowledgeable on what the issues were. He was able to come in and get it done quickly and got our home involved in a preventative maintenance program that Gordon has that seems to be very good for our home for future issues and what not that might arise. As for Gordon as a company, from the time I was in touch with their dispatch until the end, it was all extremely professional. The dispatcher, I believe was Jessica, was able to almost diagnose the problem over the phone. She was able to get George over about 2 hours after my call, which being about 6 pm when I originally called is pretty good to me. They also called back as soon as they knew when the service tech was on the way giving you a heads up. They are also a very affordable company for an on call service. Overall I’m extremely pleased with Gordon and the people who work for them and will continue to do business with them.Update to my last, I had Damien Samuel this time and he was super friendly guy. Had issues with the heater after checking everything and figured out the problem. Had to order another part that took a day to come in, but came back and got it fixed in a hurry. Super nice and had good things to talk about and even included some personal life stuff that made the experience more friendly.

April 2023Eric T. Came out today to service our HVAC units. He was exceptional. I'm glad to see Gordon's has stepped up their hiring and worked to employee folks who are really great at their job.Malcom came out today and installed my new dishwasher and range. Living in a house built in 1941 makes nothing an easy task. He installed both with zero problems and did a fantastic job. I only use Gordon's for my Heat and Air as well as plumbing needs. I can always count on them to do the job right the first time.

I will never recommend this company for commercial air conditioning maintenance! If I could rate them zero and submit this review, you bet I would!We called them to our office 5 different times and they had 5 different reasons as to why it was broken. After each fix they would leave and it would quit working almost as soon as they left the property. None of the supposed issues were the actual reason it was broken. After they pumped so much excess freon into the system it became too pressurized and was kicking off the unit. But none of the 5 techs could figure it out? Finally we commissioned a much better company to come out and they figured out the pressure issue and we needed a new condenser fan. Some experienced techs Gordons has! We suffered in our office for three weeks waiting between service calls for them because they couldn't send the tech back that was just on our property. Maybe these guys should just stick to residential.

Jennifer and Silver were phenomenal! They showed up with great attitudes even though it was super late. Jennifer was able to quickly identify the problem and solve it. Silver was able to give me ample information on my system and how best to maintain it. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I’ll definitely use Gordon’s again and hope to get Jennifer and Silver!

Austin and Austin were efficient and very friendly! They explained all recommendations in detail and answered all questions on why these were needed.

Our repair tech, Desmond, was terrific! Friendly, polite, and quick to fix our heater. Definitely knowledgeable. We appreciated Desmond’s care and concern taken to get us at taken care of!

Update to my last post:Service Experts responded quickly and professionally to my hvac issue. Managers and a supervisor arrived, diagnosed the problems, and initiated repairs. Intermediate steps were taken to provide cooling improvement until needed materials arrive the first of next week. There is already a “night and day” difference in cooking efficiency. I am so grateful to managers Trey and Tony, and supervisor Jennifer. Bless you all!

We had maintenance done on our tankless hot water heater and on our furnace. Both technicians arrived within the arranged window, were friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable talking to them. Eric Troxel #981 performed the furnace maintenance. The water heater was maintenanced by Ashli M. The service and results were explained and documented well.

Thanks Gordon’s! Technician Damien came by today to address an issue with the condensation line being clogged on my indoor unit. During his assessment he also found “why” it got clogged in the first place. He cleared the clog (which is what he was called for) but went above and beyond to also address the why so it doesn’t happen again in a few months. He was extremely personable and he explained everything to me and why. Stellar work from Damien. Thanks for sending him out. Love being an Advantage program member.

Heat pump unit outside completely frozen. Wouldn't defrost, blowing cold air and not working in emergency heat. Damon found the problem and had the unit working in no time.

Devin and Micah expertly diagnosed the issues and quickly resolved them. They also were courteous and informative in teaching me how to correctly use the thermostat. Gordon’s provided an excellent service and I was specifically impressed with Devin and Micah.

Was told they would have a service expert out the next day, between 12 and 4, and no one called or showed up.

Damien and Julio were great Technicans and were able to give us a good reommendation in regards to fixing our ductwork in our home.

UPDATE: March 2023: First hot day of the year, the new unit had a problem. A late evening call and the technician,Davion, was at the house (major kudos for response time). Diagnosed the problem but required daylight and assistant to complete (control wires). Showed up again first thing in the morning and everything is running great. Much appreciated! Great technical supportDavid Willoughby and Cameron Harms were the Techs who installed a new system in our home. In the process they discovered an issue that we'd unknowingly had for years. They came back and corrected that problem in addition to everything else - much improved system performance! Above & beyond level of service! Chris Ebert and his teammate, Michael Boyle, in my opinion, did a masterful job with this difficult install. I have been a Service Experts customer for years for all of my HVAC needs. My Air conditioner received its yearly service, but this was much more complete than past servers, and Damian showed me so many things I did not know about my own house, heating/air system with ideas and things to watch for if there were any trouble. Never had such a complete and helpful service call.

Chase took the time to explain what certain parts were and why they were necessary. He cares about his job and doing it well. I always appreciate the thorough customer service.

We have had our ups and down with Gordon’s AC, but todays experience was a good one. The men, Ethan and Bradley, were professional, personable, and kind, and willing to answer my questions and explain what they were adjusting on our thermostat to hopefully prevent future freezing of the txv valve in the AC unit. (This has been an ongoing problem since installation of the new thermostat and replacement of the txv valve back in May). My one complaint from today would be that they did not open up the AC air return grates to check the condensation pump, even though I played them a recording of the awful sound it has been making in the last week. They did listen to the pump work while there, though. Hopefully it doesn’t break down and flood my son’s bedroom like one has before when our AC was first installed back in ‘15. I will say that Gordon’s did take care of that issue back then and replaced the wet carpet and padding for us. I just really don’t want to have to go through that ordeal again. I doubt they want that either.😉

I contacted Gordon's for a repair on my furnace, ended up buying a new furnace and ac with the Advantage program. Desmond Tilly was the technician that accessed my furnace. HE WAS GREAT! Very honest, professional and friendly to my family. He went over options with me and did not pressure me at all for a new system. Silver Fries was amazing as well, she was compassionate and explained my options very nicely. Every question I had she answered it honestly and professionally. Since my furnace stopped working, she went to Lowe's and brought back two space heaters for my family. I'm new to the Gordon's family, but I'm very pleased with the incredible service I've received so far!!

