Mark and Robin replaced two toilets, installed a new kitchen sink and disposal, and replaced the big tub in my bathroom with a walk-in shower plus found the water leak in the front yard. They were quick and efficient, had excellent workmanship, and are very friendly, out-going, and so helpful. All their work was outstanding. I recommend their work ethic and professionalism.

Fast phenomenal service at a great price from Top Notch! I initially found Mark's contact info on my neighborhood Facebook page where he is highly recommended. Top Notch is responsive and easy to schedule. I had Mark and his team address an emergency situation in the kitchen; I was so impressed, I brought them back the next week to install some upgrades to replace the plastic cut-off valves the builder put throughout the house.

Mark is a great plumber. I work with him consistently on rental properties I manage and he does exceptional work. Very professional and gets the job done properly and quick! 6/5 stars

It used to take forever for us to get hot water to our kitchen and masterbath. I called Top Notch Plumbing after a friend recommended them. Mark came out and evaluated our home. He gave us a complete explanation of the issue and a few different options for how to fix it. Mark was not at all pushy, which I really appreciated. He and his team were very professional and friendly. They arrived on time and worked quickly to get the job completed. The total cost was actually a little less than the original amount he quoted us! Now I have hot water n my kitchen in 5 seconds instead of 5 minutes! I am actually excited to wash dishes!

Next time I need plumbing services I will be calling Mark at Top Notch Plumbing.

Me and my wife initially called Mark at Top Notch Plumbing because we had a leak in our sink and were literally leaving the country the very next day. Our sink faucet was leaking pretty bad, Mark came over and supposedly tried to find or make the sink leak, but he was unable to do so. He replaced a few valves in the pipes, and the leak was fixed for about 12 days. When we got back we found our sink was still leaking. We called Mark to set up a time to have him come back, and he showed up almost an hour late. We rescheduled for a couple of days later and he no showed our appointment. I tried calling him several times, and left several voicemails and received no response. Our sink still to this day is still not repaired. We spent 225 dollars replacing valves we didnt need, and per his advise purchased a new faucet and spent an additional $200 buying the new faucet for him to install.... and he no showed the appt.

Terrible service and horrible response time, be careful trusting this guy.

Mark Banta is hands down the best plumber. He is kind, professional, and very communicative. I’d give him 6 stars if I could! He replaced our hot water heater and make sure every water source in our house was functioning properly. He went above and beyond the call of duty and even followed up the next day to make sure the water temperature setting was good.
