24 Hour Key Plumbing

Robert recently resolved three plumbing issues for us. First, he answered a late night, weekend call to fix a running shower that would not shut off. Robert also helped identify and repair a leaking pipe in the attic. Lastly, Robert installed a tankless water heater. Robert was professional and timely in all three jobs. Furthermore, he was friendly and answered all questions throughout the process. This made us feel comfortable during stressful water issues. We will definitely use Robert in the future.

Bobby is a life saver, came out at 2:30am to fix our emergency. After calling all around for an hour in a half, I’m so happy to have found his services. Picked up the phone right away and got out to me within the half hour. Thank you again for the professional timely service and fixing our emergency at such a time, you’re amazing. We will be contacting Bobby anytime we need plumbing in the future.

Extremely unprofessional, paid bobby’s son to do a job, I paid him because he said he finished job, he wasn’t finished, has now confirmed 6 different times that he would show up to finish, no shows each time, definitely do not recommend these clowns.

They are 24/7 like it says Bobby came out 11:30 on a Sunday found and fixed my leak was very professional and respectful of my home and property. And was surprised at my bill I expected it to be much higher than it was. They are great guys and take pride in their work. I would gladly recommend them to anyone if you ever need . plumber.

I was grossly overcharged for work. I was never given an estimate before work was done. I complained about the fee and was brushed off.

The work itself also was not satisfactory as I still have issues.
Save your money and use someone else

I was very pleased with 24Hr Key Plumbing’s service. He responded quickly to my call & came out over the weekend & replaced the hot water heater at a very reasonable price!

Robert is extremely knowledgeable, professional and does quality work every time I have an issue. There is a reason I have used him for years, he is the absolute best.