They found problem & explained solutions to fix problem. We have an issue with ownership of property so we did not follow through. Damien worked hard & found problem. He gave us several options. Totally dishonest and avoid this company for two reasons!One: they lie to you and just want to dig some money:I called to tune up my AC and to ask for the price for Freon. The lady who answered the call said they are office ladies and do not know the price for Freon and it will be free to come out and do a leak detection for me since I was calling the corporate office directly. I double confirmed it is free but on their day they charged me a $99 service charge with no repairs but only told me there is a leak on my AC unit. Surprise!Two: Poor quality of diagnosticThe technician (Jenifer) even did not open the coil panel to see how big is the leak is and where is exactly the leak is. They told me there is an obvious Freon mark on the drain pan and surrounding and the only solution is to replace the evaporator coil for $2400. Can the leak be sealed? Can the refrigerant line be soldered to prevent further leaks? They are NOT interested in providing cheaper or affordable solutions, or find out any alternatives for customers, instead, they are MORE willing to offer to replace the entire evaporator coil or replace the entire system.Last, the technician charged me for $99 and drove away without any repairs, even forgetting to plug my AC unit back! I found out my thermostat is showing errors and called them back to plug my AC. Very surprised at the behavior after they took your money!See the picture from the outside of the unit, can the technician at least open it and see where the leak is and how big it is, repairable or not, before trying to sell a new evaporator coil to me??? Those are obvious signs. Pointing it out from the outside of AC unit does not seem to worth $99 dollar.~ Try another company and not this one.

I called Gordon's for service on my furnace. They had a tech and a salesman come out to my house. The tech Danny and Darek the salesman, did a great job of checking out my furnace. They gave me a very thorough review of the situation as far as repairs needed to my old furnace(which is 31 years old). Also giving me a lot of info on getting a whole new unit installed. My old furnace needed to be replaced due to the age of it, some of the parts and the refrigerant is obsolete. Anyway they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and showed sincere concern for my situation. Thanks for your time and professionalism fellas.

We required a service call for a Mini-split. They were able to have someone come out on the day and time we requested. Damien showed up with a smile (and a mask). He was thorough and very knowledgeable. I appreciated his friendly and professional manor. Hopefully he will be the technician to install our new unit.

I have been trying to complete the online survey but when I submit, it says there's an error. We had a whole new unit installed exactly 1 year ago. The technicians are always kind and respectful. However, we are extremely disappointed in lack of priority given to customers with no AC. We were left in a 90 degree house with a baby for days. Not only did our 1 year old unit go out, when we called for service on Tuesday, an appointment time was never given as we were on a stand-by list. When we asked what time someone would come the next day to change the unit, we were only told sometime in the afternoon. The install techs completed jobs without cooling issues before doing our installation. Customers with babies and absolutely no AC should have priority, or at the VERY least be given an appointment time so we could have left the house to go somewhere cooler.

Davion was maintenance person and he did excellent job servicing my heating unit. Also devin assisted and did a good job explaining my units accessories snd answering queztions i had.

We have a service contract with Gordon's, and it is working out well for us. They are reliable, show up when they say they will, do not pressure us to buy more than we need, and provide service in an efficient and friendly manner. They are respectful of our home. The cost is very reasonable for the contract. Our high regard for Gordon's Service Experts began a few years ago, when an elderly (even older than US) friend called in dire straights: her daughter had returned her to her home at 9pm, to find that there was no heat in her home. My husband advised them to call Gordon's, and they had things fixed up by midnight, even though our friend lives in McLoud. We have received excellent service from Gordon employees. The two gentlemen (Brad and Rodney) who serviced our unit this time were no exception. By the time they finished, we were friends, and we felt confident that our heating unit was ready for November! I would recommend this company.

My hot water heater went out and I called them first thing in the morning. They sent out two technicians (Preston and Camron). They arrived early and quickly assessed the situation and made a plan to fix the problem. They were professional, kind and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They replaced my hot water heater in a very short time frame. Would recommend them to anyone that is in need of their services.

I've been able to call Gordon's and get a response pretty fast and professional. They have taken care of my every needs with my heat and air situation. Mr. Calvin was very knowledgeable and professional within my home and the business that he represent.

I called 8 different hvac companies to replace my old broken AC.Gordon's was the first one we called, they told us that our AC ducts were wrong. They were too small and there weren't enough to cool down the house. Mind you, this is a cookie cutter house. Meaning if ours is wrong, every single house in the neighborhood is also wrong.This is odd because for the last decade, the small 1,500sqft house has been able to cool down perfectly fine with these wrong ducts. It's not like the house grew over time, meaning it needed all new ducts. They quoted us 20+ grand for new AC, the labor for new ducts was required. And if you want it done right, you need new ductsThe 7 other companies who came out after Gordon's specifically said our ducts were just fine, didn't need to be touched.We've since got our AC units replaced with another company, and our house cools perfectly fine with its current ducts, paying half what Gordon's quoted us.Really feels like they were trying to sell us something we did not need.

Preston did our installs and he was fantastic! We were renovating parts of our home and he made the plumbing the easiest part. Gordon’s was great at maintaining communication and were very accommodating when our schedule changed and we had to shift our install date. We will absolutely use their services in the future. Highly recommend.

Needed someone to come look at our AC unit. Scheduled an appointment online and got a call confirming. Between 12-2, I waited and waited, and when 2 finally rolled around and no one had shown up or called, I called their dispatcher. She confirmed that she had me scheduled and wasn't sure where her mechanic was, said she'd call back with an update. No one ever called me back or showed up. I thought maybe the next day I'd get a call apologizing for never bothering to show, but nothing. It's kinda ridiculous.

