WHE installed a new residential hot water heater at my home a year ago. They were polite, informative, prompt, professional, clean AND provided the best quote of the half dozen other plumbing contractors I contacted. They also didn’t charge me for pulling the online building permit with the city — something the other contractors charged $30 to do. Anyway, fast forward, and the thermal expansion tank they installed, newly require by city code, failed a few days before the one-year warranty on materials and workmanship (standard, no extra cost) expired. A WHE service tech came right over and replaced it without any charge. Very nice to do business with an honest, trustworthy contractor in an industry where questionable costs and up sells can be common. Good job guys!

I contacted four plumbing companies who could not repair a problem water main leak. One of them recommended I contact Jeff at King Rooter. He came out quickly on a holiday weekend and was able to repair the leak. He was friendly and professional.

Kevin, the technician was on time and so helpful, despite it being 10 degrees in the snow - and the clean out line was under the porch. This is really a 24-hour business and I recommend them highly. Really helped me out when the sewer line backed up into the house in the middle of a very cold night.

Very happy customer! I was so impressed with my experience with SWAN. Their customer service providers were very friendly, responsive, and professional. Although it’s a busy time of year, they were able to get a technician out same day. The technician sent out to my home, John, arrived on time and was very professional. He walked through everything he was doing and made sure I understood what he was doing during the entire process. I was also impressed with how reasonable their prices were. I will definitely be using SWAN in the future for any HVAC needs!

Mark and his son are extremely professional and very kind. I felt very confident with his work helping me sort through my sump pump issue. I highly recommend Mark and if I need anything in the future he is my go to guy and I will highly recommend him to any one.

Don’t expect for them to keep their word on anything pertaining to timing. They’re always late, leave mid way through their job. It just feels like they do not care about their job

I would have only given them one star however, part of the issue is Home depot. Trying to deal with two different companies to get a hot water heater replaced who both point the finger at the other company instead of taking any responsibility is very frustrating. I have a hot water heater that was supposed to be replaced under warranty and trying to get this accomplished has taken many hours and wasted a lot of time.
