I had a problem with my faucet leaking, and I called Urban Plumber's Co San Francisco for help. The plumbers arrived promptly and were able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time. They also provided me with advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future. The service was excellent, and the price was very fair.

I contacted J Drains based on the referral of a friend. I called and the voice mailbox was full, but within 20 minutes I received a call back from Jason, the owner. I walked him through my problem (sewer was backing up at the clean-out on the property line). He discussed several remedial strategies based on listening to my assessment, where his price estimate was better than competitors by several hundred dollars. He then also said based on where it is - sewer backed up to the street - you should contact the City [of San Jose], they will likely come out and deal with this for you for free. He was shocked that other plumbers I'd called *hadn't bothered to inform me of that option*. Jason was 100% right; I called the city, and they sent a truck out 20 minutes later and cleared the problem right up. Cost to me - $0 (included in my municipal taxes). I know where I'll be turning for my future plumbing needs and advice. Thank you, Jason & co.!

Principal Cleanout Issue for Months, Michel came and cleaned the line, and then Jacobs came with a camera to show me where other issues exist. Set prices and NO pressure to do significant work, which I know must be done, very quick response and work time that is extremely quick!!

Had a very bad kitchen sink clog that I kept insisting to the wife that I’d be able to fix myself. After 3 days of failed attempts plunging, snaking, using all the home remedies, drain cleaner, and even running a hose… I finally made the decision to admit defeat and call a professional.
