Had a frozen hose that was leaking into the basement the day after Christmas. These guys picked up right away and were able to come out with in a few hours. No mess or sale pitch just got the job done for me.

Fixed a leak in the pipe coming from my hot water heater quickly and efficiently!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

I have used this company on more than one occasion. The last job that they did for me was a big one. They clearly met my expectations and completed the job to my satisfaction. I recommend them highly and will use them again myself.

This place is great! We had a busted pipe two days before Thanksgiving and the main water turn off was also leaking but once he fixed the pipe, it stopped completely. Other places were quoting hundreds and hundreds of dollars for this repair but Mick was amazing. He was in and out in less than an hour and it ended up being a few hundred dollars cheaper than was quoted. Plus it ended up getting done so much faster than it was supposed to be. We live in a condo and at first we thought we were going to have to call them to shut the water off outside but didn’t have to do that either. He was so kind, fast and knowledgeable about his job. He was great all around. I would recommend anyone looking for a plumber to call here, you’re not going to regret it.

I've relied on The Local Plumber LLC twice now - water heater install and also to mend a leaking pipe - and both times were exceptional. Trevor was responsive and quick to get me on his schedule, his prices are fair and most important - he is honest and looks out for you. When he installed our water heater, he went above and beyond by checking the surrounding area and found an exhaust pipe that had disintegrated and was leaking carbon monoxide. He didn't have to take that extra step, but I am so grateful that he did, for our safety! He explains your options well and doesn't pressure you. And he's just a genuinely kind, sharp and capable guy. He's who we will always call first!

Well, at one time I had confidence in this company but like many others that posted bad reviews, this last visit was the end for me ever calling them again. I had used them twice before and they did okay. About 6 months ago, I had a leak in a pipe from my wife's bathroom. They came out and fixed it. Last week I had water spots in the same location. I started to call them again and as I was looking up their contact info, I noticed the negative reviews on the website. That told me to just call someone else. So I did. What I found out was that the leak was in the exact same pipe as before. What was done when they 'Fixed It was that one of the pipes was too short and so it was rigged to try and make it fit instead of recutting the pipe to fit the way it should. So in time, it shook loose and started to leak again. Well... After they Fixed it the first time, it cost me another $250 to have my cieling redone. This time, I had to pay for another company to come out to really fix it. That cost me $127. Now I have to have my ceiling redone again. Probably another $250. And the room needs to be repainted and new trim because the water leak has destroyed those also. So now I know why they are not geeting that many good reviews. My recommendation... Find someone else and check the reviews first.

Gary was very professional and punctual.. I already recommended him to another job for my Grandparents.. Come to find out he did their water heater the next day.. I am definitely using him on other jobs in my house.