They are always courteous and thoughtful! My last issue was handled quickly and the tech went above and beyond my expectations! He diagnosed the issue and took care of it! Even went as far as to spay off my a/c unit!

We called Gordon's Service Experts because our tankless water heater was not working correctly. Colton, from Gordon's, arrived at our house within a couple hours of our phone call. Although it was a bit of a process to get our tankless water heater replaced (due to manufacturer warranty requirements) Colton stayed with us from start to finish and provided thorough, knowledgeable and cost efficient service that focused on customer service and extraordinary personal technical expertise. I have used many other plumbing services in the area and I have never been so pleased with the service, technical expertise, availability of parts, and overall responsiveness. We will not call anyone else and we will always ask for Colton. Great job, highly recommended.

I’ve never left a bad review about any company before but to save someone else from the nightmare we experienced I would just recommend making sure they are licensed in your area before letting them do any work on your home. Gordons replaced all of the gas lines under our home and when it came time for the inspector to come out, Gordon’s had not renewed their license with Warr Acres. We went 11 days with no gas because of this- 11 days without heat, hot water, or the ability to use our gas stove/oven. We had to call every day, multiple times a day, to get an update on the status of their license. Every time we spoke with someone we had to explain the entire situation all over again. The plumbing manager and the manager above him were rude, did not apologize or take accountability for anything. Instead they placed blame on other employees who were “no longer with the company”. We paid in full the day of service and were only offered the 15% first responders discount after the fact- a refund that I have yet to see after 3 weeks. I hope this review saves someone from the nightmare we went through. Don’t waste your time or money.

Absolutely phenomenal our air conditioner was not working and it is miserable hot I called several places and no one could come sooner than 4 days Gordon’s came out within a couple hours and fixed it. I will be a member and customer of theirs from now on and will recommend them to anyone. Justin and Allen were outstanding!!!

First note is that plumbing isn't even shown on the listing or an option for the review. We called them out for plumbing repair as they said they can do but please be aware!!! They will come out and not repair plumbing issue only to charge you for service fee. We called them again because the problem wasn't fixed. They came out and the issue was still not fixed. Well we waited and called them again and now they want to charge another service fee for coming to fix what they didn't fix the first or second time. This is ridiculous !!They have lost my trust and business because they cannot be trusted to fix the problem the first or the second time.

My a/c went out Saturday afternoon. I called for service because they were open 24/7 and offered emergency repair. I don’t know anything about a/c btw. The rep I spoke with said “you’re in luck, I can have someone out today”. Awesome! No one ever showed. My house was at around 84, not terrible not ideal.Then next morning I call. I am told I am on the schedule and they will call when they are on the way. This was at around 9am. At 2pm I call again and I am told that I am 4th on the list but someone should “definitely be out today”. I call again at 5pm. I’m now more worried because I have pets and my house is at 90. They tell me “I will call the dispatcher and will let them know this is an emergency.” No one showed up again. And I didn’t get a call notifying me they wouldn’t make it. I could have called someone else if I had known they wouldn’t be making it or I could have gone to a hardware store before they closed.Anyways, Monday morning I troubleshot my a/c with a YouTube video. Went to Lockes for a new capacitor. It was $38 and took all of 5 minutes problem solved.Do not recommend. Glad I didn’t pay anything up front.

Davion Thomas performed troubleshooting on essentially the complete HVAC system, correcting problems on the heat pump as well as the interior AC air handler unit. Ultimately replacing the indoor blower motor and the internal control board. Davion made several trips to source needed repair parts all while maintaing a cheerful upbeat attitude. We appreciate his efforts and expertise. Good Man !

Our service representative Silver Fries took the time to really explain the advantage program throughly making us feel comfortable about our purchase. We never felt like we were abandoned after the sale . She has always made herself available to us to address any concerns we may have. Silver is very professional and personable and Gordon’s Service Experts is fortunate to have her representing the company.

Swindled us. Charged us $422 for a capacitor and $667 for a fan motor. Said that was just cost of parts and would waive the service fee. After the job was done I looked up the same parts they listed on the sales receipt and found the same capacitor for $90 and the fan motor for $134. Ripped us off almost $800!! I can understand a $5-$10 up charge for the convenience of having it on hand, but not $800! Last time I welcome this company into my home.

Brad was fantastic. The respect and professionalism with which our frustrating issue was dealt with was exceptional. All of our concerns with finances and timing were handled with understanding and care.

Justin was the most professional yet friendly person you could ask for. Preston and Logan came out to install 2 new hot water heaters. They were very polite. They listened to my concerns over emptying the tank s water down the 42 year old drain. They did as I asked and hose drained. The amazing thing about this job, is the hot water heaters are in my 3rd story. They had to bring down tanks with 30 years worth of sediment. They did the job professionally, and with a smile. I always get great service from Gordens.

Last night the AC stopped cooling in my rental house. My tenants were not happy and one has health issues. Gordon’s service experts were the only company that could come out and take a look at the unit. The expert that helped me was Ethan. Ethan was great. He worked hard to check out the entire system to figure out what was going on - very thorough. Ms. Silver from Gordon’s then helped me decide on next steps. She came at 8:30 at night!! I couldn’t believe the service. Silver was very knowledgeable and just had such a good attitude. She brought a stand alone cooling unit to keep the home cool until we could get a new one in place. She even helped install it.Silver and Ethan are five star quality professionals!

Justin and Ed gave a 20 minute call ahead before arriving during my 10-12 appointment. They both were very professional and quick with my filter replacement and installing a new UV bulb that burnt out. I absolutely stand by this company. Call for you HVAC needs.

The secretaries were great first off keeping in contact with us. Secondly Brian Chais Chase our technician he was very knowledgeable fast and diagnosed the problem quickly and had it repaired and under an hour. Would definitely use Gordon's again.

Started off pretty happy but since we don’t work for this company we don’t really understand certain terms they use which apparently can indeed cause even members with them to be charged on the higher end of services. For example $76 fee to look at the air conditioner or $330 for a coil cleaning (which we could have waited till fall apparently for a free maintenance) but our mistake on miscommunication.

