They sent a guy to fix a dripping faucet. The parts he used cost $25.00. They wanted me to pay $250.00, after I said I will pay a fair price, they got mad and put a lien on my property!!
Now they want me to pay $262.50 for a dripping Faucet!

These guys were great to work with. Alex was very knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly to replace a defective breaker in the panel that was causing an electrical outage in one of the rooms in the house. Was also very courteous by consistently putting on booties to not track dirt into the house, and got along great with the dogs!

I have had him over twice. He works alone i have a long line. He did a good job. I avoid the big companies who send the young and in experienced over. It's usually a disaster.

I called a lot of plumbers before I was referred to Bruce. Just talking to him on the phone made me want to hire him. His rates were fair and he seemed genuine and friendly and of course competent. I had originally just hired him to reinstall a faucet and garbage disposal after my sink was replaced. Unfortunately the people who installed the sink dropped the old one smashing a key pipe, so now I needed him to fix the damage. He gave us a price then immediately discounted it knowing it was a hardship for the other company to pay. He was already running hours behind and not only installed the faucet and disposal he came back the same night with parts to fix the drain. Bruce also walked me through how to repair some valves myself to help save some additional costs, trust me I was texting him like crazy and he never not helped. Bruce is my forever plumber at this point he is a good stand up person who just wants to help. I highly recommend you hire him if you need this kind of work.

The team at AAARK are excellent! My home is a prefab from the 50's and NOTHING is an easy project.

My parents have had a variety of jobs done by AAARK and they (and I) have always been impressed by the quality of work, speed of service, and courtesy of the team. There was no question of who I would have perform the jobs.

Jimmy and Stuart upgraded my electrical service and combined two boxes into one. Unfortunately, my home has a very tight crawl space and attic, but they got the job done. They were able to really clean up the look, give me back some space on the wall, and set me up safely for some future home wiring projects.

Once the electrical was done, Travis and Chad were able to haul away my ancient furnace (they said they've only seen that model in the Lenox museum) and install a new, quieter, more efficient unit and thermostat.

While those items were being tackled, Nick and Michael installed a tricky shower door and made sure the majority of the plumbing of my long-term bathroom project were all in order.

The team will be out next week to install an evaporative cooler (6 years without any cooling system!) and I cannot wait to have that done and update this review.

Update 03/31: The team returned today and the evap cooler is installed and looks incredible. Very excited to have relief this year from the heat. It was placed out of sight from the front of the house and the registers are placed seamlessly to provide perfect airflow.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.
