Sewer Friendly is great! I had a back up from my sewer, and they came out straight away, identified the problem and fixed the sewer line. All the workers were nice and professional and left the area clean.

The reviews about this crew are true, I also had a great experience with Dirt Cheap Sewers for a complete sewer replacement. From Angel initially determining the cause and location of the problem, to offering every option available and on the spot estimating with fair pricing, to delivering on exactly the promise made. Day one, they trenched by hand, in the cramped space under the deck, replaced the root destroyed pipe, and had me back in action by the end of the day. The remaining days also required hand trenching to protect a slope sensitive tree line, and even without requesting it, I watched them take care to not hurt the large primary root structures of the trees, digging under and around them to access the old line, only cutting a few that needed it. This type of care was demonstrated throughout.

Accessing the portion under the house required cutting the slab, and a touch of jack hammering, but before the work began, Austin and Poncho took the time to seal off the rest of the house, as well as some belongings left in the basement. This crew works hard, staying as late as it took each night to finish the days portion of work and get me reconnected, while being receptive to my questions or specific requests. Then, at the end of it all, after back-filling and pouring me a beautiful cement patch, gifting me two new and more convenient clean outs, they literally cleaned my basement better than they found it.

This is a stellar crew, very easy to work with, and I am extremely pleased with the result. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth with these guys.

They are incredibly responsive and know what they are doing. Each issue has been approached thoughtfully and we always know we are in good hands. It’s a pleasure to have them in our home even in stressful situations! They are the best.

Then he quoted my job, made a couple of jokes and did the best most efficient job ever! He was timely, had hard workers and was the best price outta my 3 bids. Super pleased. I had used Joe years ago and needed his services for another job. I had an exterior faucet that was intermittently working and he was able to come out a day after I e-mailed him. Not only did he fix it pretty quickly (~30 mins) it was a very fair price. Very pleased with Joe!

Had a leak under the sink and called Craftsman. They sent someone the same day to check out our issue. Monty quickly identified the issue, talked us through what was going on, got a quote and immediately resolved our leak by replacing the garbage disposal. Efficient and professional service! Would call Craftsman again.

When looking for a plumber, there are two types of businesses: The first is the small family-owned type operation that employs mostly the same reliable people from year to year. The second is a big operation where you recognize the name through heavy advertising on the sides of buses and a large fleet of service vans. The former works on repeat business and customer loyalty. They stay small to so that the business is built on reliability and relationships. The latter is built on high volume and very high pricing. They do not care about customer loyalty. They want that highly profitable big sale from people who are either desperate or who don't know any better. And the pricing is outrageous and deceptive. The inspection fee is reasonable and then if you agree, they really get you. Make no mistake about it. It is YOU who is paying for all that advertising on the sides of buses, not them.
I have been using Soreano' Plumbing for about 25 years. This is a small family-type operation that has employed mostly the same good people for years. Repeat customers who have been with them a long time are usually given quick service. The work is not cheap but then, I have never had a case where it was not done correctly. As a precaution, I would note that you should be very specific about what the problem is what you want done before they come out so they bring the right tools or equipment. Otherwise, I recommend them without reservation.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!

They showed up less than 90 minutes after I called. Friendly, masks, booties and all, they cleared my drains and laughed at my dad jokes.