Had emergency plumbing issue. First person I called Louie our Lewis was attentive and caring and really wanted to help. I didn’t book an appointment right away because I wanted to call around and see if there’s anything that can be done earlier. I called the second time to try to book, only to find out, they don’t offer plumbing service to residential? Wasted my time.

Fast, friendly, and super knowledgeable. I’ve had a service agreement with Gordon’s for years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone I have dealt with has been courteous, professional and has taken the time to go over their findings and explain to me in detail any recommendations they may have to improve the performance of my system and to increase its longevity. If I could give them more stars, I would.

Gordon’s Service Experts has been our heating and A/C service provider for at least 20 years. Obviously, since we have been with them that long, they must be (and are) doing things right. We have a maintenance contract with them and they call to remind us when it’s time to set up biannual appointments. Although they always schedule the appointments with an arrival time with a two hour window, in my experience, they arrive at the earliest hour of that window. This morning they had a cancellation, so they called and came early, which was even better. Service Technicians Desmond Tilly and Bradley Keys we’re here today. They were both masked, as was I, and had booties on. 👍 They were both very professional, personable and courteous. They reviewed everything they found and were on their way. They traced the source of my ac quitting and repaired and educated. Danny was an excellent and professional repairman. Darek did an excellent job explaining the different services available. Definitely my HVAC and plumbing guys!!!!! Although, the price for an automobile fuse was ridiculous, but that wasn't the repairman's fault.

Jose was very personable, he answered all my questions and was very polite 5 stars!

Got home from vacation at 830pm, 12 degrees outside and regulator for gas line was out. Googled what we thought was a reputable company and called their emergency number and spoke with someone that scheduled us for today. Told us that we would receive a call after the plumber arrived for work today at 9am. Called them again at noon and sat on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up and called back. Left them a call back number again and waited. No call back so we called again and waited on hold for 20 minutes and finally got a person. After 30 minutes of them checking their schedule they told us they never talked to us and wouldn’t be able to get us on the schedule for another day. Be careful with this company

Out of nowhere we had water bubbling up in our side yard on a Wednesday afternoon. Gordon’s sent Chris, who arrived within the hour, to assess the problem. It was an after-hours repair which required him to go purchase a part. He finished quickly and neatly, and the cost was exactly what he estimated up front. The price was more than fair. We’ve found our new plumber!

Ethan and Brad were extremely professional and very respective! They provided valuable information on the A/C units and their current operating status. It was a pleasure having them as our maintenance crew! 👍

We have been using Gordon's for our routine HVAC maintenance for 5 years, and have always been satisfied with their service. Every time they come out, they thoroughly inspect and give us a complete evaluation of our system health. After changing out the filters,, they always tell us about their 'Advantage' program. We have always taken the info, and really never given it a second thought. At our most recent scheduled maintenance visit, Randy took the time to really break down and explain th 'Advantage' program was and how it could help us upgrade our system. Haskell did an excellent job clearing one of our obstructed plumbing lines. He was intelligent, kind, patient and a great communicator. He also listened to what prior plumbers had done previously and adjusted his method/plan accordingly to fix our issue! I would highly recommend!

The heat pump that Gordon's installed for me was malfunctioning and still under warranty. George diagnosed the problem and worked with the manufacturer to further troubleshoot. The manufacturer determined that the heat pump should be replaced. Chris and Cameron came out to replace my heat pump and did a great job. Very professional, took care of everything efficiently and answered all of my questions. Thank you!

They take on the responsibility for the scope covered in the Agreement for the heat and air in our home; and it’s peace of mind going forward should anything go wrong.We appreciate the fact that Gordon’s makes sure we understand the services we will receive for each appointment. They provide phone call reminders, advance calls confirming the technician is on the way, and flexibility when we have had to reschedule. We also like that changing out all of our air filters is included as part of every maintenance visit.During the maintenance inspections, they take photos of the equipment (inside pipes, vents, etc.) to aid in explaining their findings. They will also share them with us for our records (sent by text).The recommendations they make are well-documented, and we’ve benefited by the more technical details being explained using accompanying photos. We receive a thorough report each time, and we have never felt pressured to make immediate decisions If additional work is recommended.On that last point, perhaps Gordon’s most impressive strength is that these visits begin and end with well-defined goals executed through a very organized approach. The technician always begins by showing us the (very) detailed list of maintenance items he will inspect, and ends by addressing each one’s findings.Often there are two staff here, each performing complementary functions to more efficiently provide a thorough review. Brad came out on short notice to give me an estimate on a mini split heat and air system. When he arrived he ask questions about what and how I was going to do with the add on I was planning. He was the first to ask me any kind of questions - and I already had two other estimates from competitors that simply just ask me what I wanted and left to send me estimates via text. We sat down and had a conversation about my project. He listened, evaluated and made pertinent suggestions that could help me get exactly what I needed. He suggested a plan of action for me to take BEFORE I made a decision on the unit I wanted. Brad and Ethan have been so wonderful today. Heat stopped working right when a cold front came through, they came right away. House was a mess and my two year old and 9 mo old followed them around and made tons of noise while they worked and they navigated everything so graciously.They spent time doing paperwork ahead of time for us so we could save time ourselves when looking at financing a new HVAC system. Damien came for our regular A/C system maintenance, and helped with so much more. There have been a few people who have came during our system maintenance check for a couple of years, but they weren't able to help resolve the issue of why some rooms were not getting to the correct temperature as the rest of the house. With his help, this was resolved.

Gordon's was quick to respond and sent out a representative that same day to help me out when my unit went out. Brian walked me through the differences in the units they carry and helped me get approved for financing, within a few days my new HVAC system was installed and cooling my home back down. I really appreciate their service.

I had Gordon's install new heating system and new HVAC systems. Everything worked fine for a week, then the whole system stopped working. Called Gordon's, they sent out a crew to do repairs. They did get the system working, but a week later, it crashed again. Got a different crew on the job this time....Conner and Chase actually knew what they were doing and had the system up & running properly in no time. Great guys, they laughed at all of my jokes. Seriously, they knew what to look for and how to locate & solve the problem, quickly and efficiently.

