I would highly reccomend Leak Geeks for sewer line replacement. Brad was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and his team works really fast. They broke ground on Monday and by Wednesday evening at 7 PM they had replaced my entire sewer line (40-50') under the slab and through the yard (50') to the city line. Their dig team did an excellent job backfilling all the dirt and it's barely noticiable that they were there at all. Excellent work Leak Geeks!

We were referred to them by our currently plumbers to locate the source of a leak. Receptionist/ scheduler was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to get an appointment the next day. Called about a water leak detection and was told over the phone the day before that it was 59$ for the inspection. Tech comes out here and informs me that is only to get him out to the site; and it's an additional 200$ for the inspection.

Leak Geeks came out the same day ATMOS shut off my gas. Other companies on a Fri afternoon said Middle of Next week. They did an awesome job. There was a gas leak and they didn't quit until they found the leak and developed a way ahead. This was late on a Friday and they took the time to do this professionally without shortcuts. The next time they came out they installed the new gas system that was leaking and notified the city so that they could come out to inspect and get the gas turned back on. I have nothing but praise for this company and will not hesitate to use them again for a plumbing issue. This is a great company and I highly recommend.

We have used them once in the past and they did good work and seemed reasonable. Had a disposal flange replaced and was not quoted a price until arrival. A 15 minute job cost $300 including trip charge which is a padded expense. Very disappointed they took advantage of such a simple situation. Get the price upfront before they arrive. Our mistake. Will shop around next time. Being new to the area we were hoping for long time plumbers. Leak Geeks will not be in our future.

Had Leak Geeks come in and hook up 3 sinks. The guy told my wife he would do it and was at my house less than an hour and when he presented my wife with the bill for 600 dollars she about passed out. This company ripped us off. This should not have been but 2-3 hundred dollars at the most for that. He installed 3 P-traps and 6 small lines for all 3 sinks. So parts would have been under a 100 and that means they charge 500 an hour. I would not recommend anyone to use this company what a rip off in price.

I know there is leak in the house and asked their help to detect where is the leak and asking very clearly whether they do image scanning and tell me where is the leak. The representative over the phone told me YES and said service call fee is $59. Later the technician came and listened what I said and repeated that there is a leak asked to pay $600+ for detection. The $59 is for him to come and listen what I said. This is unprofessional, When some one says there is leak, they should tell upfront that $600 will be charged for detection. Waste of $59 as Service call fee. Un Professional and Unethical business.

We had 4 leaks at our foundation that we were totally unaware of until we had water in our laundry room that seeped into another room and entryway to house and damaged our wood floors and carpet. Luckily our insurance coverage some of the damage and actually paid for a flow test and a Structural Engineer report to determine what was going on. Long story short, they found the 4 leaks that we had to get fixed. We contacted 3 plumbers and the 1 State Farm recommended, the price of repair was a difference of $5K. Leak Geeks wasn't the cheapest but they were definitely the best! They were at our house for 3 full days from 9am - 7 or 8pm working and repairing damage that had been there for a while. Their employees were thoughtful and considerate of our personal belongings as they jack hammered the tile and/or concrete in the laundry room, hallway and master bath. They cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and respectful. They even tolerated the 3 dogs who weren't sure about them at first. The owner of the company was right there with his employees digging in the heat outside and getting dirty with them. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing repair and will call them again if I ever need a plumber. Hopefully I won't have to!

We had new counters installed and went from a double sink to a farmhouse sink. They finished the countertops that evening. As a result my husband who is typically pretty handy could not reinstall disposal. So we went without kitchen sink that night and following morning after much effort on husbands part. cannot say enough about Derek at Leak Geeks. I had a major water leak from a pipe that had busted about 3 weeks ago. It had filled my water meter box and was running down the street. Of course it was on my property so I was responsible not the city. From the moment I called they assigned me to Derek he was prompt on time and had the best quote of 2 other companies he advised the best way to go about fixing this major leak it couldn't have come at a worse time. I contacted Leak Geeks because they were in my local area and I try to support the local businesses. I just had new countertops installed in my kitchen and wet bar area. I needed the two faucets installed and a garbage disposal. The tech informed me that a pipe was also cracked and would need to be repaired. Ok its PVC no big deal just glue another on. Well the bid to install 2 faucets and one garbage disposal......$1,360.00. I almost fell on the floor. Now i don't mind paying someone to do something that I don't have time to do myself but OMG that is nothing but trying to rob people.

