I recently had a problem with a water drain where the water was not draining quickly. I called 24 HR Emergency Plumber San Francisco Inc, and they scheduled an appointment on the same day. Everything is now working well thanks to them.

I had a complex plumbing issue, and this service provided exceptional expertise. The plumbers were skilled, thorough, and took the time to explain the repairs. I am grateful for their prompt response and would trust them with any future plumbing needs.

Our gutter downspouts & the drainfields for each were very clogged with years of tree needles etc. We tried diligently to clean & hose them out ,usually in a rain storm with water running on our patios & decks. Plumbers really had no options & then we called Roto- Rooter. Farid arrived timly, explained the process & his specialized equipment , took downspouts off ,cleaned them, jet sprayed the drainfields ,put all back together & fully cleaned up the mess. I recommend Farid & this service with my highest recommendation & we are already advising friends & real estate agents that we work with, of the service, as I'm sure it is a common problem in the northwest. Farid was courteous , polite, prompt & professional. Finally, the costs for the job were very reasonable given the result of solving the hassle of dealing with the issue. When we had a clog in our laundry drain, Adam came promptly and was able to quickly snake it out. He also noted that we were missing a vent and provided an estimate to install one. The cost for snaking seemed high relative to the amount of labor performed, but he offered a small discount because the clog cleared pretty quickly. He was professional and efficient!

I wanted to take a moment to share my great experience for the exceptional service that I received from these guys. My husband and I had a bit of an emergency situation last Thursday when we discovered that our water heater was leaking and we were unable to locate the source of the problem.

After making multiple phone calls to local plumbers, we were feeling quite discouraged. These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean.
