After my usual plumbing company didn't show up after numerous calls and promises, I contacted Performance Plumbing to check out my nagging mystery leak. I started off worried cause they were busy and original appointment time got pushed back and I thought here we go again, no show or flaky. Sure enough, dispatcher called me 2 hours later and said can Dennis the plumber come to check out around 5pm? I had water leaking into the downstairs unit ceiling from within the walls and Dennis was eager to find the problem, opening up wall areas to peek inside. After 2 hours of looking and not locating, he promised to show up first thing in the morning, and sure enough did! He found the a small leak in the ice maker rusted line in the middle of the wall and fixed it promptly. After that, I said I had an old leak in the garage that no plumber wanted to really get on a ladder and check out... Dennis gladly looked, found the problem and quoted a fair price to repair it so I had that repair done too. Overall, I found Performance Plumbing to be very capable, reliable, honest and fairly priced. I recommend them and would definitely use them again for my plumbing work.

I highly recommend Ros Plumbing. Niall and a member of his team, Fernando, came out to diagnose the cause of a leak, which left me without water for three days. They corrected the problem (replacing an aged pump) the next day. Additionally, they corrected an old issue which resulted in no heat, and installed a new thermostat and garbage disposal unit both of which were no longer functioning. All within five hours! Not only are they talented and efficient and reasonably priced but they are also personable -when everything is going wrong, a nice demeanor goes a long way! Thanks Niall and Fernando!

Had a leaky faucet. They send someone to examine the issue and the plumber replaces the faucet, but doesn't fix the leak issue and actually makes the leak worse. He says they require a water shutoff and will need to come back after getting approval from the building. They schedule for next week, but cancel the morning of because they didnt get approval. Rescheduled for the week after, and they cancel again because they didnt get the approval AGAIN.