I spoke with someone at their office who tried to justify the cost as reasonable. Im sorry there is no way on this earth you can legitimately justify that cost for that simple job. I called other contractors who said they could do the job for around $250 to $300 without looking at it. All i can say is stay away from this company as they are crooks.

Spencer promptly show up for the estimate. i had parts on hand, Spencer didnt try to talk me out of the parts i had already purchased. Leak Geeks went out of their way to get help to my elderly parents who had sewage backing up into their bathtub and toilet. Leak Geeks were slammed with people who had broken pipes due to the unprecedented subzero weather and power outages, but they managed to come within 10 minutes of my call. My 86 year dad has dementia, and my mother is his caregiver. Changes to my dad's routine cause him to be disoriented, and waking up in someone else's house is frightening for him. Leak Geeks plumbing will forever handle all my plumbing needs. They are friendly, prompt, thorough and put you right at ease. I unfortunately for me, had to have my pipes completely replaced due to being installed incorrectly when my house was built. Leak Geeks educated me on what was wrong,

So thankful for Leek Geeks today! Our outside faucet broke, spraying water out and we couldn't stop it. I tried our usual plumber but unfortunately he wasn't able to come out today. I was concerned that we were flooding next door's back yard where their dogs are during the day. So I turned off the water to the whole house (couldn't find where to turn that particular faucet off). Leek Geeks were out with the hour and a few minutes had the faucet repaired. Absolute heros!

Extreme price gouging. Go elsewhere for 1/2 the price. I went with them because I had a warranty on the same pipe. They never gave me a rough price before they showed up. Warranty only covers the exact fitting they put on so pointless. I should have told him to leave when he said the price for very little work but I have a toddler and we had no water. Now talking to several neighbors they got better service for half or less elsewhere.

With the entire DFW (and Texas at large) having issues with frozen pipes, Leak Geeks were able to get to me even before the insurance adjuster was. Affordable. Trustworthy. I won't be looking for another plumber anytime soon.

Called Leak Geeks at 9am because our toilet was clogged and the main sewage seemed to be the problem. A technician was here at 10:30am. Their vans are clearly marked and he was wearing a uniform. Super polite and friendly, very clear, as a woman it's scary to deal with house issues, he was so easy to talk to.

Top of the line tools and I was able to pay by credit card. Very affordable.

What a terrific experience. Noticed water coming through the floor on a Sunday... I was worried it was a slab leak. Called Leak Geeks on Monday morning, set me up for that afternoon...called to to say they could come sooner! Derek was excellent! located the issue as a clogged A/C thank God. fixed it and was done in less than 30 minutes. You need speed and expertise with any leak in your home and these guys delivered! I wanted to send a thank you to Brad and Tony for resolving our plumbing issue. We had an object accidently flushed down our toilet which then caused a back up in our drain line. This could have required a very costly repair but thanks to Brad and Tony, they were determined to resolve the issue without a costly repair. They used specialized cameras and worked from outside and inside my house. They were determined and successful to find the object and clear the drain. Leak Geeks came to the rescue when another company failed us miserably several times! They implemented a simple fix to a problem that was exacerbated (slow leak turned into water gushing through the streets for days) by another company and cost us $$. This was two weeks after Winter Storm Uri, so I fully expected to pay more; that's the world we live in. I'm leaving a 1 star review not for the price gouging, but for the lack of effort to troubleshoot the problem in any way that would have reduced the price.

I had looked up fixes on YouTube and realized the probable fix, while simple, would take more time than I wanted to give up. Not being fully comfortable with a DIY fix when messing with gas, I was okay with paying some money for a new thermocouple or a simple disassembly and cleaning, and the labor costs that come with it. Within 10 seconds of being in my garage, and never being within 15 feet of my water heater, the tech gave me two options: (1) a new (technical term I don't remember) for over $800, or (2) a new unit for +$2K. He never never touched the unit. Never looked at the unit. Never was within 15 feet of the unit. He diagnosed the problem off of my description of the issue, and never attempted to search for quicker, easier, and cheaper fixes that I would have happily paid to have done. In the end I spent an hour watching tutorials and $11 on a brass brush to clean off the buildup of debris, and my water heater is running like normal for 72 hours now.

