Called them to work on flushing and filling my super old radiant baseboard system. They were responsive and fixed what I asked. The hourly rate is $150 with a $75 service charge. My issue took about 40 min of time with no equipment and I was charged $225 which is a bit pricey.

My first experience with with Key Plumbing started well, the guys were on time, and spent 4-5 hours working on various repairs on two apartments I own, and got the job done. They inadvertently left one shower not in working order, due to a communication issue about the new valve and trim I bought at Lowes which turned out to be terrible quality, but Bill the owner was responsive to my complaint, and came back and made the situation right. thanks Bill, I really appreciate it!!

I though I needed a new waste sump pump, the technician came out, diagnosed the problem (it was actually just loose, not leaking), fixed the problem and they only charged us the call charge. I am very appreciative of them not just replacing the pump and charging us much much more. Grateful for them not performing unnecessary work!
