I’ve been using Lasiter and Lasiter for several years. They don’t charge the initial service call fee for an evaluation like so many companies do. Every plumber that has come out has been excellent. They evaluate the situation and we talk through it - they never talk down to me, and are always professional and polite. I won’t use anyone else.

Brent did a great job on my house and was professional and honest. I would recommend him to any of my friends. Update 4/26/17 Had a clogged shower drain at my mother's house Brent showed up on time and had it draining again in minutes. Cant say enough good things about his work ethic or the quality of his work. A+++

I've known the owners for 10+ years and they have always been wonderful friends so it's only natural that I called them when my water heater had little to no pressure. However, when I went to book I did so through their automated service since I enjoy supporting my friends companies and wasn't looking for any favors. The service sent me a response with when I should expect someone as well as their name. The service was next level from the crew that I'd never met before. They did everything they could to keep me from having to buy a new water heater and now I've got more pressure than I've ever had, all while having a great conversation. 15/10, would recommend time and time again! Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Shawn & Daniel were very polite, organized and professional. They knew what we needed done and were able to get the job done fairly quickly. Kudos to both of them!!

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!

Super friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a membership with them and their affiliate A/C company. The first time I called them out was for a leak in my sprinkler system, which they told me they don’t handle. The second time I called them because my toilet was wobbly. My husband knew what part he needed but didn’t have the tool to fix it. They came out and quoted us over $1000 for a fix that consisted of an $80 part, a tool that could be purchased at Home Depot, and less than 2 hours work. I know they’re not paying their service guys $300-$400 an hour so why are they charging so much for small repairs? Their rates are ridiculous. And they insist on charging you a fee even if you don’t accept their quoted price. I cancelled my membership as soon as my 1 year contract expired. Such a waste of time and money.