Eleven Dollars, and maybe 30 minutes of actual labor time for a fix that another customer could have needlessly paid an extra $790 for.

I get it: we pay higher prices during times of increased demand. This tech most likely (and correctly) assessed that a $100-$200 fix wasn't cost effective for his time given the high demand in the area. That's the market we live in. But there's a difference between market demands and simple predatory business practices. Luckily, the same market that allows for higher prices during times of higher demand allows us to leave negative reviews on public forums when dealing with said predatory business practices, which is why I'm leaving a 1-star review, and will never use Leak Geeks in the future.

I did not get the chance to use this business. We set an appointment from 12-2 today - our realtor had to meet the plumber to open the house up. The plumber calls at 10:30 asking if he can come early because he finished a job. I called our realtor and asked, and he said he'd rush over there to be there at 11:30. The plumber called his office and they said no do not worry or rush 12 is fine. At 12:05 he hadn't showed, so I called him and he said they sent me to another job and i'm held up here. Carol at the office said You just never know how long a job will take.

Unprofessional, bad time management, etc.

We inherited a older model water softening systems in our newly purchased home. After a few months it started making an unbelievable racket. Not knowing who to call I posted a HELP message on Facebook praying a neighbor/friend could recommend a reputable plumber. (AHS wouldn't touch the unit) Thankfully a few friends replied and suggested Leak Geeks. I was thrilled because they were locally owned and could come out the same day and uninstall the until. They did an excellent job and did it right the first time. (which is what you should expect) The service techs uniform was properly labeled by the company and he professional and courteous.

I'm sure some of you reading this are wondering if they were they the cheapest in town....I have to tell you I have no clue. What I do know is the job was down right and the until was hauled away and the work area was left very clean. I would call them again and highly recommend them to others.

We had a clogged kitchen sink which I tried to resolve myself with every home remedy from plunger, chemicals solutions, and a manual rotor rooter. Well, after two hours of failure I decided to call in a professional. My first call from memory was to contact Rotor Rooter since I knew the problem was originating in the sewer line. They should up with a two man team and provided an outrageous quote. I quickly, but politely declined their services. I became concerned with any other quotes from local plumbers because my family and I haven't worked in a month due to the COVID-19 pandemic so our budget limiteds for home repairs. My next call was to Leak Geek Plumbing in Keller, TX. A sweet lady name Christy took my call and was very polite with setting up the appointment. After explaining my plumbing issues, she connected me to the owner (Tony). We discussed some potential remedies and cost, and he understood how the nation was being impacted with a lot businesses being shutdown due to pandemic. He offer his team's services and provided a quote that was more than reasonable. He sent out a serviceman named Brad who resembled the same type of professional courtesy. Brad was very diligent and thorough with his service recommendation. In addition, I was relieved to see that the company provided their staff with all of the necessary PPE equipment to keep every safe from the virus. They have gained a customer for life regarding any plumbing services in the future.

I called Leak Geeks out to locate what I thought was a sewer smell in the bathroom. The guys knew pretty quickly the smell was unrelated to a plumbing issue. Without hesitation, the guys got up in the attic, located the smell and removed it from our house. As we were walking out, I had the guys look at an outdoor faucet that had been causing me issues. They quickly helped me replace the washer, which I had been unable to get the faucet apart. The guys went above and beyond anything they had to do to help me out. From the office staff to the crew, this group exceeded my expectations. They were courteous, prompt and professional. I would not hesitate to call them if you have any plumbing issues/concerns.

