This wonderful company goes above and beyond for their customers! They are a classact for sure. I live in a very old community that is currently going through many projects and my place had a sewage backup inside. And Tusa's came to the rescue and brought an incredible crew. They are very knowledgeable, caring, take time to do the job right, and also follow up to ensure that all is well. Matt, Robin, and Jacob are highly skilled and made this very difficult time a less stressful today. I am over the top grateful! Thank you Tusa's!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE! Full of promises and no delivery. Said he would fix the initial problem of thermal expansion, then made some other recommendations that did not need to be done. Paid him for these additional services and to fix the original problem. 6 months later the original problem came back that he did not fix. Had to call him out again. On the phone he started making other costly recommendations that he thought would solve the problem that he didn't fix initially. Said he would come out and didn't. When he called he made more excuses and then hung up on me. Read the other reviews, they are true. This guy is full of excuses and a bad businessman.

UPDATE: Had another plumber come out after Matt Tusa, of TUSA plumbing, recommend I spend another $1200 with him to install a pressure release valve. He said the problem would not go away until that was done. The other plumber came out, looked at the toilet, saw the fill valve was leaky, replaced it and solved the problem of the groaning sound after flushing. He charged us nothing. The name of the plumber that did this was James Elmore at Lasiter & Lasiter. They are honest and great plumbers. Saved us a $1200 mistake that TUSA was recommending.

Worst company I have ever had an experience with. We prepaid for their service call through American Water Resources of Texas and when they arrived to repair a broken pipe, they refused to do the work because my husband modified the repair by turning off the water so our house wouldn't flood and cut out wet sheetrock before it fell on our heads. It took them 2 days to get here due to the holidays (understandable) but when we scheduled their service, they didn't say what day or time we could expect them and it would have been ridiculous to expect people to let their house flood for days. The representative for American Water Resources asked me detailed questions for 15 minutes and I told him what my husband would do to stop the leak since it would be days before they sent someone. If minimizing water damage to your home disqualifies their coverage, who needs them? Horrible company and non-existent service. Buyer beware!

Paid a lot of money to repaired the sewer line after repaired they did not level and cleaned up dirt. called many times nobody answer the phone and can not leave the messages. Never ever using this company again.

Wow... Robin just ran away after collecting $45 service call fee. Didn't even make an effort to diagnose the problem. Such an unethical company. Don't even bother using them. Will be filing a dispute and a complaint into warranty company to not use a vendor like them.

I had busted water line and I gave them a call and they where on time and got started as soon as they arrived!! Super happy

They came out to my home on a service call from the City of Arlington. Turned out my issue was something I would have to pay for. I met the owner and she gave me an approximate amount for the repair. I called and got other estimates which were in the same range but decided to go with this company because the woman told me she was the owner and I wanted to support a woman-owned company. I called to set up my appointment and was told I would get a call back. Never did. I called back and was told someone would be out between 1pm and 4 pm yesterday. No call, no show. I even called back to the business no answer. I left a messsge, no return call.
This really disappointed me because even though I read the reviews, I wanted to give this company a chance. I feel it was very rude. I understand things happen but to not even get a call after changing my schedule was very unprofessional. I guess they make enough money, they don’t need mine. Time to go to another, more professional company.

Tusa's plumbing was sent to my home to fix a hot water line leak under the slab by Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA). They sent two trucks and three people.

I knew exactly where the leak was and exactly what I wanted done - to reroute the plumbing in the attic, rather than tunnel under the slab or jackhammer through the slab foundation. This is a cheaper option both for the insurance company, SLWA, as well as me.

They told me that my water heater (which was just installed) was not grounded/bonded and that is why I had so many problems with my hot water lines. I found it really hard to believe that a water heater was not bonded, given that it had to be inspected by the city. They also told me that the reason I had the leak was that lightning was hitting the copper tubing and making it weak. I kid you not.

I would be extremely wary of this company. They were prepared - right away - without looking at the problem - to tunnel under the foundation. I didn't trust that from the get go.

Not recommended.