Cooper and Connor were pleasant, competent, and quick. They came, they saw, they very professionally did their job. When they were finished, they completely explained to me everything they found, and everything they did. I trust Gordon’s and their superb technicians.

So happy I chose Gordon's. Great service started when I called. Yesterday was the hottest day of the year and our AC quit. Today I called and Steven was sent out and I told him what had happened. He knew right away what the problem was and wasted no time fixing it. He explained things as he went and also told me how Gordon's has a plan similar to a cable company, where they own and service their equipment for a monthly fee. Steven was probably only here for half an hour and took care of our problem. Thankful for the courteous and great service and professionalism. I will highly recommend Gordon's.

The tech that came over to work on my heater arrived on time, was friendly, and worked quickly. When he found issues with my components he showed me the problem and proof that it needed to be replaced instead of just assuming that I would just believe him and pay. William came today to maintenance my hot water heater and talked to me about potential upgrades to my current water heater and the pros and cons of each type as well as how they work. From the first call I made requesting information and service availability to the timely manner a technician arrived was exceptional. The technician was professional, courteous, thorough and explained everything clearly and within a short period of time had my plumbing issues resolved but that wasn’t all he did. He stayed and shared with me valuable information to keep this from happening again and other preventative measures to take to care for and maintain the workings of the plumbing in and outside the home. The service call and repairs were by far more reasonable than most places I received quotes from. I would highly recommend them.

They arrived not long after I called, even though none were immediately available, which was certainly appreciated. Ethan was polite and helpful in repairs and explaining everything clearly. Edward was also very helpful in understanding our system and our options for repair and/or improvements. I'd never used this company before today but will be going back for other needs in the future.

I have used Gordon's Service Experts for approximately 40 years. I have a contract where they come twice a year to service both of my units. I have within the past 4 years have had to replace both units. The old units were very old (over 14/17 yrs) and needed repairs that would have cost more than I felt they were worth so instead of repair I purchased the first new unit four years ago and just recently replaced the second unit, My sales person was Edward Sandoval. He worked very diligently to get me the best deal he could for a unit that he felt would be the best for my home. For being a loyal customer He was able to get a deal that I felt was very good for me. Being on a fixed income I was given a choice of either getting a rebate or a choice that was better for me which was a five year loan with NO INTEREST. This was best for me. I have fairly low payments and instead of 10 years paying it will be paid off in 5. Mr. Sandoval really went to bat for me and I would highly recommend Gordon's Service Experts to everyone. The equipment is Lennox and I have had extremely good luck with them. If you keep them serviced regularly the problems are few and far between.

I was pleased with the service I received from this company. The staff was kind and professional and cared about giving the best service as possible Rick who came out to give me an estimate he was kind and honest. He was knowledgeable and explained the process in regards to what needed to be done. Another exceptional employee was DREW ELLIS. HE was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and willing to help with any concerns I had , you could tell he wasn’t in it for the money he actually cares about his customers and wants to make sure you are pleased with the work before he leaves. We've had Gordon's come out twice for tune ups, and both times, the techs and sales reps have been very polite and professional. At the end of the inspections, they were happy to sit down and discuss issues and potential repair options in an honest and non-pushy fashion. We will definitely be calling Gordon's in the future!

Scheduled for 8-12 and took the day off work for this. As 12 came and went, no technician and no call. When I called, they told me I was next but no estimated time of arrival for the technician. Wasted a day of vacation waiting. I just canceled the service and cut my losses.

Steve and Kristen were great! My husband and I were not expecting such a quick response. Steve was able check it out and get our old heating system up amd running quickly. They both provided information we needed and will be setting up with Kristen very soon. We will definitely recommend Gordon's services to others.

Appreciated Gordon’s Service Experts a lot! They were excellent. Our technician, Clayvin Jones, did a terrific job and had us feeling cool again in no time. I hope nothing else goes wrong with our AC but, if it did, we’d go with Gordon’s again.

Called for a/c repair. While they did respond same day which was appreciated, they left after the repairs were supposedly complete. Said it would cool off within a few hours. Air never blowed cool after they left. Called back and they sent another technician out. He inspected and said we needed the whole system replaced because the compressor was bad. So after 600 dollars in repairs we were left in same situation as before they were called. Called another a/c company the next day and found that the person that did the repair hooked up the part backwards. New company took all of 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and have it fixed. Do not recommend this company.

We have had several problems with our AC. Other technicians and companies had been out but we continued to have issues. Clayvin saved the day for us! He went above and beyond to figure out the issue and make sure we didn’t spend more than needed. He was super friendly and made sure to explain what the issue was and what was being done to fix it. Very professional! We will be requesting him in the future if any other needs arise.

Team of two techs arrived early and provided thorough explanation of current problem and solutions available to address a variety of current and potential future problems. New installation and Advantage Program were decided upon as the best long term solutions. Bradley Keys was very personable and persuasive salesman. From the secretary to our service technician this was a very good experience. Secretary kept in constant contact with us about time of arrival. Our technician Brian Chais (CHASE) was very efficient and knowledgeable and had us fixed up and heat running within an hour.

Cale was great. He was very friendly. Explained in detail what needed to be done and why, with pictures of the problem. He had prices ready before I could even ask.

When we bought our house, the owners had used Gordon's to service their heating and air. We decided it was best to keep the same company and have been glad we stuck with them. The service agreement allows us to get great service from the company as well as save money. Ed and Jason showed up early, serviced the air conditioner and changed all the filters. I really do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially because the people with whom I dealt at Gordon's were very pleasant, especially the technician, and the work was good. But, promptness was a major issue. I called on a Sunday afternoon and was told that a technician would be available in 30 minutes. I had to call several hours later to follow up, and I finally was able to get a technician to come to my home. The tech was unable to fix the problem and said that somebody would come out Monday to fix it. On Monday, nobody came despite a few calls, so I scheduled an appointment from 10-12 on Wednesday. Nobody came by 4:30 on Wednesday, so I requested a 10-12 on Thursday. I voiced my displeasure at the time at waiting four days, and I was told this would be passed on to the plumbing manager, and that was the end of that. The tech showed up at 8:45 on Thursday morning when I was not expecting him. The job required cutting into my drywall, and I was told they could not repair it, so I guess I'll be doing that.The bottom line is that the people were nice and the job was done right, but the experience was terrible past that. With a little promptness I would absolutely have been a return customer, but I'll be looking elsewhere next time I need something plumbing-related.

