Very positive experience. We had a problem with the soak tub in the master bath that needed to reinstall the faucet and replace the drain. Called several local companies and decided to take a leap of faith to try Fox. Same day service and problem fixed! Dustin, the service tech is very helpful, professional, and provided quality repair. I was given an estimate before proceeding with the repair and the work was completed as per plan. The rate is reasonable. I was surprise by how clean and the care shown by Dustin of this service. I had many other services/repair (not just plumbing) before but I always have to clean up the area afterward. But not this time! Thanks for the wonderful service.

Replaced an upstairs bathroom tub drain. Great workmanship, and good plumbers. I would like to work with them in the future, unfortunately over $1200 for a 3 hour job with minimal parts is excessively expensive. I will shop around next time. If I could hire those plumbers myself at union hourly rates I would.

Helpful and professional staff. Good selection of quality fixtures to actually touch and try out. I'm updating a faucet and sink I'll use multiple times a day for the next 25 years and I just couldn't find anything I liked at the box stores. I walked in, got helped immediately, and got a selection of excellent quality stuff to choose from in about 10 minutes. They have extremely high end stuff but also really good stuff that is reasonably priced compared to the low end junk I found at box stores and on mass retail websites.

Work out of a commercial space in Seattle. Had a leak that presented as a water stain in my ceiling panels. McKinstry was recommended by the owner of the commercial property. The initial diagnosis of the issue cost about $500. After the diagnosis McKinstry determined it was the HVAC fan that needed to be replaced. They order and replaced it for a little over $2,000. After about 7 months the leak has returned. Called customer service and they said would cost another $500 for a technician to evaluate. Disappointed they do not have a warranty in their work. Hoping this review helps other who are looking for help.

Just to be clear, this emergency plumber provides the greatest service in the area. Even at an odd hour, they dispatched their staff right away to drain a very problematic pipe for me. I'm really appreciative of their prompt response!

i called Beacon to assess a main sewer line blockage. They charged $800 to do a scope and identified the point of blockage. They then marked on the ground where the blockage was. They gave me a bid of $16,000 to fix it and said they could do it right away. It seemed high so i told them i wanted to get other bids.When they left they erased the marking on the ground without my knowledge so i wouldn't know where the blockage was when i got other bids even though i paid for the scope that identified the problem.I called another firm to have it fixed and it was less than 25% of Beacon's price. I would never call them again. Buyer beware and get other bids.

My outside drain backed up into my basement. I called Wayne at Emerald City Sewer and he and his crew came over that evening. Evidently the problem was quite a ways from the house. Not only did they blow out the entire line, but they installed an outside access to the sewer line, which I didn't have in my 1962 house. Cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend!

Had a toilet/shower back up on a Saturday evening. They said they could send someone out that night between 6-10pm. No one came. This was okay with us. The next morning Joey from RR came. He was great. Unclogged our drain quickly and was very polite and hard working. Highly recommend RR and Joey.

I had a great experience with this company. Armin was able to come out the same day when I called for an estimate and was very responsive. I was able to schedule very quickly and get the work done asap at a reasonable price. Armin was very upfront and honest and did not try to upsell anything which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend Ridgid plumbing!

They're the first and only company I called to have my pipes replaced. I had no idea how much it was going to cost, so when Doug (who was super nice, btw) came out and gave me a quote that was about half of what I had expected, AND typically gets it done in 3 hours not days I said lets do it. Took a little over a month to have the actual work done - by another plumbing co, which was fine but a little unusual in my opinion lol. I guess I just assumed that I was dealing with a local company.

In any case, everyone from start to finish was very pleasant and professional. I've had no problems in the 6 months since the work was done. My only issue is the number of emails I've received since the work was done asking me to review them on yelp, google etc. I can understand a few times but weekly x 6 months is too much. Then again, I am here writing this, so....

Frank showed up on time to do our yearly maintenance sewer line run to remove roots. He was friendly, responsive to my needs and concerns, capable and efficient. Also, he didn’t leave a mess.

A representative came out on Tuesday, assessed our drainage situation and made recommendations on how to fix it and gave us an estimate. They sent a crew of 4 guys, arriving a little before 8 am. The dug a whole to reroute the water from our gutter so that it would flow down the steps to the sidewalk. In the process, they needed to dig a whole under pavers and then replace them. They finished the entire job in less that 5 hours, and everything was very much to our satisfaction. In addition, all workers were very courteous and respectful of our property. And man in charge came out to inspect the work and make sure everything was hunky dory. We highly recommend this company.