I want to thank Tusa's Plumbing for coming out today. My husband has been working on a water leak for two days without having any luck. Called Tusa's Plumbing on Saturday morning not expecting same day service, but they agreed to come out. Upon arrival, Matt Tusa explained what the issue was: copper pipe had corroded and was not correct size anymore. They had the tools and experience to get the leak fixed. They did not try to sell me things I did not need like other companies have in the past. I've used this company in the past and will again in the future. I want to say thank you to Tusa's Plumbing for getting us up and running again

Tusa's Plumbing did an amazing job for an elderly friend of ours who lost all water in her home due to broken pipes from the 2021 arctic freeze in Texas. Showing great compassion and utilizing creativity and ingenuity, Tusa's Plumbing got the job done with excellence and in very good time!

I had a plumbing emergency the afternoon before a holiday weekend, and and Tusa's Plumbing was at my home at 7am the next day as promised. The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable, and had my problem resolved in record time. If you're looking for an honest plumber at reasonable prices, I highly recommend Tusa's. I'll definitely be using them again!

Do not use this company. It took them a week to get me on the schedule and then they wouldn't even commit to coming at the time they gave me which was a 4 hour window. I asked for a call prior to them coming because I couldn't take off work if they couldn't commit to coming when they said they MIGHT. I received no call and found out they came without calling and left because I wasn't home. Also I constantly got voice mail and when I left a message it was NEVER returned. I had to keep calling back.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER CAME BACK TO DO THE REPAIRS. CAN NOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU LIKE THAT SAY. IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET THEM ON THE PHONE, THEY CAN NEVER ANSWER A QUESTION BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT IN THE OFFICE!!! THE WORST, STAY AWAY!!!

We had a hot water leak with very old pipes. Matt and his helper came out quickly and installed new pipes and got the whole system to start running smoothly. They were courteous, honest, affordable and professional. We highly recommend this company and will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs.

Tusas plumbing was fantastic was on it asap when approved through the warranty company. I appreciate the quality of workmanship.
They came to my property with all the right equipment. Their own electricity new exactly what to do and done it in a timely manner and got my water back on very quickly

Totally unprofessional. Does not care about Service Line Warranty's customers. They have a contract with SLW, customer service doesn't matter. The owner could careless about you. Run far far away.

We had a heavy leak at my house, like it was raining indoors in various locations right underneath where some pipes were located. We waited a day for Tusa's Plumbing to schedule us, fortunately they were supposed to be there between 10-2pm. After 2pm I hadn't heard anything and tried calling to find out if we could still expect them. She said she was on her way and ended up arriving nearly 2 hours later. When she did show up, she was in the house for not even 5 minutes. She took a look at the leak, glanced in the attic and saw some water pooling under the HVAC unit at the opposite end of the attic, said that it must be overflowing and flowing across the attack and for some reason pooling on the other side. She suggested that I call her friend who could service my AC and then ran out the door.

I tried to stop her to explain that that unit has been sweating a lot, but has not overflowed, it's dry under it, I tried to point out the pipes directly above the leak, but she didn't care to look. Said it was an AC problem. I had to pay extra to get emergency night service from our AC company and he actually took the time to pour water into the valves to see where the leak was, sure enough it was coming out of the main vent stack of potable water, a Plumber issue. So now it's 4 days later and I'm calling another Plumber service to actually clear our clog and fix our pipe.

This company was useless and does not care.

This company needs some serious help. Totally unprofessional. Had an appointment from 1-5pm, which is already an exceedingly long window for an appointment, and got a call from their plumber around 10am rudely saying I can come right now or not at all. Your choice. when I said that the appointment was from 1-5pm and that we needed to keep it that was because that's what two different parties were planning on he HUNG UP on me. After rescheduling my appointent with a Dr client of mine, which was a big inconvenience and made me look bad, I met two techs at the property. They didnt know anything about the situation and were there maybe 5 minutes because they couldn't tell us anything without access to the condo below which is exactly why the appointment was originally scheduled between 1-5pm, as that was the only time the property owner and I could be there at the same time. All in all it was a huge inconvenience, waste of time, and unpleasant experience. I'll never be doing business with this completely unprofessioanl company again.

