UPDATE: Three weeks after our hot water lines were replaced, we noticed low pressure again in the kitchen sink hot water line. Anthony came out the day I notified J5, and he fixed the issue for free. Excellent service!

Anthony and Mark re-plumbed all of my hot water lines to give us more flow (original pipe diameters were too narrow and my neighborhood has low water pressure). Plus they installed a new pressure-assist toilet. The job required working in the crawl space underneath the house, and they both worked diligently to get it all done in less than one day. Anthony went beyond the necessary tasks and corrected some additional minor issues with my washer and dryer, and he took care of some odds and ends plumbing issues. I've used J5 several times now, and they have always been prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Most importantly, they get the job done correctly!

I read great reviews for J5 Plumbing and I was not disappointed! I had 2 toilets that sounded like the current flush would be the last. Anthony and Mark showed up on time and were friendly, courteous, and best of all great at their jobs. Both tanks received the proper new parts and both toilets are working and sounding great. They also replaced the faucet spout in my shower. (More water was going down the drain than up to the shower head). It works perfectly now - no more wasted water$$. Anthony came out today and unclogged my toilets and kitchen sink line. You have to understand this was a prayer answered. Even Anthony said I must have prayed before he got here. I have had a clogged kitchen line over a year. I have been working around it, my husband was sick and all my efforts were caring for him and trying to keep a job. He passed this year. Other things happened and then the pipes. So thankful for this company and opening my pipes. They showed up within 15 minutes of the agreed upon appointment time and called 25-30 minutes before they arrived.

They placed booties on prior to entering my home and brought all the necessary protective equipment /drop clothes for my home.

Anthony was professional, yet personable, a tough combination of traits to pull off.

I asked him for advice on removing a broken PVC pipe, he looked at it and gave me his recommendation.

Then, before leaving, he just went ahead and took care of it for me.

I did not shop for price, so I can't speak to that, but it is now done and when scheduled.

I would recommend their services to anyone.