After almost 6 months I'm ready to change from a 5 star review to 1 star (only because there is no lower option)! We had a new central heat & air unit installed in December 2020. All was good until maybe a month ago when it got warm enough to turn on the A/C. I turned it on early in the day, but by 7pm when I got home from work it was a miserable 83 DEGREES inside the house with the air conditioner running! When we went outside to check the outside unit, the fan wasn't turning at all. No wonder it wasn't cooling. Isn't the fan supposed to actually turn when it's running? We called and made an appointment for the tech to come out. He said he got it fixed but told my husband that if it happened again to go to unit in the garage, unplug it and plug it back in or he could put a surge protector on it for $200. Really!?! On a brand new unit that was less than 6 months old? We had a cool spell, so nothing was on for a week-10 days. Fast forward to 2 days ago 78 degrees in the house with A/C continuously running, but not getting any cooler. Once again we go outside and again outside fan not turning. Another call and 2 more techs, after 2 hours it is working, cold inside the house, like 68 degrees cold. We set it up to 74 degrees at about 6:30 pm and at 1:30 am it is still 74 degrees in the house, but the A/C is STILL running. Again husband goes outside to check fan...once again fan is not turning! How many times should we have to call on the same issue and how many techs are going to be sent out before this is resolved? Oh yeah, this time they also said we had a gas leak on our hot water heater (that they weren't even called about or asked to check on). And neglected to bring to my husband's attention until he was given the receipt to sign. You would have thought they would have let him know at the time and/or taken him to smell the natural gas. Guess we will call AGAIN and try to get something done, but we are just about at our wits end! My husband has health issues and the stress of this is not good for him to have to deal with!

12/8/2022Davion and Devin were here and did the cool weather tune up! They were efficient and thorough! System is still heating and cooling great!I had a new HVAC installed in my home in 2015 and for the first time since we’ve lived here (20+ years), we can keep the house as cool as we want it. Gordon’s has been good to deal with. Just had Paul (Technician #637) do the fall system check out. He did a thorough inspection of the system and was very polite and nice to work with.

Right before the major snowpocalypse of February 2021, our heater stopped working. Already in frigid temperatures outside and awaiting the snow dump, we decided we had better get that call in. And, he was on the early side of the window, spent the day getting the job done, with communication during the whole process, keeping me informed about what he found and what the best course was, as well as cost, ensuring I wanted to proceed. We have had Gordon's do a lot of major plumbing work. Their work is excellent and, when there were any issues they have ensured that we were satisfied. Office staff is always very helpful. We recently got the service plan for heat and air in addition to the plumbing. The first inspection found damage to our heater due to poor installation. They replaced the heater, a/c coiled and corrected the installation problems in half a day at a reasonable price.

I had used you for plumbing issue a couple of years ago, Micah had done an excellent job with a great price. So I wanted to call you back for my heater to be tuned up. Ethan and Silver did a fantastic job and gave me good info. Thanks for the thorough review.

My furnace stopped working. I called Gordon’s (I have a service contract with them) and they sent out a technician (Clayvin Jones). Mr Jones arrived within an hour and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. Mr. Jones was extremely courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also explained to me in normal person terms what the issue was and why it occurred. We chatted and BS’d while he was working, it felt more like he was my neighbor that came over to check out my furnace. Although he was unable to correct the issue (due to parts being unavailable) as quickly as I’d hoped, I still give him 5 stars. It was a little difficult dealing with customer service and people at their office, etc. but Mr. Jones made up for all of the inconveniences. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Gordon’s Service Experts for all your Heating and Air needs. Hopefully you’ll get Clayvin Jones as your technician.....he WILL NOT disappoint!8/11/21 Update: Had an issue with my AC unit. It wasn’t coming on and the fan blades weren’t turning. I called Gordon’s and they sent a technician (Dam’ien Samuel). Mr Samuel arrived within an hour of my call to Gordon’s dispatch and he was very courteous and friendly. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get it fixed. He was here for about 2 hours and was very thorough and diligent with the job even though it was nearly 830pm and I’m sure he would’ve much rather been at home with his family. I’ve been doing business with Gordon’s for nearly 3 yrs now and this is the 2nd time I’ve had to call them to send a technician out to fix a problem with either my AC or furnace. They have yet to disappoint. They’re technicians are always prompt, friendly, respectful, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. I called this company when my heater went out about a month ago. They were able to come out that same day and easily identified the problem. He had to leave to go get the part and it was repaired quickly. My heat and air units are very old so I signed up for their monthly member plan and just had them come out to examine my ac unit which is included in the plan. My technician was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I could understand them. I would highly recommend them!

I've had Gordon's service equipment in the past and they do a fine job. Recently had them out for a new install estimate, and I felt their pricing was pretty outrageous. The salesman seemed more interested in selling a no money down heat and air monthly service rather than the equipment/install outright. I guess if you want to pay a monthly fee, (which I wouldn't recommend) they would be a fine place. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.

I've used Gordon's Service Experts for my AC, heater, and plumbing and all have been good experiences since 2012. Without exception every employee they have sent over has been kind, courteous, and upfront about problems and prevention. The AC/furnace tuneups have been great. We replaced our entire system and they were very quick getting it in. Even upgraded our unit because they didn't have the one we requested immediately in stock at no cost to use. Our most recent experience has been with a root infested sewer line. Their prices were comparable to others and we were very pleased with the work they did. The plumber was very sympathetic to the major bummer that having to rip a hole in our slab was and they were flexible with us to get our floating floor up and work with a crazy holiday schedule. I intend to keep using them for all my AC/heating and plumbing needs!

