Lowell is the man! Professional, friendly and very good at explaining the root of the problem. Will definitely hire this company again. My only constructive feedback is that they start using a software like Housecall Pro to help improve communication with customers and allow me to pay with a cc in person!

Anthony arrived promptly and finished the set up for our new swamp cooler quickly. I especially appreciated him explaining how to use our new system. He was patient and kind.Second service call with Anthony...Anthony saved the day! We had a slow leak and the swamp cooler wasn't working properly. He spent an hour on a hot roof figuring out the problem and correcting it! Anthony is skilled, knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend him and Golden West.
