I have never been wined and dinned by a companies professionalism, effectiveness and courtesy. They worked with my budget. Micheal had one thing of his mind when he walked through my door and that was to get the job done. Never had an issue with the work they've done at my house. For a locally owned company, they are better than any other plumbing company. 12/10 would recommend.

Do NOT hire Tim Kinsey plumbing. They were very rude to my wife and totally messed up our bathroom. We had to hire another plumber to fix their mistakes and then they threatened to sue us for non-payment. Since the tile in the shower was already finished we had to cut into finished drywall to fix their mistake. It cost us about $2k and a 1 month delay on our reno.**AVOID AT ALL COST**

I had a plumber from here come over to repair a small leak in my kitchen sink line. He came over, and said the rubber seal was broken, so he went to Home Depot to get a replacement. After fiddling with the sink, he said he couldn’t fix it & I need to have the fixture replaced. The leak had miraculously become significantly worse, and I would have to pay for him to return to fix the problem (but I’d get a $50 discount!). My opinion is the dude intentionally made it worse to secure a second work order, and I will never be using this establishment again.

Just a note, these guys only do new construction.

Great pluming work

Two Austin firefighters who built a great business that provides a great niche service of cleaning out tankless water heaters. Booked online. Johnny showed up on time. Once he cleaned my tankless heater he texted me the condition heater along with pictures of his service.

The guys came over and installed my gas fireplace kit. They changed my wood burning fireplace to gas. It looks great! They also looked at my tankless water heater and gave some options for fixing that. We will have them come back to fix that too. Highly recommend

Great experience! Super knowledgeable and informative. Have a new build and my AC system hasn't been working effectively and efficiently, since we moved in, finally got tired of calling back the company who installed it without ever getting it fixed and reached out to SALT! SUPER glad I did!

Eric Jeter came and installed a new dishwasher that we purchased at Lowes. He was prompt, polite, very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job installing . He was so helpful, showed us everything we needed to know about how to properly use the new dishwasher and he was also friendly, a joy to have him in our home. We will be using this provider again for sure .Great service!

Terrible customer service. I am having a pool built for my family. They came by days after. All they did was dug a gas line for my fire bowl. They worked one or two hours per day and left a mess with all their supplies in my backyard. The trench they dug they left exposed with pipe and refused to bury it back said they it was my job to do it it. Stay away.

This place is a scam. There is a Start 2 Finish plumbing listed in many metro areas around the country and you are calling a phone bank that is harvesting your data, NOT a local plumber.