Just an awesome trustworthy company that is privately owned. Like others have said, they are very professional and do a great job. This is the second time I've used them and I just get the sense that they're NOT trying to rip you off. For example, I had them come out for a toilet repair and they realized I had water damage. They could have fixed the toilet but said to get the floor replaced with tile first and to call them back when it was done. No charge and left. They could have made a temporary repair and waited until the same problem reoccurred later but just honest, which isn't something I can say about a lot of plumbers. Their prices are reasonable and I will be using them again for sure.

i had a 100% awesome experience with leak geeks, from the beginning of process to the very end at payment. their customer service is second to none and is their top priority when doing business. it was something that i could definitely see throughout this whole process. last december my water heater died and i needed to get it replaced. while researching i met the owner at home depot. i was so impressed and comforted with what he had to say that i called leak geeks the next day. carol, the office administrator, is an absolute delight to work with. she is super nice and accommodating. she helped with scheduling and keeping me updated. spencer came out to replace the water heater. i can not overstate how impressed i was at spencer’s professionalism, overall knowledge and experience with plumbing/water heater issues. if you described the situation to him, he would know exactly what the issue is. i was absolutely impressed by spencer’s workmanship, knowledge and experience. i recommend this local, family owned business to anyone with plumbing problems. this is a top notch business. i’m so happy and thankful to have them in this neighborhood.

The suggestion he made worked out and the pressure is back. Simple and easy this time, but the shear professionalism exhibited was the best part.

Wow. Well, the reviews are good, but unfortunately, I will never be able to afford this plumber. I needed a circuit board replaced on a tankless water heater. Ended up doing it myself as could not get plumbers out here. Took ME, with flashlight in one hand and phone in the other to the manufacturer, a little over an hour to do this. Now that I have done it once, I could do it much more easily in about 40 minutes. And Leak Geeks charge $389 for this, WITHOUT the part....just labor. Even if it took them an hour to do it, that's WAY more per hour than I can ever afford to pay.

Awesome experience! I like anyone didn't like spending the money but it's something I wasnt going to know how to fix or I was about to tear my house apart trying, so the money was worth it! All in all the experience was great. Service was timley, Steve the tech was very professional, personable, fast and efficient. Outside leaky faucet. I read the reviews pretty much all positive. When they came I could only open the door a couple of inches because my dogs. Steve was kind enough to explain all what they can do and how much through the barely opened door. They fixed it and guaranteed it for 2yrs. I must add that they were very friendly, professional and respectful. Steve and his partner sang while they worked ?. They werw honest and I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs. 5-Stars!!!

No compassion!!! The Person who came out hardly even knew anything and was rude( Made rude comments in front of staff)! After months of us out of our clinic and dealing with insurance company they could care less. We had paid 1/2 of what we owed the day of the flood.Over $800 to find the leak and replace a small pipe under the sink insurance company was shocked on what they charged us. We where planning on paying the rest once we receive the insurance check BUT NOOOO they threaten to call the cops because we have not paid the balance! WE PAID TODAY!

Had a nasty problem with line hammer in the upper bathroom. Made and appointment. Steve showed up on time. Explained the problem and cost of the solution and fixed it. Very professional. Showed him one other small issue with kitchen sink. He talked through that with me but explained that I'd need to contact a granite counter company to have it fixed right. Great experience over all.

Our problem ended up being on the city side and we had to contact them, Leak Geeks gave us a discounted rate since they were not able to fix the problem. I will call them again for any issues.

Had a kitchen drain clog after hours. Called Leak Plumbing got the estimate. Told tech to call me in the morning before heading out for the service call. Son suggested I get a plumber snake. When the tech called me the next day as requested I told him I wanted to try the snake first. Not only did he accept my new plan but he walked me thru the best way to use the snake and also said he would call me back in an hour to check on my progress. I now have a plumber in my contact list for future needs.. These guys are the BEST!!!

September 30, 2016: My upstairs Bathroom had a leaking Toilet which spilled down to our Study/Bathroom downstairs. I called Leak Geek & they had someone over over an hour. He told me I had to get a new Fluidmaster for the toilet & he installed it in a half hour. My concern is that the total cost for one toilet fix is $277 with a $49 service fee. My wife & some of my neighbors (that stopped by to see what was going on because the Overflow of water triggered my Alarm System to go off for everyone to hear) said that $277 was too much considering Fluidmaster unit with all necessary parts cost $25 at Home Depot & Lowes. They think it should have been under $200. I called them to voice my concern, but nobody has called me back. Doesn't look good, if they want my repeat business!