Silver Fries was our sales associate from Gordon’s and she was so full of knowledge, she truly made the sale! She explained the product thoroughly, broke down the pricing structure, and answered every question with confidence. I was nervous to take on a monthly bill and she explained other areas the cost would offset and she was right! Our electric bill dropped by $100 over the summer months- saving us over $400 for the first year in itself! Not to mention the value of quality air for our family! We are very satisfied with our new heat and air company. Knowing we can call them at anytime for technical support is very comforting.

Gordon’s is the absolute worst AC company out there. Seriously find literally anyone else than them. We had people come out to fix our ac unit and they messed up and caused a major leak in our house. After they “fixed” it, turns out they really hadn’t as a year later we had water coming out of our walls again. The manager didn’t want to pay for the renovations to get fixed and did everything he could to avoid paying for a licensed restoration company to come out and fix it.They are always trying to up sell their products and telling you things are broken or in need of fixing when they really don’t. You just can’t rely on them for an accurate assessment. We tell as many people as possible to not use this company- they are that terrible.

The installation crew were on time and efficiently installed the furnace and air conditioner. The furnace needed adjustments to conform to the square footage of my home. The maintenance technician Clayvin was very knowledgeable of what needed to be and corrected the vibrations from the furnace. I am very satisfied with the entire process. I have been with Gordon for the past ten years.

George and Randy came out on a Sunday evening only a couple hours after we called in. Their responsiveness was a huge help. They were very professional and didn't try to pressure us into anything. This is the third time I've used Gordon's for service calls and they are always professional and honest about the service that is needed. We discovered a serious water leak under our water heater, and after several estimates we chose Gordon's plumbing. They were not only able to schedule the install for the next day (not next Monday), but they were on time, took care of the installation, removed the old water heater and cleaned up everything. They even scheduled and took care of the electric work that needed to be completed to accommodate the new plug in. There is a 10 year warranty providing I use Gordons plumbing. The water heater is working great. And we really enjoyed the knowledgeable, experienced technician (Anthony) that they sent for the installation. He was excellent at teaching us the ins and outs of the new water heater, I highly recommend this company for fast, efficient, exceptional work.

Edward Sandoval was the sales consultant and helped us out with replacing the system . We had cracks in the heating exchange which caused carbon monoxide leaks to enter the inside of the house .. The unit that we ordered was unavailable and they did not know when it would be in. It would be months because of Covid-19. There was a unit in the warehouse that was more expensive than the one we ordered and talked to his manager and was able to complete the job in the same day. My daughter works for Gordon's so when I experienced HVAC and Plumbing problems I thought I would give them a try. I've had multiple issues with my kitchen sink disposal clogging up. The plumbers at Gordon's Service Experts are the best I have ever used. They are very friendly, they know what they are doing and the prices are fair. The office staff were great when booking my call and very honest when I asked for a quote over the phone. I was informed that each situation was different and there wasn't a way for them to accurately give me a price until the plumber was able to see what needed to be done to solve the problem.Last season our air conditioner was acting up and we called our daughter to set up a service call to have it repaired. Turned out to be a simple fix but we were so impressed with the level of service and professionalism from our technician we signed up for a yearly maintenance agreement.I will definitely be using Gordon's again and will recommend them to everyone! I'm proud to say my daughter works for such a reputable company with such friendly and knowledgeable technicians and plumbers.

Our AC started blowing warm air. We saw Gordon's got great reviews on Google so we gave them a try. It started with the lady who made the appointment. Nice and great sense of humor. We had an appointment for 4pm but lucked out when our tech finished a job early and got to our place by 1:30pm. After meeting Julio Rios, I knew right away he was a good guy. Very friendly, and knowledgeable, Julio diagnosed our problem in minutes and made all necessary repairs but not before asking my permission on certain changes and alterations, which I think is a key attribute in good service. Julio was very helpful and went above and beyond updating or 70's era HVAC unit, making sure the unit was performing as efficient as possible, to make sure we can get as many years as possible out of the geriatric unit. I'd recommend Gordon's to anyone especially if all there techs are on the same level as Julio Rios.

Great service!I called in around 4pm and told them I had a problem with my a/c, gave a description of what it was doing and they scheduled a technician out the same day! The guys that came out “Clayvin and Alan” asked me a couple of questions and went right at it. With in a few minutes of checking a few things he determined the problem and within 15 minutes had it blowing ice cold again.

I have had good experiences for over five years with this company. They arrive during scheduled hours, have experienced people doing the work, and have quality products.

Gabriel Singleton was very professional. We had a water heater that needed replacing due to corrosion and hard water damage. Gabriel did a very thorough job, as well as informing my wife and I of Edmond's hard water issues and recommended a water softener that would solve the problem. We are very satisfied with our service!

Brian did our air conditioner's annual maintenance yesterday. Noticed he spent longer than other technicians in the past. My thought there must be something wrong. When I went to check on him I noticed he had several panels off my air conditioner and using a hose to clean it. That was different! Then I asked him how things were going and he started talking about his concern about drip pan water in my attic. He mentioned all the things he checked that might cause water in drip pan. Bottom line is Brian was thoroughly doing his job and I could tell he was a responsible technician. He was right to check on the water in drip pan issue cause I have had a problem in this area in the past. I was relieved to know he checked out my system completely. After the torrential rains this past week we found ourselves in desperate need of a plumber, like thousands of other Oklahomans. I have used Gordon's on a couple of occasions before, for a hot water heater and several times for help and yearly maintenance of our HVAC. As a business owner, I have always been impressed with not only the workmanship and timeliness of their service providers but also their consistant courtesy and dedication to the people needing their services.I was concerned this time around because of the volume of folks needing assistance after one of the rainiest June's on record. Add to that the fact that we realized our gushing leak on Saturday July 3rd; a tall order indeed. I'm so pleased that the dispatcher, their coordinator and plumber worked together to again deliver the great service we've always received from Gordon's. Preston, the plumber they sent, not only used a locator to find the source of the leak to prevent needless digging etc also stood aside while the city inspected to determine the cause of such a catastrophic failure. Preston spent close to 8 hours not only replacing the line with Pex but checking the whole house to insure adequate pressure at each tap. This conscientious service is a welcome relief in these often difficult times. As a female its important to feel confident in the services performed in your home. I highly recommend Gordon's for any of their service. Fair Prices and competent, courteous services; thats Gordon's!

