Yevgeny has saved the day numerous times with small plumbing stuff, but the icing on the cake was the time a truck hit the power lines to my house in the middle of the night, ripped my electrical mast into the street, and drove off, leaving my house (and my tenants too!) without power. PG&E fixed the lines, but the rest was my responsibility. Yevgeny was on the spot first thing in the morning, quoted me thousands less than the few people who even deigned to return my call, and toiled madly through terrible rain to get power back to my place - it was a huge ordeal. And he helped me deal with the insurance people. If you have a problem - call Yevgeny, he's the best, there's a reason his ratings are so high.

our water heater was leaking and i called ab plumbing to fix it, they told me they have a 2 hour window arrival but they arrived in 30 mins which is very amazing and they were so professional. Called smelly Mels when I had water leaking from my ceiling Doug the technician arrived with a great attitude and assured us we're didn't need to worry he covered our flooring and began to remove Sheetrock and discovered we had a hot water leak he was able to repair and get our water back on if I could give them a 10 star review I would thanks smelly Mels

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.

I had a problem with my hydronic heating system and had a lot of trouble finding plumbers who were willing and or able to repair these systems. JEBRown was recommended and I called to make an appointment it took 2 weeks for someone to be able to come but when Al came he was on time, took time to explain the two solutions along with costs and then arranged for someone to come the following day to do the repair.
They arrived in the time frame promised, were courteous helpful, efficient and did the job speedily and cleanly. I highly recommend this company for any hydronic heating system problems.
