Best service ever! Josh came out the same day I called , was VERY professional and helpful (he even brought in a package that was delivered ). I had called applewood on the previous day and was so disappointed that they couldn't even give me a ball park figure on the phone. Rooter Nation did the work for less than half of their quote. My husband called a few companies for our clogged kitchen sink, but they were booking 2 days out. However, Josh was out in just a few hours and had the job done within 30 minutes. I will definitely use their services again, but hopefully I won't need to!

Hey I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to let you all know that Josh and Brandon came to unclog my kitchen sink and into my laundry room. They made sure that the problems were fixed and also did my main line since there was some water coming from there not charging me extra. Thanks again for your help. Very nice and helpful. Courteous as well.

I highly recommend Rooter-Nation! I liked that they were upfront from the start about prices. On the phone , the lady said it would be $88, and there was no service charge. Jesse came at the beginning of the window and showed me the problem and fixed it right away. He even answered some additional plumbing questions I had. Quick, professional, and no hidden charges!

These guys were so professional, did a great job, were friendly and seemed to really care. I had a clogged shower which lead to some other problems, more costs, but they showed me what needed to be done and why. I feel they are a very good and honest company and would highly recommend them for clearing out your drains, to other plumbing issues.

I've used them twice now and have been happy both times. The guys they send out are so clean cut and polite, they could be Mormon missionaries. :) Definitely people I'm comfortable having in my home. Their pricing is very clear and far less expensive than other companies. Roto Rooter tried to charge me $360 for the exact same job that Rooter Nation took care of for me today for $88. Will use again.

Nation Rooter fixed our sewer line 2 years ago. We have been trying to contact them repeatedly and they will not return our calls. They said we needed to do a rooting every year. We are trying for 2 years now to have them do this service for us and they will not return our calls. Today we hired another company to do the service. This other plumbing company says they cannot do the rooting because the part was put in wrong. .
What can we do if Rooter Nation will not return our calls?

The plumber was totally unprofessional.
I tried to explain the usual problem (it's happened before) but he insisted that he knew more about my plumbing situation than I did.
I wanted a line run from the main floor kitchen and laundry to clear the clog. I also wanted the outside line cleaned as well. It was obvious he did not want to do the outside line, so since that was not my problem today, I did not push it.
I prepped the area before he arrived so he would have easy access, that meant unhooking the removable utility sink in the laundry room and removing the line plug. I asked him to re-hook the sink when finished (fully expecting an extra charge) but he stated he did not do that. Ok, still no worries. He ran the line and got it cleared, I asked how bad the clog was, he said I had to have something else done that would cost $300 more. When I refused the service, he said he would not guarantee his service even for 24 hrs, which leads me to believe that I will have the same problem very soon because he did not do his job correctly!
He poured the drain water down my KITCHEN SINK.
I will NEVER use this company ever again!!

I had a faucet that would not shut off. The scheduler at Rooter Nation went out of her way to get a plumber to my house within an hour. Jesse fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely call this company the next time I need plumbing work done.

I was under the impression I would have a working bathroom when they finished. John, of Rooter Nation, tried to open the tub and sink and poked a hole in the line and quit because he said, I am afraid I may damage the line. You now have water in your crawl space. It was from the hole he put in the line.

Since we renovated the one and only bathroom in the house six years ago I haven't had anyone else work on the plumbing. He offered to bring in our own plumber for an additional cost at that time. It was a Saturday and I couldn't/wouldn't pay the unknown costs of their plumber. It cost me an additional $240 to have sink and bathtub lines cleaned at a later date. The toilet did work fine.

They did an excellent job on the sewer - tearing up and repairing the driveway. Just BEWARE you may not have a working bathroom when they finish - but they did a very good job on the sewer line. You need make sure you understand WHAT the agreement is before you put your money down.

I like working with these guys but they are definitely understaffed. The last few times I’ve called them, they have been completely booked up for over a week. They need to hire more staff if they can’t keep up with the workload. Though anytime that I have been able to use them, they have done a really good job

Two stars because they were very polite and professional when making the appointment. Other than that I have nothing to review because they never showed up!
Our window was 12n-2p (which has become the best us consumers can expect) and we got a call at 2:30p saying they were running late. Well DUH! Then at 3p we got a call saying they wanted to reschedule so that was my experience. Again, two stars for the appointment, nothing else to review as they never showed up.

Hello,

I just wanted to give a shout out to Bruce who came by our home. He showed up early, and got the clog out of our bedroom bath tub which has been a growing issue for mouths! Rotter Rooter last week came to inspect it and was 3 hours late and wanted to charge $250.00!

Bruce finished the job quickly, and cleaned up nicely and made the paper work and process easy!

Are Master Bath Tub now runs unclogged, and we can once again enjoy a nice quiet bath after a long days work!