Ethan and Clint came out today and worked on our airflow problem. They were very professional and completed the job without any problems. I appreciate the quick attention to the problem after Clint was here for a regular checkup the day before. I feel as though this will help us with getting the air to the part of the house that regularly stays either too cold or too hot.

Short version: I wanted an A/C repair and in the end I was offered a new A/C system or pay $1300/$1700 for the repair. I found a different company who fixed the problem for $400.Reception answered the phone and got me a same day appointment, so that's a plus (I paid the urgent fee). The three gentlemen that arrived were dressed and behaved professionally and wore shoe coverings in my house which I appreciated. They went about their business to locate the problem with my air conditioning system. Unfortunately, their repair proposal was vastly overpriced. I have no doubt that they could perform quality service if I had been willing to pay for it but they estimated ~$1700 to repair my A/C system. That included a $300 repair of the leaking evaporator coil and a full recharge of refrigerant into the system which came out to over $1000 alone (13 lbs of freon), plus a few other charges. I also did not appreciate that a sales manager was present with the team because included with the repair proposal was an alternative for me to sign up to be a member to save money on the repair, bringing the price down to $1300, or to install a brand new system in my house (7 years old). So my options were sign up for a brand new system, price Free except be in an unknown contract for hundreds of dollars per month to lease new equipment. Or, pay $1700 non-member price. Or sign up for a membership (with an A/C company?) to pay $1300 for the repair. In the end, I found another HVAC service company who fixed the leak in the evaporator coil and recharged the freon (only needed 2.5lbs) for $400 in about an hour and a half.

We bought an old fixer upper and found out the floor in a bathroom was rotten under the tile, which put us in a situation of gutting the whole bathroom and rearranging everything. I called *so many* plumbers to get quotes and find out what to do, but Jacob came out, gave us the best quote, and -most importantly- was so knowledgeable and personable that he felt like a family friend. Best service we've gotten from any provider in a very long time. And his level of understanding gave us complete trust in his advice and work. We'll have many other projects and he (and Gordon's) will absolutely be our go-to from here on out.

Tom and Keith did a heating and air install for our house earlier this year. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They didn't mind me standing over their shoulders over the two-day install, and were happy to answer any questions that I had. I found their suggestions helpful as well. A few months later, tech #138, Randy Richards, came out to service the AC for spring. He was also very helpful in explaining what he was doing and how to get the most efficiency out of my AC. I definitely look forward to working with them again in the future!

Older heating system stopped working. Called Gordons', they saw us right away---Ethan and Bradley took time to explain everything thoroughly and assured that we could get up and running in no time. My technician, Daniel was early, very respectful and fixed my issue quickly. He was very informative and offer additional services available to me without pressure selling me. I was very happy with the experience and will use this company again when in need. Plus the service charge is waved if they do any work, other companies don’t do this. Also the service charge to come out is way below competitors o called. I recommend giving them a try.

Although the technician was young he was knowledgeable and personable. Someone you're happy to have in your home.

They have the best trained, most knowledgeable techs representing their company.Today, we had our annual A/C done by Julio Rios. He explained all the readings he'd gotten on our 20+ year old unit. He was amazed at how well the unit was running given its age.We said it was because we have always had it serviced by great techs like him. My A/C was struggling to keep up with this recent heat wave. Bryan and Damien discovered that my inside unit was not sealed and taped like it should have been, which made a huge difference. Both Technician were honest and did the job right. They didn't try to nickel and dime me to death, for needless repairs. I've used several HVAC companies in the past, but Gordon's is by far the best. I highly recommend these guys.

I've been pleasantly impressed with Gordon's Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing employees. We had a new air conditioner, heating unit, and tankless water heater installed a year ago. The six-month checkup was another positive experience (Service Technician: George Adams). Today, Julio Rios, Tech #296, continued the excellent trend by professionally servicing our equipment and expertly discussing pertinent issues. We are very satisfied customers!

Tried to schedule service but the guy I spoke with couldn't even get the address right after telling him 3 times. Then tells me he wasn't able to send a technician out the same day because they were too busy. Went a head and got on their schedule for the next day just in case, but called someone else who was ready and willing to come out immediately so I called Gordon's back to cancel and the lady I spoke with couldn't even find my appointment. The customer service reps aren't exactly in love with their jobs and you can definitely hear it in their voices...

Calvin Welch was our technician. He did an excellent job! We were incredibly pleased with the service he provided. Not only was he very thorough in his inspection; he gave us quality recommendations for future service to improve our home by providing us with price quotes and useful information without being pushy. We will most definitely continue to do business with Gordon's Service Experts.

Woke up Sunday morning and the air conditioner wasn't cooling. Called Gordon's since they are our go-to service and equipment provider for HVAC. Got an immediate answer - being Sunday they assured me that it would be that day but at that time couldn't promise a time. But in a few minutes, after Steven, the tech, got the page, he called to let me know that we were second in line, and that he would call as soon as he was on his way. In about 1 1/2 hours, he called, said he was 20 minutes out. When he arrived, he listened to my explanation, opened the electrical panel of the compressor, and instantly diagnosed the problem. It was fixed in 15 minutes.Gordon's always provides superior service. Their other technicians are equally customer oriented and specialists in their field. They have been our provider for 19 years. I wouldn't use anyone else.

These guys did a great job of evaluating my problem and getting me a solution ASAP. George did a fantastic job of fixing my furnace quickly. He was professional and courteous. Hopefully won't need to use these guys again but if so then I'll definitely use them again. Great job and service at a fair price.