Tusa plumber lied about showing up and can't be trusted. None of their staff bothered to call me to explain. Now, many months later, Tusa's Plumbing continues to make false claims. I had a broken kitchen sink drain pipe, and it was an easy fix, if they had shown up. They did not show up and my previous post images prove it. I stand by my comments and the rating I gave them. Two days later, another plumber did fix it in about an hour, with speciality plumber tools.

Called to have someone come out because of issues with both bathrooms in our house. They gave us a window of 1 PM-5 PM and they no showed. Called & no answer, left a voicemail and no call back. I understand things happen and people may need to reschedule, but no contact at all when you can’t show up is so unprofessional. People take time from their work to be available for you, and to not even have the respect to contact them to say you are unable to come is horrible customer service.

They accepted a job to repair or replace our garbage disposal on Monday, and scheduled it for Thursday at 7 AM. They rescheduled it all day long and then after 6 PM they rescheduled it to next Tuesday, Over a week after the job was scheduled. I have called several times, and left a message with no reply from the company. We have been unable to wash dishes for almost a week at this point, because the disposal leaks water everywhere when we turn on the sink. This is awful customer service, and awful communication.

This company is horrible. They did not show up on the day scheduled and never called to say they needed to reschedule. They showed up the next morning, assessed the problem (clogged kitchen sink) looked outside, sat in their truck for a good 10 minutes and then left without a word. I had to call my warranty company to find out what was going on and I was told they rejected the job. What kind of professional company does that? And...don't bother calling them because you will only get an answering machine and no return call.

9/13/21 - This is a perfect example of why this company is so bad. 8 months ago I wrote a review and today they are responding. Their facts are not correct. I would never write a poor review for a company that did all that they could and/or should have done. I hope you learn from your mistakes so that the next customer will write a good review.

Rude and dishonest. Matt showed up late and did not make an effort to assess the issue (fridge did not have any water pressure), instead he insisted that our new fridge was causing the problems. When he finally agreed to actually look at the valve, Matt also refused to provide a cost estimate for the repair. Instead, he continually asked me to sign a document that gave him the right to cut a hole in our wall without liability.

I went with another plumber (Eagle Quality) who was able to easily diagnose and solve the problem at a reasonable cost.

Do not use or trust this plumbing company!

Filed a claim at 7:30 ish AM with Service Warranties of America and it was assigned to TUSA Plumbing. TUSA never called, never showed up. Around 5:00 PM called Service Warranty and they reassigned to another plumber. It is 5:10 PM and the other plumber has already made contact with us. Can't recommend TUSA.

Looks like this company has a bad habit for not making appointments, returning phone calls nor cares. I too experienced a no show. Although they were contracted to provide warranty work through Service Line Warranties, there's no excuse to treat their customers with such blatant disregard for others time. It's one thing give this company a bad rating on various websites which I'm sure based on their low Google rating they obviously couldn't care less about but in addition to this, I plan to also file a complaint with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, the Better Business Bureau, Angie's List and will email the Mayor of Arlington and my City Council representative since the City of Arlington and Water Department has contracted with this warranty company.

We had some damage to our plumbing due to the last winter storm. I got in touch with Tusa’s Plumbing to see about taking a look at the damage and what is going to be needed due to demand. It took a little bit to get an appointment, but when Mr. Tusa arrived, he did an inspection on the damage to my house and well house. He informed me on what all was needed to be done on my budget, we discussed the price of his bid for the work that was needed. He had everything on his truck that was needed and all the necessary equipment, never had to leave and come back. He informed me on what had happened and what all else might be affected. After multiple inspections he made the necessary repairs, cleaned up any mess and materials at the end of the job. I was very impressed, QUAILTY SERVICE AND QUAILTY WORK. I will use Tusa’s Plumbing again and highly recommend them to the public. Thank you for helping in a special time of need.

I want to thank Tusa's Plumbing for there professional work attitude they Installed a water heater and did a great job and we are pleased to have hot water again. I've read all the negative reviews on this company & it's obvious someone didn't get the service they expected and bashing this company with multiple fake accounts is wrong. I have much respect for Tusa's Plumbing, they do it to code some people want to cut corners & not care about safety. Tusa's Plumbing cares about the safety and well-being of your family. Sometimes company's get loaded down with work. Just like when you try to see a Doctor & they tell you it will be two weeks before you can get in I recommend Tusa's Plumbing !!!...

