Josh listened to our problem with a leaking kitchen single handle delta faucet. He quickly checked the connectors and cartridge. Replaced the cartridge. Checked again. Confirmed fixed. Excellent job!

Tristan was our tech on site and he did a great job. When entered the home, he automatically put on boot covers. And the end of the maintenance, he went over every line item that he checked. Will definitely be calling Strand Brothers for my next maintenance/repair. Thanks again Tristan for the great work!

Used them for our sat location, very good communication, efficient work. Didn't gouge us like others have in the past. Was always something new discovered, not with these guys, quote, job, pay, no surprises. I don't like surprises.

I have used them on two occasions, water heater broken and clogged kitchen sink. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, fair pricing, local. They really are very good and you will be happy with the results. As a homeowner this is one resource you want in your “home” file.

WOW! When you have a leak, water is seeping from the side of your home over the slab, water finding its way into your home... CALL.THE.PLUMBINATOR!I called, they came as soon as the could and once I met them at the house, we introduced each other, we shook hands and in a flash I was watching the A-Team going after the leak with equipment of all types and a problem solving team- they were like plumbing forensic scientists. They capped the pipe that night and came back, ASAP to finish the job.Problem has been resolved. Very good and fair pricing, also. Mickey, Tim, Steve and Chad were a great choice for us!

Best experience I’ve ever had, plumber or otherwise! Literally within one hour, they had a guy there to fix my standing water in my dishwasher problem. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes, was kind and courteous to my son (and dog!). Got a personal call from the owner to make sure everything was satisfactory. Insane customer service! Hardworking Plumbers & Drain Cleaners were extremely helpful and supportive for my blocked drainage system. I had a major issue with my drainage system and gave them a call in the morning, and had the problem fixed by the evening. I made an confirm apointment with them, but followed up with them and they said I wasn't on the list. They came up with alot of excuses about why I was not on the confirm appointment-excuses were new employee, and new computer system. I was waiting for them all day, what a waste of time!

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
