Have diagnosed and fixed a gas leak, a water heater pressure release valve malfunction, and a double slab leak (both hot and cold, in different locations at the same time). Always efficient, honest, and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Extremely unprofessional, paid bobby’s son to do a job, I paid him because he said he finished job, he wasn’t finished, has now confirmed 6 different times that he would show up to finish, no shows each time, definitely do not recommend these clowns.

I called Pete to see if he could fix my problem, after I had another company out who wanted to charge us $2,500. Pete said the problem probably worked itself out but fixed 2 drains for $110. He was fantastic — quick service and very reasonable service. He’s a really nice guy, too.

Woke up to a very warm house this morning (Saturday). In July. Ugh. I was happy enough when they managed to schedule someone to get here between 4 and 7, but they did better by getting someone out here by 1:30! I know that can't be normal, but with expected highs over 105*.... Happy does not begin to describe my reaction. And the gentleman was so sweet! Checked everything, checked again, told me in plain English what was going on and what will need to be done- later- and fixed my a/c. Did NOT force me into bankruptcy to pay him, either!All in all, I'm glad my regular company did not answer their phone, because I have found a new company! Thank youP.s.- Antonio was my service man. Doyle was very responsive in getting us taken care of in a very difficult business remodel situation. He had great ideas and came up with good suggestions on how to make everything function properly. When complete he made sure we understood the systems entirely and reviewed in detail the programming of the thermostats. We were very pleased with his service.

I’ll never go anywhere else for plumbing issues again because Damian took his time and figured out what others had not been able to regarding several blockages. Well worth the money spent, which to honest…was more than fair.

I got estimates from multiple plumbers. Shrader was by far the most fairly priced and they were the only plumber to recommend a less costly repair than a major investment. The guys who came were professional and quick. Plus they reviewed all the completed work with me to make sure that I knew all that had been done. They are my new go to guys.Also -- James Tuck is a rock star. He's meticulous about his work and treats every customer like family.

We found Kerry Lewis plumbing on home advisor, and were advised well. Kerry came out for a bid, and to take a look at our remodel of our master bath. He was professional, on time, and there work was incredible. I would highly highly recommend Kerry and his staff, they turned out to be like family and took care of us like we were there own.

Very prossional service! Mr chew arrived on time and got right to work . My problem was fixed with no issues! He explained what was going on and gave tips on how to prevent problems in the future.