Never showed up, never bothered to call back or email. Rescheduled our whole Saturday to have them come out, and they didn't even bother. Rude and disrespectful of my time, so someone else is coming out. SLWA should be ashamed of having them as a contractor on their list.

Arrived to a service call 3 days later (contract say - within 24 hours), 20 min fix according to Matthew took 3 weeks, and this is by contacting warranty service literally every day. Customer service - non existent, Left a mess in the front yard. After they passed the inspection and came to fill the dig, the water was gushing from under water meter cover just two feet away, and they did not even ask us if any help is needed, leave alone fixing the problem. Later discovered one more broken sprinkler system part near by. So many coincidences. Advice - stay away.

Great experience. Adressed all my concerns and made me at ease about the whole fob. Replaced over 600ft of line from meter to house. Packed backfill great. No worry whatsoever for horses in pasture.

Tusa's plumbing, was professional, on time, and meticulously competent. No one on his team, came in with their pants hanging below their butt cracks, and they worked together, to finish a job, I thought would take much longer than it did. A Hot Water Tank was taken out of the attic and there was no wall scratches, or rust water on the floors and carpets when they were done. A Magnificent Job!!!! I would recommend this plumbing company to any one needing a well done job.

Tusa’s Plumbing went above and beyond the call of duty! We were making preparations to bring my mother home to live with us when we started having trouble with our plumbing.

Homeserve dispatched Tusa’s plumbing to our house and they worked with us to ensure our plumbing was fixed quickly and correctly before my mother arrived from the hospital. They also worked with the city on our behalf to ensure we had proper front clean outs.

After all the work was done their team made sure you couldn’t tell they had been there. All of our landscaping that needed to be dug up in order to access the plumbing was put back even better than they found it. Would definitely recommend based on our experience and the knowledge and guidance they provided throughout the whole process.

Terrible customer service by Matt. Inaccurate info given. Vaguely gave info, not too responsive to questions. Would tell me to look at camera but would speed by so fast at what he supposedly wanted me to see several different times as nd would not slow down. Wouldnt answer questions & did with attitude. Gave incorrect info and unfotunately the warranty people ( Homeserve) believed him. They (Rita)would not escalate & told me she had and didnt. Rita did not call back as she stated. Homeserve has not called back to try and get to the bottom of issue. They dont care if customer is complaining of bad info. Its in there best interest to NOT, look into customer complaints. Plumber had a snottie attitude. Waiting on a reply from Homeserve , after 2nd escalation request supposedly put in by Aaron on Sat.

To put it simply, I could not have asked for a better experience. Matthew and his crew were exactly the kind of professionals you hope you'll get. They were prompt, courteous and EXTREMELY professional and skillful.

Additionally, they understood that it was a stressful time for myself and my family, and speaking with Matthew was a very reassuring experience. Matthew is the kind of professional that is direct and to the point. He tells you like it is and tells you the exact issue you're looking at, and what's required to correct it, and personally, I completely respect that.

Although I tried to stay out of their way so that they could work in peace for the most part, at one point, I did take the opportunity to briefly watch them work. It was like watching a sports team running plays.

I simply cannot thank Matthew and Tusa's plumbing enough for the fantastic work they've done. They were absolute life-savers. Thank you, guys.

Response to owners comment, not sure what you are talking about in your response. You must have me confused with another client. This review is a year old, and none of what you stated happened in my situation.

Was referred to them through my sewer/water insurance company. They showed up unannounced and did not contact me before hand. By the time I put the dogs away, they were gone. Called 3 times and left messages and never received any response from them. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a plumber.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. I tried everything I can to unclog it myself with no luck. I called my home warranty company and I was surprised that they covered it. It was MLK day and it was an emergency. I asked them to send someone and they dispatched Tusa's Plumbing. I quickly googled their name and I was very concerned about their very poor reviews. I called back the warranty company and they told me to give a chance. Their visit was scheduled between 1 and 5 pm. They showed up around 3:30pm and unclogged the drain from outside the house in about 10 minutes. I am very happy with their service as they were on time and effective. I am not sure why they had a bad online reputation.
