If there are problems with Air Conditioning it obviously has to happen on one of the hottest days of the year. Max mechanical was the fastest to respond and the next day they send out their technician Troy. Troy was very professional, knowledgeable and on time. He correctly diagnosed the problem, changed the part and once he had it up and running made sure the unit was running and cooling at its best. Thanks Troy for a job well done.

Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in both my toilets. All is working great now. Pricing was very competitive and scheduling was quick.

Originally called them to fix problems with our ac drain line, a problem with our water heater not heating and a toilet that was leaking. They did a great job at finding and fixing all the issues we had! I ended up having noise issues with the new toilet they had installed but they came out the next business day and to fix the issue. The guys stayed until they fixed the problem. I feel like most other plumbers would have given up but these guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. Definitely plan on doing business with them in the future!

Called out one of the big name companies in Weatherford to diagnose and repair a leak under my pier and beam house. The quote I got was more than a little unbelievable, so fortunately I got a second opinion. Master Repair sent Jack out and not only did he find the leak, he fixed it for a THIRD of the price I was quoted by the other guys. He was polite, helpful and went above and beyond to check that everything held, there were no more leaks and even helped with an additional problem with another line. I highly recommend these guys and I won't call anyone else if I don't have to.

There is never a great time to need drain cleanout services. However, Metro Rooter was able to have someone at my doorstep within 15 minutes of my call on a Sunday afternoon! When many others had no availability, Terry made quick work of the clog and had us functional again. Great service and reasonable prices.

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Chaz and Mike did a good job installing a water line for an ice maker. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would rate them better, but they did leave a big hole in the Sheetrock behind the fridge. I think they should have covered the hole with a vent plate or something to make it look professional.

They stood us up for our appointment and didn't even bother to call, we had to call them. We asked when they could come and were made to feel as if our request wasn't a priority because all that we were looking to do was have our kitchen sink replaced.
